A very strange process to book, wherein you give them a ton of info and they tell you that they are fully booked. Before they send their questionnaire they claim they try they do their best to fit in new clients, while, contradicting that, on the phone the staff member I spoke to said that they prioritize existing clients. I have no issues with that; I do take issue with a place being deceptive and opaque. I will not go here simply because I am unable to trust a place that obscures and deceives out the gate in that manner. Lots of little webs. Her response was understood. Yeah, of course it would be understood that I was deceived to give enough of my info and wasted my time. I suggest that they become more transparent with clients.

Yuki is an amazing electrologist. I’ve been to several and she’s the most dedicated to her craft I’ve ever seen. She works faster than the rest, yet somehow with more care and gentleness as well.Her schedule fills up fast. To get a spot, always send an email on the first day of the month.

Yuki is wonderful. I had my first session today and could have probably fallen asleep for most of the session I was so comfortable. Both Yuki and Freddy were very helpful with my questions and informative about aftercare. Highly recommend!

Yuki is the consummate professional. Her skill, compassion, and professionalism are outstanding. The same can be said for her staff, who are positive and friendly.Yuki was instrumental in connecting me with the Mt SINAI transgender program, and I had my surgery just a few days ago, on June 5th.Whether you just need a bit of hair removal or are invested in a long term approach like me, I dont think you can do better. Excellent option for the trans individual or anyone else.
