Dirty laundromat. The women cleaning clothes for other customers have big storage boxes filled with water scrubbing the dirty clothes that the other customers pay clean as though this was 1800 when people washed in rivers. Why are they allowing this nastiness.They even use the carts to separate these dirty clothes. I believe this is a health hazard for them as well as the other customers. Ive seen other places where they just load machines and go. Its sad that the ones making a profit is the owner with this modern day slavery. Its a shame.

Its nice that its 24 hours. The drying machines actually dry, but they can tear your clothing. Half the washing machines arent repaired, the staff are super rude to you. Theres not enough benches or tables to sit, and its more expensive than anywhere Ive seen in NYC.

I love that this laundromat is 24hrs. However I suggest going in the early AM. You would be in and out. During peak times you will wait for a washer or drier. However it is large and provides sitting and two large TVs to watch.

Horrible conditions for cleaning clothes the place isnt cleaned thoroughly. Washing machines and Dryers are often broken or disfunctional. Tables for folding are filthy and the attendants are nice but are not readily identifiable or available. The refund process for failed equipment requires you to put you information in a composition notebook for management to get back to you....(yeah righ, hold your breath) which never happens. The pictures on this POI tell only half the story.

Uptown Laundromat needs to fix there washing machines, half of them are broken, and there are always clothes in the dryers never see anyone in their unless they leave and come back fro them

As far as laundry mats go this one is pretty good. Been going here for a while now and not had to wait on a washer or dryer. And the dryer actually dries my clothes on the first cycle

This is a fair place to visit to do your laundry. I like the fact that it is 24hrs. What I dont like about it,is there are always several machines broken. There is also a store located in it,if you wish to purchase items such as detergent and softener,as well as a drop off counter if you wish to drop of clothing,if you do not have the time to do your laundry.

Great place to wash, especially if you go during the morning time before 11am and at 3:30 to find it empty. Has seats, TV and plenty of machines. I believe it 75 washers and 74 dryers, so your bound to get a machine

The staff is rude and nasty

Rarely crowded, never a wait for washer/dryer, at least not when I go which is usually 7/7:30 in the morning.

This laundromat is the worst! Half of the washing machines are broken (un-repairable), its always crowded, dark, dingy and dirty! I hate going here. Its so bad that I go to NJ to wash my clothes sometimes.

Very clean, all the machines work, & the employees are helpful & respectful.

Pay close attention to dryers, the have sharp metal tearing your clothing. When you ask for manager theres none.

Dryers do not get hot. You have to spend a lot of quarters to dry everything!

The machine are broking they dont clean anything at all the is felted all the time also the dryers not clean out it need to be shut down just taking the poor people money
