The TS Team is wonderful. They are super accommodating to each person’s personal needs. I am currently dealing with a knee injury and Noam and the team have been amazing in developing a program that is unique for me. Additionally, the motivational texts and emails help keep me on track in helping me achieve my heath goals. Everyone needs to experience this program!!!

I found TS Fitness after spending hundreds of dollars on un-used gym memberships from not knowing how to properly work out in a gym setting and feeling discouraged from continuing weight lifting on my own. I tried many group fitness classes afterwards but nothing gave me the results I was looking for until I started the TS Fitness Personal Training Program. The #TogetherStronger community is incredible and the owner and trainers are all personable and encouraging. Over the past couple of months Ive been doing their personal program and the other group classes that they offer. My personal favorite is Climb-40! One of the best fitness facilities in New York City and by far the best in the Upper East Side.

I became a member of TS Fitness in October because of the positive atmosphere and challenging workouts. Each trainer has a different yet effective training style. I appreciate how they all pay close attention to form to ensure each workout is effective and safe.
I began attending TS amidst the pandemic when most gyms were closed. I have nothing but great experiences to share. Cleanliness/safety precautions are taken very seriously and group fitness classes have been nothing short of fun, especially outdoor Urban Strength with Noam and Kyle (they will whip you into shape--socially distanced of course!)
I love TS Fitness! Ive been a regular for many years. What I love about this studio is that they make an effort to learn your name and give individual adjustments. They really make sure you are doing each exercise the right way!

Coming from a Barre/Pilates background I was skeptical about joining a gym and attending workout classes that were associated with the word HIT but my first day at TS Fitness was welcoming and educational. The owner Noam was extremely knowledgeable and was vigilant when it came to modifying any exercises and had no problem encouraging me to push to my full potential for a heavier weight or an extra rep. He wants you to reach your goals of becoming stronger physically and pushing yourself mentally to see just how capable you actually are. Due to COVID we work out in masks but there is great AC and some fab tunes to distract you from the killer circuits. I also feel very comfortable with the protocols put into place to sanitize all of the equipment. I am already seeing some crazy definition that no other workout has ever given me. Proud to say that I not only lift but have become quite a master in the kettle bell world.
Great professional, knowledgeable team at TS.They listened to my specific goals and needs.I got injured some time ago (outside of the gym) but still wanted to work out.They customized a workout to fit my condition at the time. I healed incredibly well and was back at the gym way sooner than I expected!I am now working on getting abs by the summer, I can already see 2 out of the 6 ;) thank you team TS!!

Really positive, highly intensive workout with great trainers. They are very professional and friendly.The instructor will demonstrate the floor exercises and then keep an eye on how youre doing. Ive seen great improvement my core and body has gotten stronger.

Highly recommend TS Fitness! I have been working out regularly on my own and not seeing the results I wanted simply because I didn’t know what workouts to do to get the results I was looking for. In one month of the nutrition program and GPT, I saw results that I didn’t see after months of training on my own! Noam and team put me on a plan (and held me to it) that was easy to follow and worked! I now feel more knowledgeable about my fitness overall and how to eat and train properly!

TS Fitness provides a great workout experience. Noam and the rest of the trainers take the time to make sure that you workout safely and effectively. They challenge you, yet are very supportive. I’ve been going for a couple months and I can see big changes in my stamina and strength. Noam works hard to create a personalized training program which allows you get stronger and leaner. The semi-private training provides the right amount of attention and keeps you motivated as you work out with others. It is no exaggeration to say that TS Fitness is the one of the best things that has happened to me. I had known Noam for several years when I met him on the street one day and he asked me to try his new gym, TS Fitness. I was skeptical because I’ve never been one for exercise but decided to try it anyway. I was blown away. Noam and his staff are amazing. The personal attention you receive in the semi-private sessions is key to the whole process. The trainers have an individualized program just for you. You follow the program and results follow. The trainers are knowledgeable and very interactive in their guidance. They encourage you to do more and reach for higher goals. I also like the mix of age and fitness level. It is a more realistic scene. Further, the trainers and your fellow clients are very personable and a small community forms that encourages one another. It is really a great experience and I highly recommend it.

This gym is great! I have been going to some of the different group fitness classes and have had a great experience. The gym is on the smaller side, but in a way that feels private and exclusive. It has all the equipment you would need and it is all clean and up to date. The instructors are all really friendly and motivating, and there is a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. I always leave feeling like a got a great workout!
TS Fitness is an incredible studio. The instructors are friendly, motivating, and attentive. The workouts are challenging in a way that makes you feel accomplished, and nonstop which makes for a fun workout. Unlike many other studios I go to, the instructors at TS clearly work to pay attention to your form to prevent injury and create a more mindful workout experience. TS Fitness delivers on everything I was looking for from a small group strength/toning program. Coming back from an injury and not in the shape I had been as a marathoner in my previous life, I truly feel that the trainers at TS were as invested in my progress as I was. They really listened to me, modified their approach, and offered an intimidation-free environment. They know when to push me and when to scale back to make sure Im focusing on proper form and staying motivated. I never feel pressured, but continually feel challenged. Its a balance that I havent gotten with other similar facilities that Ive tried.The staff make me feel like Im a valued member, receiving a warm welcome and personal attention from check in to cool down. As a Class-Passer, I know there are many members who train more frequently and pay a lot more than I do to train with TS, but I feel like I get the same level of personal attention as folks who workout with them daily. Id recommend TS to anyone looking for a partner in training, regardless of your experience or fitness level.
After not working out for a long time, I finally decided to get back into it and joined TS Fitness because I wanted to join a smaller gym where I could get a personalized program. Ive been training with Sydney for about 3 months and it has been an excellent experience. She is very focused on creating a program thats right for me, teaching me the proper way to exercise, she is a great motivator, and makes working out a fun challenge rather than a chore! In the past I always preferred being at a larger gym where I could blend in, but TS Fitness has actually been better for me...it truly feels like a family and all of the trainers are friendly and very supportive which makes me comfortable and motivated. Thanks Sydney and team for helping me get back into a workout routine that I actually enjoy!
Cant say enough good things about TS. I started going to GPT (group personal training) about a year ago, excited to try it out but expecting not go back (I live in Brooklyn). I was so impressed with the knowledge, care, and personal attention that I found myself back there the following week, and here we are a year later. I look forward to going every week. Noam, Elvin, Lee, and Henry have all been instrumental in helping me get stronger, more efficient, and more aware of how I can train to support my body (loose joints and all). I run, cycle, and play softball, and have a very active job, and I notice the difference that TS has made every day.
These guys are the best. I have used personal trainers at two other gyms and nothing compares to TS Fitness. The semi-private training sessions are far less expensive than any personal trainer I have ever used and are more effective. I pay about sixty percent less than at my previous gym and get better results. I am just starting my second month and look forward to continuing. The individual attention is great. I feel as though the trainers are really listening to me and what I want to accomplish. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Try them out. You will be glad you did.
Ive been coming to TS Fitness for group fitness classes for several years. They are consistently making their classes better, I live and work further downtown and do not mind making the trip uptown for their HIIT classes and incredible instructors! Ive taken with Noam, Elvin and Alejandro and each one is the absolute best. Ive been to most circuit training/hiit studios in the city and TS is my absolute favorite.Their classes are challenging for those who work out a lot and yet approachable for those just starting out and with small class sizes they really give you the attention you need.

Weve been going to TS Fitness for about 2.5 years now and are still loving it just as much as when we first came! TS Fitness is one of my absolute favorite places to work out at. From personal training, to small group classes, TS offers such a positive and uplifting environment for any and all fitness goals. Their semi-private or small group classes is what I always go for, and find that they offer a balanced and challenging class every time, guaranteed to make you sweat! One thing that bothers me most about going to a new studio is not knowing what level the classes will be, or whether or not the instructor will take time to acknowledge you or make sure you are performing right. At TS, they care so much about form and want to make sure you get the complete experience by completing their workouts accurately, and at your own pace. Noam and his team are wonderful, and I recommend everyone to try them out!
Just finished my 1-month trial and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at TS Fitness. The team is great and creates a fun atmosphere that I look forward to visiting 3x a week. The HIIT classes are challenging and will leave you feeling motivated and accomplished. The GPT classes are also great- each client gets a personalized routine tailored to their individual goals. After previously working with a trainer one-on-one, I was a bit concerned that being in a group would not provide the same level of attention, however the trainers all do a good job making sure everyone is attended to. The group classes at TS Fitness are hands down, my favorite group fitness classes in the city. After only taking a few classes, I noticed a huge improvement in my endurance, strength, and overall fitness--which I wasnt getting elsewhere. The classes are hard and designed to push your limits if youre willing to go there. It is obvious that there is careful thought put into creating each class program. Music is on point, energy is high, and its always fun!They have genuinely created a team attitude and all the coaches/trainers are extremely welcoming and motivational. Its an incredible workout, but I keep coming back because of the great community.Dont be fooled by the short 35 minute HIIT class. Its a killer!
I do not by any means consider myself a diehard exercise fan, but Noam and his crew at TS Fitness somehow manage to make it fun to sweat. TS Fitness is a small, well equipped (and clean!) gym where you feel like youre part of a family. From my experience, the TS Fitness trainers will get to know you and your goals much more deeply than the trainers at the big box gyms. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly and will push you to meet and exceed your expectations. Dont worry if youre not in top-notch shape: Noam and his team are not judgmental and will tailor an exercise program just for you.

All of them are extremely knowledgeable and even though the sessions I take are semi-private I feel they give each client a lot of individual attention. TS Fitness is an amazing place. Ive been a loyal, dare I say die-hard, fan since finding it a little over 2 years ago. My initial goal of trying to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight has been far surpassed and now I have goals like trying to do MORE chin-ups, when I had lived my entire life without even being able to do one! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Noam and his team. They are knowledgable, caring, and safety and well-being are clearly a top priority, even while they are kicking your butt with difficult (and varied) exercises. The semi-private training really allows them to get to know your body and abilities, and to challenge you just enough to see great results without over-doing it. Because of TS Fitness, I am exercising more consistently than I ever have, and it shows!
I have belonged to many gyms in the past, but NONE compare to TS Fitness. Its not about gimmicks for me, its about serious, dedicated, encouraging and friendly instructors -- because you can only be as good as your instructor encourages and helps you to be. I take both private training and High Intensity Interval Training Classes (HIIT) and every trainer I have is excellent, KNOWS the muscles, works on my weaknesses, and keeps it fun. TS Fitness crushes all other gyms!
I’ve had great results in a very short time working with Noam and the rest of the great team at TS Fitness. I had been struggling with one nagging injury after another making running a challenge. After a couple of consultations with Noam I had some corrective exercises to address my injuries and could tell right away they were helping. Then I started participating in the group training classes which not only helped get my strength and flexibility moving in the right direction, they also incorporate my corrective exercises into the training session.Noam and his staff follow up and take a true interest in how you are feeling and progressing towards your goal. I would recommend TS Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and physical fitness regardless of your current ability.

TS Fitness is one of the best workouts in NYC. I have tried all of the trendy studios and still believe that TS tops them all. Its a constant 50 min workout that targets the whole body and ramps up your cardio. The trainers are intelligent fitness instructors with a mindset for rehabilitation and results. With a maximum of 8 people per group class, the instructor can focus on each individual to ensure proper form and motivate you to do better than the day before. The studio is very clean with all the necessary amenities.

TS Fitness is the best gym Ive gone to since coming to New York. The instructors truly care about form and doing the exercises correctly so that each person gets the most of their workout. T.S. Fitness is the perfect gym atmosphere that I havent found anywhere else in NY. The trainers here are friendly, they listen to your goals and what you want to achieve. They are extremely educated and certified in all aspects of the body and its various functions who will teach you proper technique to maximize your workout including muscle distribution management. They also track your growth by keeping individual records for all members from the start. The trainers are energetic, fun and continuously motivating you to get a great sweat that gets the heart pumping during each session. Ive been going to TS Fitness since it opened and its an awesome space. Clean, well-lit, great music (sometimes they even let you play your own!), and exactly the right size for personal and small group training. The staff are all unfailingly helpful and friendly. I very highly recommend it to both beginners who need a comfortable place to go and those of us who are working on getting even better.
Fantastic fitness studio! I’ve had classes with almost every trainer there — all were super knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to technique. The HIIT classes are always a great workout, and they do a great job of tailoring it to different skill levels. I found them through ClassPass and they’ve become a regular weekly workout for me — definitely check them out!
I go to a lot of group classes in NYC and this is one of my favorites. It was challenging and fun and the instructor Noam was both motivational and attentive. People of all levels could enjoy this class as there were alternate variations you could do for every circuit. It was a full body workout that kept my heart beat up throughout the entire class. Working in this group setting pushed me to work harder and was enjoyable. This workout is good for anyone who wants to tone up and get leaner and stronger! Cant wait for my next class!!!

I have been doing semi-private training at TS Fitness for over two years now and have loved every minute. I never could have believed that going to a trainer once or twice a week could totally transform my body the way it has, but it is possible. I used to lift weights on my own (three times per week) and was very skeptical of the benefit of hiring a trainer. I doubted that the results I would get with a trainer would be any different than lifting on my own. I couldn’t have been more wrong. In all the years I lifted weights, I never saw the results I have seen working out with Noam and Corina. I am stronger and more toned and I still feel continuous improvement every time I go (and I never skip leg day!).The trainers at TS focus on form, mobility, strength, and what works for you. They design training programs specific to the person, which change every eight sessions, so it never gets boring. Their semi-private training is perfect for someone who wants the attention of the trainer, to include the individual work out plans and associated results, but who doesn’t want to pay more for private sessions. The semi-private sessions never have more than 5 people in the session (usually fewer, depending on when you work out) and are more affordable than other gyms I have researched.TS also offers High Intensity Training (HIT) classes, which I attend every once in a while, and are always a blast and a great workout! I’ve never had so much fun while getting my butt kicked. Robert is super enthusiastic and between his energy and the variation in the exercises, the time passes very quickly and you walk away knowing you got a great workout.TS is also a community that offers encouragement and support. I know several of the people who work out there (I didn’t know anyone at my old gym) and I know all the trainers, and have worked out with most of them. They’re all highly energetic, friendly people who know their craft and want to make you better and stronger. They’re easy to talk to about your concerns or questions, and share the goal of wanting you to stay injury free while increasing your strength. I highly recommend this gym if you want to improve your fitness and overall health.
Every bride wants to look her best on her big day and TS Fitness helped me accomplish that goal! For the last few years Ive been working out at TS Fitness, participating in their group classes, but the months leading up to my wedding I knew I needed some extra personal attention. I decided to work with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week. My TS Fitness trainer (Laurena) designed my workouts to be both fun, challenging and unique. Each session with Laurena was different from the last - I never knew what to expect which kept it exciting! Laurena took the time to look at the pictures from my dress fittings and highlighted which areas of my body we should focus on more.I hit the jackpot when I decided to sign up for a personal trainer at TS Fitness. Ive never in my life received so many compliments about my body. Every woman (and man) at my wedding talked about how amazing my body looked. My girlfriends compared my arms, abs and legs to Jessica Beil and Julianne Hough! The funny thing is, I never thought I looked bad before, but TS Fitness transforms your body into a figure you never thought was possible.Ladies - stop what you are doing now and get to TS FITNESS if you want want to be the the hottest bride you can be. This is the only place I go for my HIIT and strength classes. Great trainers, great people, great environment. Which makes all the difference in motivation!
I have been to 25 plus gyms in the city because of classpass and this is the best!! The class is always well organized and challenging. In 50 minutes you get an amazing workout. The instructors encourage you, challenge you, and help you perform the exercises correctly. Now that Classpass is limiting the number of classes I plan on joining TS Fitness. Highly recommend everybody try TS Fitness!!
Great gym! All the trainers are professional, fun and enthusiastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and they work great with all skill levels. Ive had several different injuries and they are always ready, willing and able to adjust my programs around my injuries and even develop programs that recognize and adress my injuries. After each work out, Im getting stronger, slimmer and more toned. TS Fitness is full of trainers with positive energy. I couldnt ask for a better team of fitness professionals!
The trainers at TS Fitness are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that during your training, you are using the proper form and doing all the exercises correctly. Everyone is extremely friendly and when you walk into the gym, you know you are entering a safe space with 100% support behind you. The small group classes such as TS HIIT and TS Tone are great - expect to be pushed to your limits. You will burn major calories. In one class, I burned 545 calories and that doesnt count the calories burned after class. You will not only get a great workout here, but you will gain friends, strength and power. I have been going for over a year and this is one of my favorite studios in Manhattan. You will see results!
Amazing atmosphere with very knowledgeable trainers. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs motivation and a drive to get more fit. The personal training and group training are top notch!

As a marathoner and working mom, I tend to get lazy (or frankly just dont have tons of time for) strength training, even though I know how critical it is. But TS Fitness keeps me motivated, and keeps me coming back for more. The group personal training concept (GPT) at TS is genius, and unique. Their trainers customize a program just for you, based on where youre starting from and your goals, then push you to new levels. Their programming combined with expert guidance, personal attention and the motivation of a small group environment has helped me see big changes in my strength and overall fitness. Highly recommend GPT and their HIIT classes with Henry, Rachel, Noam, Alejandro and Elvin. The whole staff gives the impression that theyre invested in your success. Seeing their friendly faces at unholy hours helps a ton!
Love the small group setting and the enthusiastic instructors! This is my go-to studio for my weekly dose of HIIT!

Started here with classpass, but now go regularly on my own. The group classes are no more than 8 people and are tough but fun. Noam and his instructors are professional and personable. Overall a great experience that is a boutique/local alternative to the big-brand HIIT class providers - plus they offer small group and individual training if you want more.
I have always felt intimidated to go to a trainer. Noam, Corina, Sydney and the staff at TS Fitness have erased that from my thoughts. I have such a great time breathing heavy, sweating like a pig and feeling great after a workout! They always make me feel proud of the work I put in. They take great care of my knee (which was in a terrible accident in 2010) and know how hard to push me. Thank you to everyone there for keeping me on track and allowing me to do things I would never have dreamed possible!!
Best boutique fitness studio in town. I was introduced to the studio by their HIIT classes on ClassPass and was hooked. With a maximum of 8 people and 1 coach, you really get the 1-on-1 attention you need. The classes are an action packed workout and the coaches are all great.My favorite part about the studio is the Group Personal Training part. After an intro meeting before you start where you discuss goals and assess your strengths and weaknesses, they build you a personalized workout program. Then, you come 2-3 times per week and are in a “class” with a trainer, up to 4 people max. Each person has their own personalized workout and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable about what you’re doing. Each month, your program changes and because you track your weights and progress every class, you can really see the growth. My fiancé and I did this for 6 months before our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our personal progress and the overall experience.
TS Fitness is an intimate studio where all the instructors have fantastic energy. You not only know you are going to get a great workout but the group classes are small so you know that there will be someone there making sure your form is spot on.
I moved to NYC from Australia, and I wanted to find something very similar to the kettle bell, strength, conditioning and HIIT training I was doing back at home. TS Fitness ticked all of my boxes. Not only is it challenging, it gets your blood flowing and heart rate up, and comes with it an amazing team of trainers who welcomed me like I was apart of the TS family from day one! The owner Noam and his team pay a lot of attention to each individual and make sure that each exercise is completed with the right technique and form. I have learnt that there is always room improvement and setting myself new goals each week.I attend the Group Fitness Training classes 3 - 4 times a week, always get pushed (which I love!) and most importantly I look forward to going into the TS studio every time. There are a variety of exercises and training styles, and also the friendly faces that you see the moment you walk in make the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend doing a class at TS Fitness!
I recently moved to Chicago and was SO sad to leave the group at TS Fitness behind. Noam and his team have built a very welcoming and encouraging environment, and they truly embody their motto of Together, Stronger. I understand that HIIT and bootcamp classes can be intimidating for a lot of people, but not here. There was also a focus on technique, which unfortunately you dont always get at other places. I honestly cant say enough about this studio and hope to visit when Im back in NYC. MISS YOU GUYS!
I highly recommend TSFitness to anyone, of any level, looking for a passionate and knowledgeable team of fitness professionals. Noam and his team have managed to motivate me and produce results in a relatively short period of time. Since beginning with TS Fitness my stamina, flexibility and strength is markedly better. I recommend TSFitness without reservations.
I have been coming to TS fitness and taking their TS tone classonce a week for the last 6 months. Its the one workout I make sure I never miss! The clases are great with very professional instructors who are always helping with form and are great at adapting the workout for your level while still making sure you are making progress on your fitness journey. Its a really non intimidating studio but the workouts are challenging amazing - really come out feeling stronger and full of endorphins!

Ive been coming to TS for about a year and a half. I started by coming to just the HIIT classes, which are awesome, and eventually started with the group private training GPT. The studio is clean and modern. All of the instructors are the best. They pay careful to each client every session. The HIIT classes change every two days so it is always something different / fresh. The GPT sessions are completely customized to you, but are much more affordable than hiring your own trainer 1-on-1. You get the same level of care. Cant recommend this place enough.
