Awesome experience!!! I’m so glad that I went to this place, everybody in there is so nice, kind and understanding. They listened to all my concerns regards to my body very closely and did thorough exam. After only couple treatments I saw tremendous changes and after couple more, all my cellulite was gone!!! The three stars are for Karina. She is absolutely amazing, kind, and incredibly professional….Truly if I could only see her 5 STARS. I hope she finds another place to go to. I decided to try the services they offer for the first time thru Groupon. In total I have visited the establishment twice. The first time everyone was kind, not always great about wearing their masks which was alarming, but overall professional except for one woman. I’m unsure of her name but she has a possibly Ukrainian/Russian accent and was quite curt/rude. I brushed it off thinking that maybe she was just having a bad day.I came in for my second appointment today and unfortunately I won’t be going back. I was running late to my appointment and once I realized I wasn’t going to make it in time I called the establishment. I explained that I was running late and wanted to make sure it was still alright to come, the woman on the phone assured me that it would be fine and I gave her my eta. Karina was wonderful, a great conversationalist and answered all my questions. I finished my session and went to the desk so that I could leave her a tip. The rude woman seethed that “I better leave a good review because since I was late another woman wrote a bad one and to make sure to be on time”. I firmly let her know that I called ahead of time and there was nothing I more I could’ve done to change how fast I would arrive. The receptionist chimed in and supported my story. The rude woman gave me a curt look and I left.So here is my review. Karina was wonderful and I will not be coming back. This rude woman never wears her mask correctly and has a bad attitude which ruins the entire experience. It’s unfortunate that she acts this way but I guess some people have learned a different kind of etiquette than I expect from a place like this. Either way I have no desire to be within any close distance of that woman again.

Beauty Factory Boutique SPA is my weekly treat. I originally came here for a simple Groupon treatment 5 months ago and have since exclusively used this medical spa for all of my skincare needs. The warmth and expertise of the estheticans, consistent results, and package pricing is so comparable to Groupon prices, I havent felt the need to use any other spa. 👌🏽

I did Electrolysis here and both Rita and Julia are extremely skilled professionals. They work so quickly and were able to clear my hair in such a timely manner. This was so important since electrolysis requires you to pay by time. The environment is also very beautiful and relaxing. I definitely recommend.

One of my favorite places to go. The women here are very kind and honest and wont let you waste your money or time on something that isnt right for you. They can be a little hard to reach by phone, but they really care about their clients and have the best prices as well. They make you feel very comfortable and not self conscious at all.

Went there for electrolysis and I am quite happy with the results I’ve been to another place that I didn’t like and chose not to go back but this place is awesome. Margarita is my electrologist and she’s simply amazing very gentle. I already began to see results and have hopes that everything will be gone soon. Many people are misinformed and think after one session everything is gone and doesn’t come back. That is not how it works you need a few sessions until you see results so please before you assume how it works do some research or even ask Rita she will explain the process. I can’t wait to post my ending review of when I am finally done I will however look into the many other services they provide.

I had a micro needing for my hyperpigmentation on my face done here.I have to tell you they educated me on what my skin needed and they told me I will see results. The ladies here are wonderful, attentive, have attention to detail, and are lovely to chat with during your session. I’ve had poor experiences elsewhere with lackluster results, but my experience here and the results have been top notch. Recommended!

From the start the service was exceptional. I had double booked, and they called and texted to sort out my mistake. The interior itself is so peaceful, clean, and beautiful, and everyone is so kind and courteous. And I’d especially like to highlight the incredible service of Rita, who went above and beyond by suggesting and giving me a treatment other than the one I’d booked based on what would work best for my problem area—even though I’d already pre-paid. She also really thoroughly explained the differences between the treatments to put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend this place for their knowledge, patience, and all-around wonderful attitude!

I like the service from Lin she explained the process and the steps that I need and formulate a plan to achieve my goals. I would give 5 stars but sometimes they don’t pick up the phone or return calls.

I rate my experience 1/5 overall. Only reason why they are receiving a 1 and not a 0 is because of the front desk receptionist, who was extremely professional and kind to me. However, the esthetician who worked on me, her name is Rita (Margarita) was TERRIBLE and does not have any customer service skills, whatsoever. I purchased a Groupon for Three Laser-Lipo Sessions w/ three Ultrasonic Cavitation treatments. I have received Laser Lipo in the past at a Medspa in Midtown, so I am well aware of what the service entails. However, when Rita was asking me what was the reason for me receiving the service, I explained to her why I was getting it and she immediately told me that I was wrong for picking that service and I should have picked the Cryotherapy Fat Freezing service for what I wanted to acheive. Her tone was very condescending when she spoke to me. I explained to her that I received this service in the past from another medspa and have received good results. She continued to tell me that Im not trying to sell you a service, Im just letting you know you picked the wrong service for what you want. So I took my phone out to look at my Groupon to see what exactly did I purchase and she told blatantly told me to put my phone away because shes in the middle of talking to me. I didnt even take my phone out to be rude, I just wanted to see the services I purchased to make sure what she was stating added up. She then continues and states that in order to see the results you want, you need 12 sessions but you should know that right?, which again, is not true because in the past I only needed 6. She then continues to put the device on me and kept it on me for 30 minutes. With laser lipo, you are supposed to feel your stomach contracting with the pads on. I did not feel a single thing but just warmth. This spa needs to better explain their services on groupon before potential customers purchase, as customers will expect to receive a certain service and they end up not. I was under the assumption that I was receiving 3 treatments of Laser Lipo, with 3 treatments of Cavitation. They only put those pads on me for 30 minutes. I didnt even receive the other service that was in my groupon. Also, when Rita went ahead and took another client to perform laser hair removal (I can hear outside of the rooms as the walls are pretty thin) and she was speaking with that customer pleasantly. I am not sure if they are biased about their customers and treat customers who pay full price for services better than Groupon holders, but that is ridiculous. Have I received the same customer service as the next woman did, I actually would have came back and bought a larger package for other services they offer. Unfortunately, with the experience I received, I am not even going to come back. Not even to finish using my groupon.

Dismissive attitudeI arrive at 9:40am for a 10am appointment. Waited downstairs for 30 minutes because the lady was running late. After speaking with someone on the phone I was told to wait and they will called me to let me know they arrived. Which it never happen. After 30 minutes of waiting and giving this person grace time for being stuck inside trained because I told this. She greeted me with hostility because according to her I was late and she had been in the office since 10am. Meanwhile I have explain that I was here at 9:40 am and called he number is was provider because the doors were lock and the door bell doesn’t work.She ask who I spoke to so I call back the number and they started to speak in anther language after hanging up she said sign here with attitude. Stated that I was late and he has another client in the other room. I said it’s not my fault and what’s with the attitude? So she looks and responsive aggressively sign here. And totally dismissed what I have ask. I told her she was unprofessional and she reply thank you. So I leftNever coming back to this place ever again. As a person that works in the medical field now a days. I don’t and have never even on my worst day made a patient feel uncomfortable and out of place.

Came here to begin a long-awaited electrolysis journey. ‘Interviewed’ a few different electrologists from other spas (I start with a Groupon so I can determine how we click) and found Julia leading the pack!!! She’s fast, efficient, and makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. We are doing one hour sessions to clear at first, and I’m super impressed at how much area she can cover. Also, the spa offers many other treatments, so you can really have a full body makeover if you want! (I haven’t tried any other treatments yet). Go! Check it out.

I purchased the Groupon for 6 fat freeze sessions. The first time here the machine was not correctly applied and I was rushed out. The second time I arrived 10 mins late due to traffic in which I advised them and upon arrival they told me they took someone ahead of me and I would have to wait since I was late. I waited an entire hour. However, the technician had full knowledge of what she was doing. The 3rd time which happened to be yesterday I called in the morning with my appointment scheduled for 6:15pm informing them that my daughter has covid symptoms ( fever, runny nose & a cough) I was told that “ that’s your daughter not you and we will charge you a cancellation fee still” although I was only trying to take precaution she had no regard for any COVID-19 restrictions. With 3 sessions left to my package, I will not be returning. Completely unprofessional and not safe as far as COVID-19.

They’re always late and have no social skills . The girls are trashy and talk trashy all of the time, they don’t always wear masks . They’ve left scars . If you look at some reviews you can see this . They talk about things as if they are xenophobic which is weird coming from another country but I guess itMakes sense when you’re white from another county I’ve paid attention to their conversations and didn’t want to write a review untill I was done . They don’t do a great job especially leaving the marks .the facialWas also terrible . The Groupon’s say you can use it at any time new customer or not and they would not allow . I would report them if I could but BBB is probably a waste of time .

Horrible experience I purchased a Groupon. For laser lipo and cavitation treatments, went to the location on the first appointment the person that was suppose to do my treatments didnt want to do it. She said I didnt need it and said it was only for people who had surgery prior. She suggested I get fat freeze instead. I left and schedule another appointment in hopes that there will be another person next appointment. Went to the next appointment got there a few mins late although I called the receptionist she said she didnt care that my co worker came late and I was held up. She said she couldnt reschedule and couldnt be seen. I then asked for a refund she argued with me and said I couldnt get a refund she said I had to send an email to some where or someone then hope that they respond..in the end I got a full refund from Groupon. By the way the same person who told me that the service I requested was not for people like me was doing it on other women there who had not had prior surgery 🤦 buyer beware I would hate to think that my chocolate brown skin had something to do with my mistreatment but I cant say different..

THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!! In their promotion they said 6 treatments when it is really 6 applicators. So, just in 1 day you could use a 969$ package! And the worst is that they put the machine wherever they want, no where you ask them to put it.

I came for a fat freeze with Rita. She was so welcoming and patient with me, and provided me the information I needed to know. The place itself is very sanitary and kept organized. It is definitely a COVID friendly place and can’t wait for my next session!!

So glad I found Beauty Factory! Julia definitely has the best hands! I got here because I had recently gotten AirSculpt, a form of laser lipo and my previous masseuse wasn’t doing lymphatic drainage correctly to the point that my belly was getting hard as a rock. Thanks to Julia and her great service and recommendations I’ve been getting better each day which is why I’ve kept getting treated there and definitely look forward to getting other services done in the near future.

Absolute worst experience EVER. They hold you to a tight appointment window but yet they leave you waiting. And its understandable that they speak another language but after I voiced my concern about the long wait time they started whipering about me in their native tongue. It was unprofessional. Rather go to Laser Bar Spa at least there they were prompt and courteous and thoughtful of patrons time

This is a fabulous salon. It is extremely clean and all covid precautions are taken seriously. There is a temperature check, sanitizer provided, and also a questionnaire to fill out upon entry and masks worn properly by all! Also it was the best pedicure ever. They use new individual foot scrub pads which is extra clean. The staff is nice and it is a relaxing salon. Definitely will be back!

I am a New Yorker looking for a good spa to make it my every week spa. I just called to ask some information about how their website works and I got attitude in less than 1 minute. Reeda treated me like if I were not a customer and I decided not to make business with them. I feel bad for the owners, but lets just remember that customer service comes first.

I sat here to try and dissect my whole experience with the lady who did my electrolysis yesterday but it really boils down to bad customer service and her not doing a very good job with me. It was my first time yesterday, and i even have a whole hour session paid for already. If anyone wants to use the second one hour session from Groupon, congrats, your name is now Melanie Santana. Let’s see if you’re able to use it. Good luckUpdate- the manager has tried to call me twice, i didn’t pick up so she’d have to text me. So I’d be able to post it, because i had a feeling this might happen. This person texting me is not the person who did the service. So she’s claiming that i don’t do my research and that her employee explained everything to me, both of which are false. The lady who did my electrolysis only explained to me that if i go to a different spa i have to make sure the person is using the same kind of needle/machine and that i shouldn’t be putting anything on my face for 2 days after, because my pores are open, and absolutely nothing else. No kind of walkthrough at all. Not that i needed it because in fact i did do my research and also know someone who does electrolysis in another country, which is the person who suggested it to me. Very condescending... very unprofessional.

I canceled my appointment with them because after looking at their reviews on Google, Yelp, and Groupon, the way they respond to clients reviews is enough to tell you that they don’t have any experience in customer service and they don’t care about their clients. Instead they argue with the client and tell them that they’re wrong in the situation. No apologies at all from what I’ve seen. This was one of the reasons why I canceled but another reason why I canceled is because the receptionist didn’t know how to answer a simple question I had and instead told me to go on google instead of trying to help. She could’ve easily asked an esthetician or responded in nicely manner. It was an important question regarding my health if I were to do a certain service. I haven’t been here and I wouldn’t suggest going here. Look up their reviews and see their responses to the clients, it’s disgusting!

I love how genuine the people are here. The customer service is absolutely stellar and I’m seeing results. First I’ll admit that I haven’t read the tiny print and didn’t realize that I’ve already purchased a groupon for this place once before until I came in. I walked in exactly at the time of my appointment, because I had a train to catch after. The first words of the front desk lady were: ‘You are early’. It did trigger me a bit, because the last time I had to wait for an hour, so I said that I’m on time and can’t wait. She told me that I shouldn’t come in with a bad attitude! So much for the customer service! I was hurried to the room, cuz the lady happened to be the esthetician as well. That’s when I asked her if she needed my groupon. She said that since I’ve already been there she couldn’t accept it. The prices offered were just ridiculous, but I was already there and tried to find a solution. The lady refused to take the Groupon at the face value as a part of the payment, forcing me to deal with Groupon in order to resolve the issue after. Now the actual treatment: Electrolysis - both times two different ladies were extremely slow. I’m only doing a touch up, so I’ve had many different experiences before. Secondly I have very sensitive skin, so you could see marks on my legs from her grazing me with the needle, because she wasn’t careful. Just beware!

My First visit to The Beauty Factory Spa, definitely not the last one! I fall In love with the process of getting facial there. Face Massage, masks, Julia’s soft hands and exact amount of time on everything. I’m more than happy with services that I got. Recommend to try and become member. 5 ⭐️ by the way, love the design concept ☺️

I have been visiting the Beauty Factory Spa for about 4-5 months now for facial and laser hair removal. Every time I leave the salon I feel great. My skin is glowing! Laser works great as my bikini and leg hair disapeared almost in 100%.

Their hair laser is the least painful ive ever had, it blows air and so it feels cooler. I love this place.

I love this place and Julia is just amazing professional. Great deals and machinery is all brand new! Started to see her for my facials, my skin is always soft, lifted and rejuvenated after her! I was going to another electrolysis place on the upper east side for a fairly lengthly amount of time and spent thousands of $$$. I left every session in terrible pain and frustrated with the results, (there was virtually none.) I was going to discontinue treatment as I dreaded each appointment and so did my check book. In a last ditch effort I purchased a Groupon and decided to give Beauty Factory a try before I threw in the “towel”. I was amazed that on the first visit at Beauty Factory how little pain there was! Julia also worked quickly and thoroughly: doing in 30 minutes what it took the other place to do in over an hour; often leaving me unfinished and having to come back the next day. Within 3 sessions with Julia I started seeing some difference and in 6 Sessions, absolutely amazing results. I no longer dread my electrolysis appointments or fear of being red, swollen, in tears, and broke. It’s great seeing drastic results in such a short time. Booking is always easy and they are great with running on schedule. Giving Beauty Spa a try was one of the best decisions I made!

I purchased a groupon for a two hour Electrolysis session. On the first day i went for my session i asked the blonde tech to do to different areas first before moving on because i knew i would not be able to get to everything. She still went to another area and when i asked her to focus on a area and actually pointed to it she said she is going to do what she wants. I couldnt believe what she said and still remained calm and asked her again and actually explained why. She still kept going off of the spots i asked which i had to repeatedly asked to stay on. Second time i went it was someone new . This person you could tell was inexperienced because she would zap a area and i would still feel her pulling the hair out. Now i have done electrolysis many of time and i know how its suppose to feel Yes you are suppose to feel the zap but you should not feel like the hair is being pulled out like you are tweezing or waxing . She even called the blonde that did my hair the previous day where she then used a longer needle with a higher setting. She still could not get the hairs out and when she did she was tweezing them out . I then asked the blonde lady if the lady that was doing my electrolysis was knew and she responded with no but i cant promise she wouldnt poison your food. I was shocked and confused as to what and why she said this. Then she asked if i wanted to continue and being that i paid for a groupon i tried to bare it. The lady would catch my skin and kept feeling her pull the hair out which once again if done right you should not feel it being pulled, it should come out easy. I dont know how they stay in business or have any good reviews because they are rude. I left bleeding in two areas . And the person doing my hair was nice but did know what she was doing. I am an esthetician and i have knowledge on electrolysis . Rude people at this spa and the electrolysis need more training. I left after fifteen minute.

I have visited many spas and aesthetician and she truly knows her craft. Highly recommended! Facility is exceptionally clean, explains the process thoroughly and very meticulous. I added other things that enhanced the microdermabrasion that I’ve gotten done in the past. Totally worth it to do hydrodermabrasion and micro current for deeper absorption of serum.This place is a gem and totally coming back again.

Every time I was in the salon, I had some kind of problem, usually with the untimely in spite of the fact that the salon works by appointment. Today, in the middle of a pandemic, I had an appointment for 4pm. I arrived 15 minutes before. Okay. I was told that the person would be late because he was doing another job with a client who was more than half an hour late. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told that the person would be 30 minutes late.In a salon that has minimal management, if a customer arrives at this absurd time delay, before serving him, knowing that there would be no time to resolve in half an hour, he would have contacted the next scheduled customer to see if that customer would arrive on time, relocate, etc. But not. I moved from my home to a place with public circulation, with the risk of contracting a virus, to delay my appointment by 1 hour.Thats because I wont even detail all the previous problems I had in the salon, like putting people in front of my mother, dyeing my mothers hair and leaving her forehead completely stained, in addition to the stained hair, etc.A total lack of preparation and an absurd lack of respect for the customer.

Hello my good girls and men, I am happy that today I visited Julia in her salon on Manhattan 😊🙏🦋 we did 3 wonderful procedures (FAT FROZ) frozen fat, made an ultrasonic sauna and also fixed it all with a drainage massage 👍 this is just a bomb Im glad!
