I absolutely LOVE Pulse! Ive been going for years and getting laser has been the best money Ive spent in my adult life. Ive gotten laser hair removal for my legs, underarms and Brazilian and it is truly life changing. All of the staff at Pulse are wonderful and their office is extremely safe with COVID precautions taken very seriously. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this spa. I’ve been going for skin care and laser treatments for almost two years now. Mel is absolutely the best at her craft. She’s professional, diligent and knowledgeable. She’s provided spectacular service (every single time), goes beyond to assure that I’m comfortable and is always informative in how I should continue taking care of my skin after each treatment. This place lives up to all the wonderful reviews. My boyfriend booked the bath experience + massage for my birthday during one of the snow storms and the trek was worth everything + more. Not overcrowded, no annoying chlorine smells and so many thoughtful amenities. I was able to shower and dry/flatiron my hair and leave looking like a person to go to dinner afterwards.

Drake is amazing!. If you want custom curated facials, genuine attention to what your skin concerns are and want to switch to all natural products, Drake is just amazing.. I was recommended to her by another friend and am so happy I finally found a go-to facialist...

Pulse is probably the best skincare center in NYC. Ive had multiple treatments there. Calm, professional environment. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Super clean treatment rooms. Treatments that really work!!!

Ive been going to Jenn at Pulse for a couple of years now and I have to say hands down she is the best laser technician Ive ever had. She is knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. She is meticulous and makes sure you feel comfortable the whole time. The studio is also super cute and clean. I would highly recommend coming here and seeing Jennifer!

Wonderful, friendly staff. This place has CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! Im a black woman around the color complexion of Kerry Washington or Oprah. Ive had wonderful results with laser hair removal at Pulse. WONDERFUL!!! Jen Belser is great at what she does. Ive treated my bikini line and Im now free from having to shave/wax. No more embarrassing ingrown hairs that leave scars due to hyper-pigmentation (that darker skin is burdened with). I am much more confident and self-assured because of this affordable laser treatment. Its one of the BEST investments Ive ever made!

Good laser place with nice staff and clean office. I noticed that not all asthetitians are on the same page about what you can and cannot do before and after the treatments, and they all gave me different answers when I asked how long I cannot tan for before the treatment. Otherwise, the laser equipment seems good and location is convenient. It is pretty impossible to book the appointment sooner than 3-4 weeks, so keep that in mind when booking.

They are terrific! Monica is marvelous--she not only has done a great job, but she is just really, really nice. Ive had lasering done at 3 other places and this laser hurts, but it is WAY more effective! Id rather have some pain while it is happening and have it work. I wont go back to the other kind of lasers (that use gel) and make a little difference, but not a big one. Highly recommend, especially Monica!

If your going to pick a technician pick Komal, she is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She is very flexible about appointments and good about sending reminders / good place, friendly staff - perfect prices !

Melissa is personable straight forward. She let me do a tester during the consultation so I would know what to expect.Just finished my first session and it was waay less painful than waxing and much faster. (I did the under arm and Brazilians). Because I was a referral and work in the beauty business Melissa threw in the under arms for free in the name of the good ol barter system. I already have several clients and friends waiting to see how my first session went. I cant wait to report back. I dont think 6 busIness cards will be enough! Good luck getting an appointment w Melissa. I plan on keeping her very busy!We female entrepreneur have to support each other. When you get quality service say something!
