This service is easy to use and has reasonable cost. My drop off was late and I called three times to inquire about the drop-off time. I was told I had changed my drop off time(I hadnt), and was generally give immense unprofessional treatment. I wasnt ever given any quality information regarding my drop off time and I was denied a request to speak to a supervisor. When I requested a refund I was told That isnt going to happen. Thankfully, my clothes did show up late the same day(very grateful). The service is fantastic in theory, but the customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. All in all: Ease of use 9/10, quality of laundry 9/10, communication, professionalism, customer service 0/10. I so wish I could trust this company to respond to a simple inquiry!

Ive even had 1-day turnaround times. Theyre also incredibly affordable, especially for the quality; my clothing comes back perfectly clean and folded. I would highly highly recommend!

I have been a loyal Liox customer since last June, and have noticed the quality of service decline dramatically over the last 4 months. Our laundry has been delayed (both pick-up & drop off) every single time, and the customer service has been atrocious. When we call, we rarely reach a person, and when we do they are incredibly rude and unapologetic. The lack of communication, care for peoples personal items and customer service is apparent. DO NOT use their service and opt for a competitor.

Communication was poor. I never know if my laundry was picked up or delivered. Many missing clothing items and I received someone else’s clothes with my laundry. Would not recommend. I use Wash Club now.

I have been using Liox since the pandemic started and every single time my clothes come back clean and smelling fresh. Whites are actually white and everything is folded nicely. They are always on time and super professional. I have to give a major FIVE STAR review for my most recent order as I left my Beats headphones zipped up in the pocket of a sweatshirt that I sent to get washed. When the laundry came back, the beats were SAFE, SOUND and fully functioning in a little baggy. I’m glad to have a laundry service who checks the pockets before cleaning, because I clearly don’t haha. Thanks Liox!

I had two white dress shirts dry clean and received the dress shirts NOT DRY CLEAN.

This was my second time using Liox. The first, I had no issues and I was satisfied, likely because I did not have to deal with customer service. This time around, it took TWO DAYS to get my laundry back. I get that they can be busy and thats understandable, what is not ok is not updating me at all about my laundry and not being available by phone (despite having a phone number listed) and taking hours to respond to email, if at all. This stressed me out considerably as most of my wardrobe was in that order. It eventually showed up late at night (after customer service promised two separate time windows that passed). I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

Driver dropped laundry, without authorization, at our front door and did not call or text to let us know. As a result, our laundry was taken and we have no idea where it is. No sincere apologies or recourse for us to take, and it was 30lbs of clothing, intimates, towels, etc.Thanks a ton guys. *Awesome*

Avoid this place like the plague. after a few good uses, suddenly my 9A -11A drop-off laundry wasnt returned and the phone was not answered ALL DAY. Finally I had to go to the physical location and threaten to call authorities before the woman inside the store assisted and they scheduled my clothes to be dropped off later that evening and they were. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I was told there was some emergency going on. Well....once again, 9A-11A drop-off was not delivered and no one answers any of their phone numbers. I will once again be going to the physical location to get some pep in their step but will never ever use this business again. They are TERRIBLE. BEWARE!

Created new large stains on expensive clothing. Other items had to be handed in twice (I gave them three patient attempts, but they were never able to resolve any of the market issues). Completely incompetent on stuff that would even be resolved with a normal wash and fold service around the corner. Works okay for stuff that you dont care about, but dont give away any items that matters to your wardrobe. Ran by a bunch of kids with no communication or organization skills! :)

One bundle of towels was not completely dry. Damp and musty towels are NOT OK. I called their customer service number multiple times and sent a few emails. It’s been 24 hours since I tried to reach them and there has been no response whatsoever. I don’t know what to do. I paid for a service which failed and they are completely ghosting their client. Don’t use this service!!

I sent two bags of laundry out, and only one returned. I called and called and got no answer and no return call. I got one email saying they’d look into it. 4 days later my second bag showed up (very grateful), but I never received any communication that it was found and on the way.

Overall terrible experience. They stained a brand new sweatshirt with two huge water marks on the front. When I reached out to them about it, they originally responded about rewashing and when I tried to set that up, no response. I emailed again to follow up and no still no response. Poor quality cleaning and bad customer service. Only went there because my neighborhood clean and fold closed but will be finding a new one.

I have never had a more terrible experience with a laundry service in New York City. Disclaimer this is my experience they may be a good choice for you. My clothes that I paid extra for to have bleached came back unbleached, they still smell dirty and there’s no fabric softener. I called and emailed for two weeks and literally nobody replied answered or called back. Yesterday they just completely ghosted me when my laundry was scheduled to come in the afternoon and still no one called or came with my clothes I was Waiting around for all afternoon. I finally reached somebody and they said that there was an emergency and so the laundry couldn’t be delivered then today when I spoke to the person they tried to blame it on me saying that the delivery person couldn’t get in the door. Like get your freaking story straight. They literally had hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of my clothes and thought I wouldn’t care if they just didn’t deliver it? When I finally got through to somebody today she said she credited my account idk with what the $3 bleach charge but safe to say I would never ever use this company again.

Update: The owner just sent me this BS email saying that I wasnt professional & not a team player. Well FYI...FIRING ME BC IM TOO SLOW & NEED ACCOMMODATIONS ISNT GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION PERIOD.I was hired but only lasted 1 week. I was fired because they were getting too many customer complaints, however it was 110% obvious I was fired because of my disability. I also discovered a whatsapp group of certain people within the company INCLUDING THE OWNER/CEO teasing me about me being too slow &v having a lazy eye. THIS IS 110% ILLEGAL.Also, to any customer I helped/was helping; I am truly sorry I could not help further & I hope you got your cloths back (& clean)!!!

Second time using it since I like how this company do the laundry. Clean and neat. But incident happened in my second laundry order. I did hang to dry order for my silk sleepwear because it has a high value. When I got back my whole laundry, this sleepwear was missing out from the hang dry items.I was a bit frustrated because it is worth few hundreds dollars and just got it recently.Tried to call the customer service where never picked up my call, never got email reply so not sure what can I do. Might have to visit the liox in person. But this is very upsetting and disappointing experience just in 2nd time.-UpdateThey refunded me for the order but still was not able to find the missing cloth. I recommend you to leave a special bite for any precious item unless this place will lose it. Very disappointed for the price and service that they try to provide.

Such a great experience with Liox! I just moved here and figured I would use Liox until I got settled and found a laundromat I liked near me, but now I think I will just continue to use Liox. They were extremely professional and responsive. I love that there is the option of a scent free detergent, since I hate strong scents. I also accidentally scheduled my drop off a week later than I meant to, but when I called they were happy to reschedule me for earlier, at no charge. Also, since this was my first time using the service, I made sure to note all of the items I was sending, and they did not lose a single piece of clothing, not even a sock.I know that it seems a little expensive, but the convenience and great service is very much worth it to me.

They were 2 days late picking up my laundry. I called multiple times and got no response until Sunday when they tried to charge my card4 times for 111 dollars then sent me. Text because mycsrd declined. And even when I responded to there te t they still never called or responded back to what I was saying. This business is very shady and should not be trusted

I have been using this laundry service for a few months and they usually did a good job—a little expensive, but good.I got my last order dropped off a few days ago with bleach stains all over a brand new set of sheets and other various garments. I contacted customer support and they asked me to provide pictures, which I did, but never heard anything back. I followed up and tried calling but couldn’t get through.I am so upset. There is at least $200 worth of damage on some of my favorite pieces of clothing, not to mention a ruined set of sheets.

DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS - THEY WILL LOSE YOUR LAUNDRY AND IGNORE YOUR CALLS. I used these cleaners multiple times and the clean was average at best but they were the only option in my area. They then delivered 30lbs of laundry to the wrong building, my super had to go looking for it and found it down the street outside of another building. In the very next order they lost all of my dry cleaning - they kept delaying the delivery date until they finally admitted they didn’t know where it was. What has been most frustrating is that they do not return calls or emails and when you do get through to them, they pass it off to their colleagues or say someone will call you back and then they never do. The manager has told me his name is Nathan and Richard and each time I’ve spoken to him, he’s promised to return my call within the hour and it’s been weeks since I’ve heard back. All I want is the cost of my dry cleaning covered but they refuse to take any responsibility. Also once when I called they thought I was talking about another set of missing laundry so this must happen often.

2 things are important for a laundry service, clothes are clean and pickup/delivery.I dont have to complain about my clothes coming back clean. However 50% of the time the pickup or delivery are outside of the timeframe I chose.

An amazing experience the whole way-they picked up and delivered early, and even offer same day services. The clothes came perfectly folded even in order from smallest to largest. The communication was seamless, and the no contact pickup makes it really easy. I had to change my delivery address and they had no problem. A tip-spring for the $5 Liox laundry bag! It has a strap so it makes it easy to carry around! I had some random items that fell out of pockets and liox wrapped them in a plastic baggie and set it aside. Overall, one of the most wonderful customer experiences I’ve had of any business.

Lost my clothing. Customer service is completely impossible to reach, and when I do reach them, (besides someone named Megan) is totally negligent. Do not use this service.

They have a minimum laundry requirement which is not mentioned anywhere. Was charged an extra $15 for the minimum weight which was 20 lbs. Laundry does not come out clean, they do not separate colors like they say they do. All my black leggings came back with white fuzz on them. If you pay for extra add ons like bleach whites It is clear that they do not perform the service. Absolutely terrible huge waste of money. They also do not come on time in their designated windows. Extremely disappointed and will never use. Very low quality service.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Been a loyal customer of Liox for months now and recently had an EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!! All of my clothes, bedding and towels were not washed and I dare say there was urine or other residue on them, with some whites being stained (see photos). Seems as though they just threw all of the articles in the dryer with a dryer sheet and left it worse, hard and dirtier than when I gave it to them.Already spoke with their Head of Customer Service and all he is willing to do is give a free wash when this essentially requires a minimum of (3) washes to make it right (my time and inconvenience is worth more). His reluctance and incompetence has lost them an aggravated customer for good.There are many great companies out there that provide this service that would not hesitate to do what it takes to retain their client base especially during tough times like these AND understand that long term retention is more important than a short-sided loss of $160 for (2) washes. Taking my business elsewhere where it is appreciated.BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ive used Liox as my dry cleaner (and sometimes wash and fold) since 2017. Theyve NEVER lost an item or messed up an order, and they resolve questions/concerns quickly. You can schedule online and theyll pick up from/deliver to your apartment. Best dry cleaner Ive ever used, highly recommended.

My first time trying this service. Clothes just got delivered today and they smelled clean of tide and downy as I requested (I know the smell of my laundry when those products are used) folded neatly and the driver for pick up and drop off was very professional. I like that they wear uniform shirt of company. The email responses are fast, courteous and professional and I cannot say one bad thing thus far. My family was skeptical; however, circumstances pushed me to go for it and I don’t regret it! So long as my experience remains the same they have a long-standing customer in me. I’ll definitely recommend and have already done so to my brother and a colleague. I already scheduled another pick up and soon I’m going to try dry cleaning and then maybe even maid service. I love this place and I’m so happy I found them!!!!! #LoveLiox 😁

AMAZING service! It was my first time using their pick up/drop off wash & fold service. Both times they came within 15 minutes of my time frame and were extremely professional. I had 96 lbs of laundry (don’t judge me) and the guy carried all of my bags up three flights of stairs and then wouldn’t even take a tip when I offered. Super sweet people!!! I have been having so much trouble finding a good laundry service in New York, I found liox cleaners and laundry when COVID hit and most of the dry cleanings were closed, so far Ive used their service 3x and each time has been professional and perfect.

So happy I found this cleaner.. Laundry is picked up and returned in mint condition. they call when thy are coming to pickup and track the returns. Called to make sure if there was any thing special that needed to be done.

Pick and drop off was good very timely. But i noticed after the fact now that I need them, they didnt return 2 of my bed spreads but sent back all of my pillow cases that match them. They sent back all of my the other bed spreads. Also notice bleach spots on my boxers as i started wearing them.

Lived 3 years in NYC, just moved to Las Vegas and this was the best wash/fold/laundry service I used! Always on time for pickup and delivery, very nice employees, and never had an issue with the cleanliness of my clothes, they dont use cheap products and let you choose which detergents/softeners you want. Super easy to do everything online and you accumulate discounts as you order. I lost my wedding ring last month and it came in my laundry inside a little bag, you can trust them to do the right thing! Miles better than Cleanly!

Liox is wonderful! They took great care of me and several healthcare colleagues while here in NYC working in the COVID crisis. We had several specific requests given our shift schedules and they were more than accommodating. Our clothes look and smell great.

Horrible service. I had 4 bags of laundry to pick up and drop off. The driver came and picked up 1. I called and he came back and picked up 1. It wasnt until yesterday eve that someone came back and picked up the other 2. This morning, he delivered 1 bag!!!Still waiting on 3 bags of missing laundry that was supposed to be delivered by 8am. I will NEVER use this service again nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

Its interesting ... hidden gem in a laundry place. This laundry place has a ventanita... more like a cafeteria. But its amazing and you can order very late at night, in fact thats when the crowds show up.

I was looking for a laundry service that can pick up my laundry, have it washed and bring it back. My friend used this company in the past and recommended us to try them. I was so happy with the quality of service they provided. It is so hard to make time to do the laundry when you are working and have a family and a million things going on. An amazing laundry/dry cleaning service in the LES. Its the only one Ive come across that utilizes a mobile app, which makes doing laundry much, much easier. Whenever I have a last minute dry cleaning emergency, I can depend on Liox to clean it thoroughly and have it ready much earlier than the other dry cleaning services Ive tried. I like that I can use my own soap . I send it out with my clothes that need to be washed and folded, I use a very specific detergent because my skin is so sensitive. It always comes back to me and my clothes are always smell great and cause no rashes or anything so I know theyre using it . Its the best Clothes cleaning establishment near where I live !

Found this new laundromat in the area! I use this service for the dry cleaning mostly and sometimes would use the pickup and delivery service as well when I get lazy! The prices per pound are very reasonable for this area! They fold your clothes which is a good bonus for me personally as I do not have much time folding multiple bags of clothes weekly!

This place is bad. I had tried them multiple times and each time was a bad experience. They stole one of my laundry bags, charged me for one of their laundry bags, and would not return my laundry bag. They ignored my comments on the phone and through their online form.They also ruined $300+ in clothing and blamed me. The ruined items had no special laundry care instructions and had been washed in the past by other places with no issues. Then when I complained about those items, they took many days to respond, responded in a patronizing way, and said it could not have been their fault.The poor customer service and lack of accountability is despicable. Definitely do not trust this place with your clothes.UPDATE: Management did reach out to me and offered a $10 discount on my next order...

A really bad service. They picked up my clothes, and then cancelled the order without returning it. I was late to work to wait for the guy to drop it off but no one showed up. I tried to call and email them but could not reach out. Those clothes are pricey and this is really annoying.

Unreliable and terrible customer service. I signed up for their app after unsatisfactory experience with FlyCleaners, etc. At least, they were apologetic when they messed up and made reasonable reimbursements. Liox lost around 9-10 pairs of socks in two batches and came back with the most ridiculous excuses. My favorite was if it were to happen statistically, I must have had someone elses socks and that is not likely??? This is after making a comment about how underwear and socks are not guaranteed to make it back home, although they triple check (?) a list of everything (color/brand) that is sent to them. Absolutely ridiculous!

These guys opened this location about 2 months ago, and i mostly use their pickup and delivery service. Its nice to have someone come to my apt at time i set at my order. Its very simple to submit an order aswell, i dont think i have ever seen such simple working website especially in laundry/dry cleaning businesses.Dry cleaning always come back smelly nice and all perfectly clean, all stains off. I repeat, ALL STAINS OFF... And they give notes to items that might be problematic to clean. They never give you suspicious pricing, always once set price since its listed online, no matter what.Dont think i will ever stop using them. Hope this will help other people choosing best cleaners.
