I like the staff the staff with friendly Id like the location I just wish they would stay open to about 9 oclock but I like the fact that they have 2 $5 machines And theyre very affordable if you have them do your laundry for you

THEY DONT DO SELF SERVICE DESPITE THEIR SIGN EXPLICITLY SAYING SELF SERVICE. When I tried to walk in and serve myself, they directed me to another laundromat around the corner. That place was closed. Came back and told them its closed, dude shrugged and said I can do a wash and fold for pickup two days from now. I went to this place specifically because it said self service. Thanks for the false advertising and having me walk like 7 blocks with a heavy bag of laundry for nothing, boys. Fix your sign.

I found Laundry Land from a google search and I am so happy I did! They have been processing my laundry for a few years now. I also bring them my dry cleaning. They do a great job! My clothing always comes back so fresh and clean and most importantly folded perfectly. I highly recommend.

I have been doing laundry at this laundromat for 4 years. It was wonderful. Then, they remodeled, and all of a sudden, there were white towels everywhere. Sometimes it was difficult to find a machine, but it was bearable. Then these blue vans showed up, and there was an employee at a counter taking peoples laundry like it was a fishermans depot - weighing and pricing. A few months ago, they tell me I can only do my coin laundry there after 4 pm.Tonight, I was told I can no longer do coin laundry there. How can I do it there? The employee there didnt know. Ill never be a customer there again. Ill walk a mile with 45 lbs of laundry in a blizzard before I give them a dollar of my money.

Definitely one of the cleanest laundromats Ive ever been to. No broken machines, staff is actually helpful (if needed), and dry cleaning/additional services have always been on time and without any issues. 100% dependable. If you live in the area, Id recommend checking them out.

Great location to get your laundry done without any hassle. The staff is very accommodating every time I go. Its a relief not having to worry about laundry with everything else going on. This is my favorite new find!!

Amazing customer service. It really sets itself apart from the quick and dry service usually found in NYC. I met the owner, Joe and hes such a sweet soul. Who says they like their laundromat? Joe is a game changer.

Ive been going here for the past year. Never had a problem. Their pick up and delivery is always on time and laundry comes back perfect

I’ve been using their service weekly for 6 months now and they’ve been late on my dry cleaning upwards of 5 times now. You can’t even yell at the people working because they have no power or responsibility over it so you’re just left to walk out on the street and yell experlatives lest you became the guy who yells at service staff because your mad at something they didn’t do.

They dont pick up and deliver when they say they will, ever. Used to be great, I think they have new management.

Worst laundry service in NYC. Not only did they ruined and shrieked my clothes, they mixed up my Roomates laundry with someone elses, but a month ago, they returned my laundry bag with someone elses laundry in it, except for one item that was mine, meaning they mix up things in the washing machine. I had all my towels and sheets in there, so while they took two weeks to find my laundry, I had to buy new sheets and towels which they never reimbursed me for. When they finally returned my laundry the only item of value which was a $79 backpack was missing. They sent me a check for only $50, and said that the rest will be added to my account to use towards my laundry next time. That was two weeks ago, this never happened, I told them that how would they expect me to trust their business after what happened and that I didnt want to use the rest of the credit towards their laundry service, but two weeks and 6 emails later they havent even bother to reply. I called hundreds of times and they dont pick up the phone. I gave up, so went ahead and tried to book a pick up for my laundry making sure I wasnt sending anything I didnt want to get ruined or lost, but when I tried to do this, their pick up app said that my account was deactivated because of issues with my last payment! They deactivated my account saying I didnt pay for my last laundry, when in fact they lost it, and I am minus $29 which they never credited to my account, and $60 for the new towels and bed sheets I had to buy to use during the two weeks it took them to find and return my stuff.

I had wash and fold done for 48 lbs of laundry. The clothes were stiff and they did not pair the socks.
