Small family business. They run a tight ship - the place is very organized, clean and efficient. Somebody is always there to help, and the machines are very good. Plus, they play really great old-school hip hop.

Really excellent staff. Nice, helpful, and accommodating. An easy place to get to even though they offer pickup and drop-off from the building I work at. Great quality of service.

After the experience I just had at this place I will never go back, you dont leave nobody in charge who dont have good people skills

Best laundromat in Harlem, the vibe is very cool and also a safe zone place.

This is a great laundromat that has your clothes ready within a few hours. They are great with directions about clothes (low dry, no bleach, etc). The people who work there are also really nice. I think it’s a family establishment. Highly recommend

Terrible service and customer experience. Went by the first time to drop off a load. Waited for nearly 15 minutes before someone asked if I needed service. Clothes I got back later that day were wet. Despite this, I went back the next week to run a load in the dryer, only to be turned away despite half of the dryers being available.

Nice place..clean and comfortable..Prices are great.

The older female that works on the weekend has a very nasty attitude. I guess she must not want to come to work when she is at work she is rude and nasty. I only go when I know she is not going to be there other wise to that its a nice clean place to wash clothes.
