This has been upgraded so almost all the machines are in working order as apose to in prior months before the pandemic where almost all of the machines were out if order. It is much larger than the other two laundromats in the neighbor hood so there is much more room for social distancing and there are two doors that stay open, the main entrance and one door in the back so there is a good air flow for proper and safe breathing. The staff is kind and and very helpful and the place is always clean.This is my favorite laundromat in the neighborhood.

Its close to my apt and open late. Thats all I care about. There are lots of machines, so if 1 doesnt work, you just find another one. They clearly mark the ones that are out of order

The worse laundromat no good machines all run cold except for 2 all the dryers bearly work. All cold air the attendants used all the good machines

Its really unfortunate because this laundromat has a pretty great location and a lot of space. But over the past five years or so its become one of the most unreliable laundromats in the neighborhood. The machines are always broken, they are understaffed and the owners refuse to invest in upgrading the space. I would have given it one star outside of the fact that the staff members they do have (outside of the owner) are super nice and always apologetic. But I personally avoid the place these days.

Everytime I come here most of the machines are out of order, so it leaves you fighting other customers for one machine. Not to mention the staff uses the machines as well for a drop off service. The staff doesnt say anything when one person is using eight machines and you have to wait 2 hours for them to finish. Bathroom is pretty decent for a public one. Not my 1st choice to go to.

Horrible most machines are broken. Absolutely no heat in winter months also dirty an poorly managed go anywhere else plz

This is my go to spot to wash my clothes they are pet friendly and they are very helpful

The machines are very expensive and they rip and make holes in all your clothes. Half the dryers dont work, so after 45 minutes of coins and time you might open up the machine to find that your stuff is all still wet. Try to talk to the owner about it and hell act like he doesnt speak english. Same goes if you leave something in the machine and come back for it the next day. The owner and the skinny dude who work there will look at you like youre speaking some super foreign language theyve never heard of. So looking forward to a new laundromat opening in the neighborhood.

Decent spot to wash cloths, only - is the change machine, it is super garabage.

Horrible place! Other reviews are fake! Most of the dryers dont work, dont lock properly, and then the owner gives you a hassle for the quarters to dry your things after their machines ate them! If even a marginally better business opens next door theyll definitely go out of business! Walk one more block to Ave B for way better machines and service!Update (7/17) - Still terrible. If the other reviews are for the paid drop off laundry service they should say so. Still do not recommend self service laundry here.

Dirty machines only half of driers are accessible the other ones are reserved for drop- off clients- owner is a low-life whos constantly attempting to repair a lot of their machines which are decades-old unlike the average laundromat in New York City
