I think this location has their owner changed.The lady who was in charge of the store were not seen anymore.Instead you will see a rude, hawk-eyed skinny Indian youth in the store.He felt so nervous when I attempted to get to the back part of the store for a container to dissolve my detergent, by repeatedly saying excuse me, excuse me, like something important or shady were out there. As the restroom were always open to customers before, I requested to use the restroom. And again he denied, by saying the back part of the laundry was for employees only. But there were no posts saying employees only!This location turns to be fishy and dangerous.Trying to avoid as soon as possible.

This place has had my clothes for one week. All I wanted was a dry cleaning service. This is my fault for not reading the previous reviews on this place. Had I done that then I wouldn’t be harassing them to return my clothes. STAY AWAY. Furthermore the stains weren’t removed just as the other review said. I was also told the clothes would be delivered Thursday morning.

I had a couple issues but ownership did the right thing and addressed and made it right for me which is impressive..Normally everything has been handled professionally and my items come out well.

Avoid at all cost! Ruined my laundry, to top it off they were unwilling to help, and extremely rude whether on the phone or in person. Would not recommend at all unless if you feel like getting holes and stains in your garments.

Oh my lord. This may have been the worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaner. They charge an INSANE amount. But I figured I would get what I paid for. NOPE. First, I asked how long it would take. They said three days and they would deliver it to me. Around the week mark, I finally had enough. I went to the store and found that my clothes had been done for days and were sitting in the store. Second, my clothes smell AWFUL. All the dry cleaning I had was due to stains, not smell. My clothes smell so bad that I can’t wear them and have to go elsewhere to get them washed again. That’s $80, over a week, and headspace I will never get back. They weren’t even apologetic. Hard pass on crisp.

This place ruined my clothes.I had several pieces of clothes dry cleaned here, several pieces were shrunken and the rest smelled horribly.They claimed the smell was from their chemical cleaner, but it smelled like body odor.Do not go here!

Rude and unprofessional. When you call they will argue with you and talk over you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Lots of places in the neighborhood who have employees that treat customers with respect. Owner- your employees are rude and nasty. They don’t have any concept of customer service or basic courtesy.

They charged you 75 cent per piece for hang dry but surreptitiously threw those items into the dryer! Ruined a custom tailored dress and a bunch of expensive work items. Ruined my blazer by drying using the machine as the outside layer shrank more than the lining, and now my perfectly fitted blazer is too small for me!Brenda and Victor promised me that my stuff would be ready by Monday at 1 pm (I have a flight out!). I showed up at 1 and they said it wasnt ready, to come back in an hour. I came back and saw my whites and colors non hang-dry items already bagged and folded. But Brenda and Victor were taking some items out of the dryer and looking at me. As I check out, Victor ran up with my hang-dry bag that was HOT to the touch and crumpled (look at attached photos). I tried on the items at home and they shrunk! $3000 to the drain.I tried to contact the owner Ron but these workers refused to transfer me. They refused to let me talk to the owner.Dont trust this place with your things. They might say hang dry or dry clean, but who knows?! Your clothes are too expensive to trust these crooks!

Not great. I had multiple items returned out of shape, and often hair was found of pieces of clothing or towels after getting my laundry back. Laundry also did not have a nice clean smell to it. Some good things are that laundry is normally ready ahead of time and they will text you when it’s ready if you are going to be picking it up yourself.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My laundry is clean and neat, and they provide speedy service!

Definitely the best in the neighborhood! All of my alterations have been done impeccably. The shop is a pleasure to do my laundry in, and when I need it done for me, it’s done quickly and with care. Prices are more than fair. Top notch establishment!

We were visiting and found Crisp close to our hotel. Called for details and they were very helpful in explaining everything and prices are reasonable. We arranged for pick up of laundry along with a few pieces to be dry cleaned. The next day everything was delivered back to us, clean and nicely folded. My wife liked how they use organic cleaning for her dry clean. Thank you Crisp!

They charged me an exorbitant amount of money for “30 lbs of laundry” (it wasn’t 30 lbs - they counted the basket as part of the weight, and charged me $20 for my comforter alone) and when I got my laundry back one of my shirts that I just bought was completely ruined, covered in mud stains, and even had a footprint stain on it. I called and they took it back and dry cleaned it, but the stain didn’t come out and they told me it was my fault (it wasn’t - the shirt was unstained when I sent it in!) and refused to compensate me for the ruined shirt or do anything about it. Save yourself a headache and have your laundry done elsewhere.

Excellent service. Dropped my clothes here. The staff gave all the information patiently and was super helpful. The clothes were returned on the same day exactly when i wanted them. Overall, got around 8 pounds of clothes nicely washed, folded and delivered to me for 12.50 dollars. Couldnt be happier!

Ive tried several cleaners in the neighborhood and most of them are just OK, but luckily I found Crisp and I highly recommend it! Heres why. Crisp offers the best combo of quality and service. So far, all my laundered and dry cleaned items have been returned in very satisfactory condition (I have an eagle eye and am picky!). Yes, you pay a little more but its worth the peace of mind and its less hassle. Also, the facilities are really clean and the machines are new. The staff there are very helpful as well.

I have been coming to Crisp since they opened their doors. I have always been greeted with a smile and a friendly face. There are many laundry care options to choose from which is great...I find their pricing competitive with the neighborhood and their service is prompt. The facilities for doing laundry on the premises is clean, bright, and all machines are brand new.I would highly recommend!!

Polite and lovely management. Brand new washing machines and dryers. Very clean.....absolutely important. Plenty of work space. They can wash it for you and dry clean. Perfect place to do your laundry or to have everything done for you. You should do your business here. Love it!!!!!!

Great new machines, but no warm water machine #7. During the wash i asked whether the water is coming out properly, after whole cycle the worker says there is no warm water. Lots of foams. So here am i doing quick wash again. Ask the worker whether the machine has warm water or not because even though the menu is warm, no warm water might not come out for you.

Fantastic dry cleaning services. I am very picky with my items and they did a great job!! Super impressed and their washers and dryers are big and brand new- a big PLUS for me!

My local laundry spot. They have decent machine and they are upgrading them. I’m here every week, machine washing for 30 minutes, drying for 45-60 minutes (it depends). We also tried their service for shirt on hanger, our shirts came out nice and straight. The price was cool to me and I get to fold my clothes onsite on their folding tables, which was convenient.

I’ve used the service laundry at the Crisp Laundromat location since 1978. Since then there have been several management changes. I’m happy with the service at Crisp Laundromat and with the upgraded equipment as well.

Took my clothes there for wash & fold and it was only $19 for 2 loads (varies depending on the weights of your loads and I didn’t add any add-ons) and my clothes came back perfectly folded and organized! Their service was also super fast! I went on a Sunday so maybe it gets busier on other days, but it was washed and folded in just 2 hours. Loved their service and their prices! I’ll definitely be going back. (Especially bc they also have a loyalty program where you get a point for every dollar you spend.)

The workers are rude. There is no place to sit. according to the workers the wool lite is only for drop off clients only! Also i was trying to load a machine and the employee stood in front of me watching me like my money isnt green enough to wash there. IF YOU DONT WANT PEOPLE COMING IN WASHING, THEN I SUGGEST YOU MAKE IT A DROP OFF ONLY SITE!!! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO WASH YOUR OWN CLOTHING!!! Worst costumer service ever!!!

Been using this place for 12yrs. They picked up my laundry this week without mention of a price increase and then delivered it with a whopping 45% increase. They say free pick up/delivery, but they put it in the prices! This was not the case before and when I encountered the owner he just brushed it off as new policy. TERRIBLE NEW OWNERSHIP.

I liked this place, up until yesterday...I had 2 dryers going for 42 minutes each (more than enough time to dry a load), my boyfriend picked up the clothes and brought them home. Thats when I realized one of the loads was wet! I went back, got there at 8:25 and the lady tells me were closed. I said but it says you work till 8:30 and tried to explain the dryer must have not worked properly if all my clothes came out wet. To which she responded its not my problem and refused to let me dry my clothes for at least 5 minutes until they close. ITS NOT MY PROBLEM??? Who responds like that??? I have never encountered nastier staff in my life. Needless to say, I wont be coming back even if its the last laundromat in the city.

Exellent. I just got the laundry from the door man and it is incredible service. Everything smells heavenly with the healthy natural products i chose. Im incredibly happy with the service. Everything came folded crisp and smells so delicious. Thank you thank you thank you guys. Nd so sorry i called without first checking with the door man that it was already delivered. Litterally best place in the city and ive used several. By far the best expereince. Drop off your laundry or have them pick it up. I am a drop off customer. I have been very suspicious about lots of laundry place that have been to so far, and I am very particular about my stuffs, espcially my clothings. Crips has been brilliant over the years and always surprises me with their A ++ services & Ron ( owner or manager I guess !! ), is an amazing young guy who knows about whats attention to detail is all about.He has an eye for it and the staffs are truly adorable.The planet is moving into next Gen-X,and crisp is a perfect example of What Uber changed the taxi-age is what Crisp is doing on this industry. I intend to try their dry cleaning service as well. Excitement overloaded !!
