This place is amazing. I got a Groupon deal for 2 small and 1 large area. I had one session so far and i can already see huge difference. My technician was very friendly and caring. The place was clean. Worth the money.

WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I did 9 laser treatments at Infinity Laser Spa over the course of a year and have spent almost $1000, but now, a few months post the last treatment my hair has fully grown to its original length and texture. I followed all the instructions pre and post every single treatment to get the optimal results.I then called Infinity Laser Spa and was offered to purchase more treatments at a discount rate - as if I would waste another dime on a service that did absolutely nothing. I have asked to speak with the manager several times over the past 2 weeks and kept getting told that they were busy and would call me back, but they never did.TL;DR the treatments were worthless and the service is horrific. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

The first time I visited Infinity, the staff was so kind and professional. Everyone wore masks and they made sure to social distance. The spa is very well cleaned and sanitized. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The lady who did my laser hair removal walked me through everything patiently since this was my first time ever getting laser hair removal. I have an extremely low pain threshold; I hate getting waxes because of the pain. This is way better than waxing! The lasers feel warm but they don’t hurt at all. If anything it tickled a little because I’m very ticklish. At the most it will feel like tiny little needles barely touching your skin but generally pain free in my opinion unless you don’t like heat. The process itself only take a few minutes per area. I got 3 large areas done and my 1st session was over in about 10 minutes. I thought it would take much longer than that. I’m seeing great results after only my 1st treatment (hair is falling out and barely growing back) so I’m going to continue with Infinity Spa.

I got this deal on Groupon and the women who work here are so sweet. I love the techs because they are very careful and always ask if the laser is hurting too much or too hot, they really care. The receptionist Maya is so sweet and really helpful too. I will be a continuous customer, Im very happy

Clean facility (bathroom needs attending) and friendly staff. Wait times usually are short but schedule accordingly to avoid the rush. I received 8 laser sessions (bikini area) and 7 out of the 8 sessions were pleasant. I was burned on one session which led to scabbing in the bikini area which was obviously not ideal. Unfortunately I won’t be returning because I didn’t notice any difference in the hair growth. I don’t think the machine worked for my skin tone (medium/dark skin) because other clients have had successful results. Worth the try if you have fair/light skin tone. Just be sure to tell them if the laser is too intense- even if they insist that it’s fine.

I love infinity Laser Spa. My schedule is so hectic but they always manage to squeeze me in last minute. I usually always get a different tech and they have all been great. They always check in on how I’m doing through out the session and adjust accordingly. I saw results immediately after 1 session and now 6 later the hair that grows back is so thin, I love it. Would definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. I got fraxel CO2 laser done for stretch marks and they severely burned my inner thighs. I went in hoping to Fine something to help me with my stretch marks but I ended up with a bigger problem that what I already had. Now I’m stuck spending thousands of dollars treating the burns that I got in this place. Please stay away from this place this is the worst place to go to treat stretch marks.

NEVER AGAIN! This was a huge loss for me, especially during these times when I cant afford to lose money.Ive used the cold air laser before and thought this is what was going to be used for my treatments. With the cold air laser I used at another laser salon, my hair shed 2 weeks after treatment and them grew back thin which is the process.With this gel laser at Infinity, I saw NO DIFFERENCE AND NO SHEDDING!. I stated my concerns from my first treatment and no resolution was made other than telling me I need more treatments. I have done 3 painful treatments so far and still, my hair never went through the shedding phase and hair growthwas actually stimulated. I explained that to them again and they still didnt have a resolution and kept insisting that they cannot refund me.I have a very deep skin tone and despite their claims on the website, this laser does not work for us.So, $300 down the drain and pain that went along with it!! I suggest DO NOT GET A PACKAGE UNLESS YOU KNOW THIS WILL WORK FOR YOUR SKINToNE/HAIR.. I GOT SCAMMED AND WILL FILE A COMPLAINT!

Got my one year unlimited laser for one small and one large area from Groupon.This is my 6th time visit.Very clean, and the waiting area is very comfortable.They are very on time on your schedule. Every time I went there on time, basically no need to wait at all.Stuff were friendly. And they schedule your appointment every 6 weeks.Sometime I need to reschedule, just call ahead, they answer and reschedule right away.For the laser result is pretty awesome.Few more month to complete.

Everything went great until on my last treatment, the tech burned my armpits badly on my final session in package. I had just bought a new package which I cancelled. The manager never called back and when I did call and we spoke he was very insensitive and quite dismissive! And I had an event this and weekend. This was before covid tho, but I had lost the pics but thanks to google I found them and I still remember this painful experience!

Ive been getting laser done here for months and its been great. Ive gotten good results. My favorite has been a girl named Nina or something like that? Urkranian, super detail oriented and nice! Taking that aside, WHYYY have 3 different phone numbers on your website if none of them get picked up? Im trying to change my appointment and called LITERALLY 4x each of the 3 numbers. I am not kidding!! Please let me know if maybe all these 3 numbers are not functioning and I should be calling a different one? thank you.

Ive deducted three stars due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. However, the facility is very clean and my laser experience was painless. The tech that performed my laser hair removal was very nice as well and thoroughly explained the process.During my initial visit, the front desk staff sold me additonal services which was fine. We discussed that I would start paying for my additional services at my 6 week laser appointment. Which was perfect! I had to come back a week later to continue my 1st appointment because I didnt shave the additional areas I wanted done and we wanted my appointments to align with my 6 week appointment.Upon arrival I had an issue with the front desk associate in regards to the payment arrangement that was set-up the week prior. We discussed it, settled the matter and I went into the laser hair removal room. I was unclothed in the treatment room and the front desk employee came into my session and spoke to my technician, and told her that she could only laser my bikini area because that was in my Groupon. One, it is EXTREMELY unprofessional to enter a room where a client has their private areas exposed. Second, I had already discussed with the front desk personnel that I would pay for the additional services at my 6 week appointment. That was also the original arrangement I made with their facility the week prior. I had to interrupt the front desk employee and state yet again the terms that were previously agreed upon. She said well can you pay $100 or $200..something?! I said yes. Ill pay the extra $100. The technician was mortified that the front desk associate came into the room & apologized for her behavior once she left.I was extremely annoyed at the lack of respect for client privacy and the fact that the employee came into my room & addressed the technician and not myself, after we already discussed the issue before I got into the room.Once I left to check out, one of the front desk employees tried to charge me $200 + tax, which was once again not what I just agreed upon. I told her no because that wasnt the initial agreement. I told her Ill pay $100 because that was what I JUST spoke with the other employee about. & this is the SECOND time they switched the pricing on me. The employee Im speaking in regards to also had an attitude throughout all of our interactions. All in all Im writing this post to say all though the facility & the technicians are great the front desk staff is deplorable. Im not sure who management is but they should be aware of the behavior of their front desk staff. #1 Any employee beside your technician should NOT be allowed to enter the treatment room while youre unclothed. Thats poor decorum.Also, if you get into any type of payment agreement with their front desk staff please get it in writing!

The most welcoming laser hair removal spa Ive ever been to.Last Tuesday I purchased an amazing Valentines package from them and today was my first laser session for my full legs, extended bikini line, and underarms. I am very happy and satisfied with the technician who did my laser first session.

FYI before you book a Groupon if you want a Brazilian- you’ll be charged another $375 when you get here. She told me as I was lying on the table that the Groupon doesn’t including anything outside the “extended” Bikini line- basically beyond the vagina which isn’t available on Groupon. Of course they don’t tell you that before you pay originally. So it’s not really a deal, so I’d go ahead and go somewhere nice for the Groupon because the price is super misleading

So HARD TO GET A APPOINTMENT...I got a 1 years Groupon ... they don’t give you every 4 weeks appointment... they only give you 6 or 7 weeks appointment ... and I got a large and and small area and before I buy it I asked them for larger area . Is it included “bikini line” they said “yes” and my bikini line is not huge ... it’s 3 finger cross from the main area but they are only allowed to do it if it is just 1 finger cross from the main area and they will try to sell you extra bikini line ... I finished my fourth section and obviously my bikini area is the same .. I don’t see my hair coming slow... I hope I will see the so soon . Sad ... but This is my experience

I been going to this spa for a year now and is always something with the front desk chick (Asian girl) to be specific I have never have a problem with any estheticians that have work with me from facials and laser hair removal but it’s always something with that specific front desk. I went today for my facial appointment super early after I worked overnight and I understand I was early but literally there was nobody there even the other workers there was wondering why she didn’t sent me to do my facial with the esthetician, I overheard her saying oh because her appt is at this time when there was nobody there long story short people started coming in for their appts and I literally was waiting in one of the couch for a hour and half falling asleep when I could just waste that time there sitting down doing nothing and all the estheticians there standing doing nothing. I always buy a 3 facial package and I always make my next appt every time I finished with one of my sessions but today I just walked out. I have one session left and I will like my money back but guess what they don’t make refunds so I have to go and deal with them one more time because I’m not leaving them my money you lost a customer Infinity laser spa.

Infinity laser spa is OK. And I say this because they use a different type of laser machine than other places like Body Factory. The type that works for almost all skin/ hair types is diode which is not what they use here. This is based on myself and 3 other friends whove visited here before with all different complexions.If you purchase through Groupon then its probably worth it. I do see some results but not as instant or great as other laser places and I am currently on my 6th session.
