Abracadabra Electrolysis is the only place I will go for my treatments. Nancy Star is the best in the business. I have tried other types of treatments (waxing, laser, etc) and the results are just temporary. For me this has been the only way to have permanent results. I highly recommend Abracadabra to anyone struggling with unwanted hair.

Nancy is professional, honest, fair, and understanding of a clients needs. She takes the time with each client to explain the process, the needles, show her certificate, etc. I had a 15 minute test session to figure out exactly which setting worked for me and to see how my skin reacted. The results have been fantastic! Thanks, Nancy!! Anyone in need of clearing up some unwanted hair should pop in for a test.

PLEASE CONSIDER MY REVIEW if you have somewhat sensible skin (get occasional razor burns), because after 1 treatment not only my summer was ruined (6 weeks later and I still cant wear skirts, shorts or bikinis now, only maxi), but I will also have a very noticeable scar. I feel that I completely wasted $320!After reading amazing reviews I made an appointment with Abracadabra Electrolysis. They explained, that even for the first time it makes sense to treat large areas on both legs. I paid $320 for 2 hours of pain (I didnt expect it to be painless, but it was torture to say the least) and left with recommendation to treat the area with Neosporine cream for few more days after the procedure.However, next morning I noticed a red spot approximately 2x2 on my shin that didnt go away, rather became worse and INFECTED. I also had bright blood dots all over my legs that DONT GO AWAY FOR 3 WEEKS now (while 2-3 days were promised at most). Later, my INFECTION GOT WORSE and I had to seek dermatologist advice when I found out that I have 2ND DEGREE BURN that got infected and that I will very likely have a SCAR there for life!I thought thats too much for my money and contacted Nancy. After I explained the situation and said that I will have to let other people know of what happened and that I also would like my money back she DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE or return the money, but threatened that as soon as I publish my review she will publish my personal details and photographs that I sent her to show what my leg look like after treatment. All of her emails were rude and unprofessional. She also said that I can be happy now, since she fired Leah, who did my treatment. I presume, I had to feel guilty. Interestingly, I never saw Leahs certificate, I saw Nancys and assumed that Leah has it as well. Not so sure now.Overall, it was painful experience, which complicated my life instead of making it easier and Nancy proved to be rude, unprofessional and unethical person.

I have been battling unwanted facial hair (pretty much a full beard - Joy!) for years now (most of my life!). I had lasering done on a regular basis in middle/high school and college, to no relief!
