The classes are great and staff is friendly

This gym is my happy place. The staff is kind, friendly and easy going. The classes are fantastic and the instructors are great. The space is always perfectly clean and the machines are new and in great condition. It can sometimes get a little busy on weekends but most of the time it is easy to get a great workout.

Love this place. The owner is so friendly and the staff is very experienced. There are many different classes to join or just use the gym equipment on your own. My personal trainer works here and I could not get along without her classes and personal time with me. Fernando, Melissa, Jose and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Don’t hesitate, join us!

A small but a the perfect gym for your workouts. Equipments are great. There is something for everyone. The group fitness classes are awesome and gets you pumping. A happy customer!

Out of all of the fitness classes Ive been to, BeFitNYC is my favorite! I love how encouraging and helpful all of the instructors are. Every time I come to the studio, its a different workout and the hour flies by!

I think the best in NYC, I also tried Equinox but I feel better here, big spaces and not so busy on evening

I had to cancel my membership due to moving but i love this gym so much. Small but clean and everything you could need. Highly recommend.

I love befitnyc so much! The classes are incredible and challenging, the staff is the friendliest Ive come across while living in the city, and Ive lived here for 4 months! Everything is so clean and the environment just feels homey and welcoming. Seriously recommend this gym. Im in love! 💜💜💜

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym that was affordable and not over crowded like Planet Fitness or New York Sports Club. I used to be a member at Equinox and found out that some of the teachers also teach at Befit! The owner is extremely friendly and the staff is very accommodating. I love all the classes from Yoga with Eric, Zumba with Matthew and Conditioning with Fernando. The studio is clean and has huge windows that offer lots of natural light. Love it!!

If you want to be challenged but not be judged, this is the place. Very friendly and experience people. Lovely boutique gym (and way cheaper compared to equinox and co)

Good staff with decent equipment. Space is small but not too busy during off peak hours. Also have heard good things about the classes

I ventured to this boutique gym on the upper west side during Storm Jonas and it was a godsend. The employees are friendly, the space is bright and the instructors are so helpful. I took the slow vinyasa yoga and found out they even have complementary yoga mats! No more lugging my heavy yoga mat in the snow. I finally found my neighborhood UWS gym.

Im not a big fan of gyms (or of exercising), and yet BefitNYC has become my second home. The space is great, comfortable, no-fuss, very clean, and super friendly. It has a true family feel that is instantly noticeable and very different from its chain-based counterparts.There isnt an unlimited supply of gym equipment, but more than ample. But where Befit really excels is in the quality of its classes. Yoga, Pilates, cardio-- every instructor without fail has been just fantastic and inspiring (Ellen and Holly for Yoga; Daria for body sculpting, and Christina, Melissa, Oshrit, Shannon, Eric, and Flora for yoga). And at just $74 a month for unlimited classes, it is a great value as well.If youre looking for a low-key, friendly environment, but with phenomenal quality of classes, then this is the place!
