By FAR the most AMAZING wax experience I have ever encountered! I have visited numerous waxing facilities throughout NYC and no technician could even come close to the calm and care Flor extended. The service was not rushed and she took her time making sure every micro hair was removed (at times using a tweezer).I will NEVER go to another waxing facility again. Please do yourself a favor and visit Rio Brazil Waxing! If your experience is anything like mine, you would be delighted!

Where do I start! This is the first and only waxing place I’ve ever been too and from the beginning Flor has been amazing. I travel almost an hour to come see her lol. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Prices are reasonable, it’s super clean and Flor makes me feel extremely comfortable. Also making an appointment is really easy. I tell all my friends to come here. European Wax has nothing on this place.

Flor is the absolute best. She has been waxing me for over 3 years & now I drive in from NJ to see her because nobody pays attention to detail the way she does!!!!!!!! Fantastic Brazilian, upper leg & eyebrows ! A 3 in 1 stop ! Thank you, Flor!!!!!

Flor is a real professional. There is a clean and clear room, she has all the equipment she needs for a flawless waxing. Also she is very nice and gentle :) Ill go back whenever Im in NYC

I went for the first time today, and she was amazing. Very clean, and professional. Shes done Brazilian waxes for many years and it shows. It barely hurt, and she makes you feel relaxed. I feel so good, Im not even sore.Also 6 mos pregnant, and Flor made this a breeze for me. Ill be back next month.

First time calling to make an appointment, and someone picked up “hello??” as if I had dialed this stranger’s cell. Seriously? Is this how you greet customers over the phone? Really unprofessional. Made me nervous to ever do business with them - can only imagine how apathetic/blasé they’d be waxing me - nope! #byyeee
