This place is honestly amazing. It’s in a bit of a hard to find spot and it’s small but the receptionist was really helpful in giving directions to the place when finding it for the first time. I had really great results and the experience was really comfortable. My laser specialist, Allison, is truly the best. She’s super welcoming, informative, and really good at her job. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting to go here especially if you’re a first timer. She’s really thorough during the laser treatments and very considerate as well.

I love coming to satori laser. I used to think that laser hair removal wouldn’t work on dark skin and thick hair. I tried laser in my underarms about 4 years ago and it didn’t work. So I thought never again. But then I found Satori and read all the reviews and also asked about the skin tones they treat and I’m so happy I invested in myself. I wish in New Jersey they had Satori but they don’t so I have to travel to NY for satori only. My technician, Katherine it’s the absolute best there is! She talks to you through the whole process so time runs fast! She’s also very through I only want her! She really loves what she does and makes the experience enjoyable, even though they don’t lie when they say it hurts like a rubber bad. Haha I still would do it again. I also have really great results, my hair barely grows back I’m on my 4 session now for my legs and underarms and other small areas and I’m super happy. all the areas have shown amazing results. I’ve been a Satori Laser customer for over 9 years at this point. I used to go to their location in the old New Yorker hotel but switched to Grand Central about 4-5 years ago. I’ve tried LaserAway as well a handful of other laser companies in the city and between the customer service and pricing, I prefer Satori hands down!! They are always thorough, compassionate, and the staff is super friendly. More than anything, they make me comfortable with treatments and don’t push full treatments on areas I only have minimal hair and would be better off doing touch ups on. They’re so honest and don’t just want your money!! Highly recommend. Allison is one of my favorites here, but truly all the technicians are great!

Satori Laser is great! Ive been going for probably two years now for treatments. The first treatments are closer together and the last year or so I only go for touch ups. Katherine is amazing and I recommend her to everyone I know. During covid they dont allow waiting before your appointment to reduce crowding and they do a symptom check and temp check before doing any treatments.

I started going to Satori because of a Groupon, but quickly started buying more sessions due to the fact that it really is an excellent laser experience. I would give this place a zero if I could. I felt really office staff discriminated against me today. I was 45 minutes early. I originally thought my appointment was at 1:00pm and was informed very low key snotty by the Hispanic receptionist it was at 1:30pm. I was initially asked on a questionnaire if I had been exposed to COVID patients; I responded yes because I am a Registered Nurse and I have been exposed to COVID patients. The laser technician went around the desk and spoke to the receptionist. I’m not sure what conversation took place but the receptionist came from behind the desk along with the Laser Technician. The laser technician Alison informed me that she would not be able to service me. I informed her she was unfair and she responded “I can’t afford to take any chances.” Really she takes chances every time she services a client. This experience was really humiliating. Earlier this morning I left the dentist appointment and was serviced without a problem and I responded to COVID questions exactly the same as Satori Laser. It’s nice to know others respect the role of the Registered Nurse.

Ive been doing laser hair removal with Satori Laser since the beginning of 2018. What a great experience with the Grand Central location. Super clean and both my technicians, Allison and Kat, are so amazing and attentive. They are both so friendly and really ensure that their clients are as comfortable as possible. So far, Ive done my underarms, legs, and now Brazilian! Results are wonderful so far; I no longer have to shave my legs or underarms anymore. I just started Brazilian but already seeing such great results. I absolutely love Satori Grand Central ! I have been going to Satori for over a year now for my lower face and now underarms. I have seen significant decrease on my face (12 sessions) but i will need to do a couple of more sessions since my hair is thicker and darker. I love going to Katherine ! I’ve searched all over to find the best establishment for laser hair removal and Satori Laser was the clear choice. First of all, it was my first time getting laser hair removal so I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a bit nervous about the process because my skin type is really sensitive and didnt want to have a bad reaction to treatment. Allison, my technician, made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She explained everything to me and was able to answer all of my questions. This location is great, it is always clean. The staff is very friendly, they always great you with a smile and they are willing to work with your schedule. I love that this process is quick, yes there is a small pain associated with the procedure that the goal in the long run is worth it. I equate it to be hit by a rubber band. Their machine has liquid nutrition cooling system which is a much more expensive machine according to the staff. However they bring it down to a reasonable pricing. Im definitely coming back soon!

The staff are nice and the wait time is low but painless? If you are brave enough to take a needle it will be fine...my coward a** was squeezing those stress balls like my life depended on it the spray burns they use to minimize the laser pain but it was ok not enough to jerk tears or anything:)

I rarely ever give reviews on anything, however need to give one on Satori. Have to say it is the best thing I have ever done and not sure why I waited so long to do laser hair removal. Started with friends recommendation to buy a Groupon for 3 sessions in one small area. I am now doing 3 areas as well. First session they ask about all the medications and vitamins you are taking-I had to stop taking Biotin as it increases hair growth and discuss which areas you want to do and approximately how many sessions it will take. Also, cant tweeze (which I have been doing every day for many years) any longer, only shave the area, which I found bizarre at first but used to it now. Laser only works on dark course hair. I saw a difference after one session but will probably need up to 6 sessions for each. It is working beyond great. My concern was...is it going to be clean, do they know what they are doing, is it quick, is it painless. All of the answers are a big YES. Cannot recommend Satori high enough and thanks to Katherine, who is the best of the best.

Adore this Satori clinic. As soon as you walk in you know your in good hands. The clinic is bright white clean and relaxing! Its always nice and quiet too. You can see by the wall of models they cater to that they must be good and they sure were!I am going on to my 3rd treatment for bikini line and was so impressed after my first session I thought Id never need to go back (bearing in mind I have the optimum skin/hair colour for the treatment). I was told that I might not even need the full 6 treatments I signed up for and because I got such good results I only need to go back every 6 weeks instead of 5 weeks.I personally find the treatment painless but I never found waxing to bother me but I would scale laser to be a lot less of a feeling then waxing and quicker in my opinion. My bikini line in Satori only takes 10 minutes so really easy to fit into a working schedule or even on a lunch break! Really couldnt reccomend them more. They do great combo deals for multiple parts of the body and recently saw them on groupon!

Had the most amazing exeperience with Satori! I found them on yelp bc they had such great reviews and their prices are reasonable so i decided to start with a small area as a trial before doing anything on my face. The technician that did my consultation was SO helpful and patient in answering my million questions! I was so impressed with how clean and beautiful the office was, but i was even more impressed with my results. I dont usually leave reviews on yelp or google but they were so awesome at Satori that i felt I had to share how happy I am with my results. I ended up doing my full body bc it just worked so well!! I love Satori Laser!! This location is soo pretty, i believe they just opened a new one on 57th as well??!! Ive never been there but I have been with Satori since day 1 when they opened their first location ! They have become so huge now and work with all the top model agencies in NYC. Everyone who walks in and out of that place is beautiful... I am absolutely in love with this place and my results!! Best Machines, Best service and by far the best prices in the City!
