I didnt know Brazilian waxing was relaxing lol!!! Well, its not really relaxing but close enough. I forgot name of the lady I had but she was amazing. It didnt hurt at all and she made me feel comfortable. Ive been going to other places for years and this was one of the best waxing experiences ever! The service only took about 10 minutes, and Im very happy with the results. I would definitely be going back to her. Shes great at what she does.

Thank you Laura for waxing my daughters eyebrows and upper lip. The job was perfect. Shes charming, just the right amount of friendly and very quick! In this particular situation quick is just the ticket. They have online appointments which makes scheduling so much easier!

This place is over priced for the low quality services rendered. I got a Shellac mani and pedi my total was over $90. I constantly had to ask the technician to fill in the sides of my nails to the point I just wanted the experience to be over. My nails look lumpy and sloppy plus ever since I went there the skin around my nails is peeling.

Had a great waxing session there. The staff were professional and polite. I showed up a little early, and they took me right in. I appreciated not having to sit in a waiting area. My aesthetician was talkative and definitely patient with me. I chose to have a full leg, full arm, and Brazilian. Lots of wax, but she powered through. I was impressed with her efficiency as well. With quite a lot of surface area to cover, we were still done in 90 minutes. It was also my first Brazilian in quite awhile, so she was very conscientious about my pain tolerance levels and checked in frequently. All good!

Great eyebrow shaping Salon in Manhattan, I was looking for a new place to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped, I found Dyannas. They provide great customer service and clean areas especially during COVID-19. Tanya is highly recommended, she takes her time and has a clean precision with your brows, great attitude as well.

This spot is so clean. The staff is so sweet and amazing! Tanya took care of me and made me feel so comfortable. We talked so much that my Brazilian was over before I knew it. Come here and you wont regret it! I followed her advice, she recommended I use aloe to help prevent ingrown hairs and even told me about this amazing product that I was able to purchase from them and it was a miracle.

I went in to get hair removal today by Laura and she is the best! I feel so comfortable with her every time and love the results! Tanya is a magnificent Brazilian waxing hair removal technician! She has amazing bedside manner, and always makes sure your doing okay throughout your service. I also love that the office is always clean, and has a lovely fragrance floating around in the main waiting area that changes seasonally. I get my brows done here every month by Olga, Always perfect! I will never go to another place to have my eyebrows done again, thats how much I trust them. They are super clean and never double dip . You can tell safely and cleanliness is a priority with them, highly recommend it.

I went there to do brazilian manicure and pedicure .First the lady did not like when I asked her to take more things from my nails I know how to do brazilian nails and you need to do very well. After she finished she just put in a room and leave there for 1 hour . I did not like the nails and her bahavier . I dont back more and I would like to give 20 dollars as a tip but did not give anything because I did not like the way how you treat your customers . I did this shallc aka gel manicure Iast Saturday and now today I noticed my polish was coming off. I cleaned my house on Friday before the day I got them done. I saw in the website saying that the shallc manicure last up to 21 Days. I feel like a fool for wasting my good amount of money on my spa finder gift card. And speaking of gift card, why would the owner keep it instead of giving it back to me? Who keeps a gift card that u wanna use and doesn’t get it back? I believe that place has stole it from me which is ABSOLUTELY wrong.

Dont waste your money or time. Im down $60.Three days later, broken and chipped shellac.They dont soak off properly, they just dunk ur fingers in a bowl of acetone and then file/scrape the shellac off since soaking them this way is ineffective.The owner will probably reply with we have been in service for 35 years and if you called we would have fixed them like she does other reviewers... no thanks, Ive already wasted enough time and money there.

My previous nail technician messed up my shape and I wanted to change and find a good place.. My girlfriends had spoken positive about Dyanna spa .I made an appointment and visited the spa . I’m only giving this place 2 stars because my nail tech one of the Spanish ladies was really nice and did a good job. But if you’re not white stay away from this place. The Russian nail ladies were watching me the whole time, I felt uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it’s because this place is in the city but I definitely did not feel welcome. Everyone stared at me like an outsider. News flash, spanish people have money and get their nails done in the city too. You should treat all of yours customers the same, and not discriminate. I come here for waxing services, Ive been here about 5 times. I dont have any other experiences with waxing salons, so I have nothing to compare it to. Brazilian wax is usually $40-$50. The people who work there are friendly for the most part. It could be a little cleaner, but I wouldnt say that its problematically dirty. Overall good.

I had an okay wax here, not the best. As a seasoned waxer its pretty disappointing that they dont use non-strip wax for a Brazilian wax. This should be standard as they should know it works better on the bikini area and means less trauma on the skin. I wanted to try out a new place but Im going to stick to Spa Jolie who really do a much better job of making you feel like your money was well spent.

I’ve always had acne on my face, and nothing could help me get rid of that before I visited Dyanna Spa. I had a deep facial cleansing there and now I don’t have any breakouts on my face! They also have all types of wax, massage, even nail services! And they do it all professionally. I’d say I’d choose Dyanna Spa over any other spa place.

My 4th time getting my wax here. I try to get it with the same person but they keep giving me someone else. They are still nice and clean, also SUPER SWEET. Its like if your grandma was waxing you. They other you products without pressuring you to buy it. If you forget tip money theyll tell you where the closest atm is.

Went in for a full face wax and Anna only I’d the sides of the face and left me with full sideburns and a goatee. I guess she didn’t know hi to do the upper lip and chin. Totally unsatisfied ☹️

3 stars for convenience and price; booking was easy, I got in without a wait and the price for full leg waxing plus Brazilian and underarms was under 100$ and took no more than 40 mins. Unfortunately, speed in service does not create the best quality finished product; I was left with several significant patches of hair. This was a last minute appointment and Im not local so for the price and convenience (I had time to kill) it was an acceptable experience. If I lived in the area, Id probably go to a different salon in the future.I want to amend my original review; upon closer inspection Im incredibly dissatisfied with the waxing I had. It was a definite rush job and no amount of care was taken to be at all thorough or gentle, my last waxing at a different salon was not nearly as painful. In my original review I was trying to be fair based on the price and the time it took, but the amount of hair left on my body is laughable. Both knees are covered, half my armpit and the entire length of my calf still have hair! I felt rushed out of the room afterwards and I wish I had taken the time to go over the results before I left because I definitely would have made them finish the job.

I have gotten spa services in the past, but am picky about the places I visit because I dont want to feel awkward being a man visiting a spa. Right off the bat, the great staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a facial first with a knowledgeable and friendly aesthetician who made me feel and look 5 years younger! Then an hour massage, I must say both services were amazing. The massage was particularly awesome, Id even go so far as to say the best Ive ever had. Left feeling like a million bucks, and will definitely return to take advantage of their weekday spa specials!

While the front desk took my complaint seriously, I cannot in good conscience ignore the fact that the sanitary conditions were not safe. For waxing, they did not wear gloves and most importantly they used each stick 3-4 times. This double dipping behavior is totally unhygienic and really concerned me. I was offered a new room, a new attendant, and told the wax would be thrown out- but the standards are obviously not being held to the owners expectations behind closed doors. And I was still charged full price for the service! The woman who helped me was kind and did a decent enough job, but I will absolutely not return.

Went in for a butt facial. Unfortunately I have blackheads and really just needed it. It was ok... not sure it was worth the actual cost. I ended up spending $91 because I bought a mask. But, I think I was overcharged $4, $65 + $22= 87But maybe theres tax or something. Not a big deal. The staff was really nice. I just wish there was more time extracting and steaming maybe. Most of time was spent with a mask on instead.

After 2 months of saying Im going to get up and get a mani and pedi I did it and Im so glad I chose this place. It wasnt too busy and they were really quick and still managed to do a great job!!

The manicurists are nice and friendly. The girl who did my nails did a good job of trimming them, but her coloring skill is ok. She had to remove the polish from my cuticles with her nails several times. I even get nail polish on my finger. I booked my appointment through Snailz so I paid through the app. After I finished meni and pedi they give me an envelope for tipping. I wasnt expecting that and they cannot tip with credit card. I am a tourist with no cash or debit card with me. Eventually the front desk asked for my ID and let me pay the tip with my credit card. If you booked your appointment through Snailz, make sure you have some cash with you for tipping. Otherwise you will experience something not so pleasant.

Dyanna Spa is a paradise for women, yesterday I went there for a massage and I got just heavenly pleasure, I was massaged all parts of my body: my back, legs, arms, their masters managed to relieve tension from my whole body, but for me it’s really important because professional athlete, in the future to look for a place to relax, I will not because Dyanna Spa embodied all my desires for the body.

The treatments I had was perfects, the staff was professional, the place was clean and the relaxing space was wonderful.

Mani’s and Pedi’s are a dime a dozen in New York! But at Dyanna Spa near Flatiron Building, they are PRICELESS! Aside from the expertise of their operators, the warmth and friendliness of the spa is like spending time with your BFF’S.A definite recommendation this nail salon!

For first-time waxing, the woman I had was extremely helpful and made it an easy, comfortable experience.

My sister and I went for a facial and hot stone massage. Both were just ok. The Esthetician spent more time away than actually working on my face. And hardly any hot stones were used during my massage. And the rooms were cold. We wont come back for those services.

Whenever I travel to New York for work, I always treat myself to Dyanna Body & Nail Spa for manicures and pedicures. They have $30 specials (monday -wed). You cant beat that price. Ive also had their brazilian wax and I had an amazing experience. Not sure about the negative remarks below because there was no double dipping and the wax was the same temperature Ive always had it done at. I will keep coming back every time Im here. Great place!

A for effort! Unfortunately, that doesnt equate to a great mani/pedi. I went for a Brazilian mani/pedi which is a very particular way to do it- by cutting off all the cuticles then painting the entire nail, even getting polish on the skin which is later removed. I have this type of mani/pedi a lot but my usual was all booked up. What I received was no way a Brazilian mani/pedi. It was a regular one plus the addition of plastic lotion bags and heat pads. I was really hoping for that tight Brazilian mani/pedi where the entire nail is polished, but the paint job here left a lot to be desired. Also, upon later inspection, I see that most of the cuticle wasnt removed .

I will NEVER get another Brazilian wax at this spa. The woman was very rough and when I told her that the wax was too hot, she had the nerve to tell me that its not and didnt lower the temperature or do anything about it at all. If I had sensitive skin, she would have ripped my skin right off. She didnt even ask if I had sensitive skin. By the time I got home, the area was insanely irritated and it swelled up, I had to use a home remedy to bring the swelling down. If you want a good Brazilian wax, this is NOT the place to go. HORRIBLE!

I tried it a few times. The first time I did a Brazilian, back, and shoulders and it went ok. The last time I did my front, back, Brazilian, and shoulders-that was months ago and I still have a rash. I probably wouldnt ever go here again. One of the staff members was inattentive. I experienced many of the problems mentioned in other Google reviews. I guess it really depends on who you get. Trying European Waxing Centers next.

The best discovery ever!!!!!!!!! Ive been coming back for more and more spa treatments (including the brazilian wax). I come here several times a year, I live in New Jersey so its not always easy to get to Manhattan, but its well worth the money and effort to drive up there. Every time I go there its just my time to recline, I always feel at home and sanctioned there. I just recently received a gift certificate for my birthday and got an OPI gel polish manicure and let me tell you it stayed on for nearly 2 weeks. I was so ecstatic.The lady doing my manicure was so sweet and was super engaging in the conversation.I also got a Jelly Peddi which is one of my favorites!!!! Because my feet feel so soft and relaxed after.Also, my skin is not the best and I tend to break out on my face a lot. My facial skin has a mind of its own and it fluctuates time after time. In the winter my face is dry and in the summer season my face gets oily and breaks out in the most random places. So for my acne in the summer I come get the Deep Pore Cleansing facial. After I get that done I notice less and less breakouts and the oiliness vanishes. For the winter I get the european facial it just rejuvenates my skin and it feels soft and pampered.This is the only place where I get my eyebrows threaded because I only trust them, they know what theyre doing. My eyebrows are thick and full and they know exactly what I like and i never had any skin reactions no problematic things come along. They use the most natural products for my skin and I like to buy their products so I can use them at home as well.I love to get my mom gift certificates to this place because she cant get enough of their massages her favorite is the 90 minute Fusion massage. Best place to get it!!!!! You get your moneys worth at this place definitely ! Everyone in my family goes to this place, its friendly, sanitary, and beautiful!!Their packages are great and their deals are wonderful, come by this place and make your loved one keep coming back for more.!!!!
