I come here for all my denim alterations. Each and every time I work with Tiffany - she’s the absolute best. They’ve tapered, hemmed all my Japanese selvedge denim without any issues.Highly recommend!
Ive had multiple pairs of my favorite jeans repaired over the last 10 years with denim therapy. The repair is usually Outlast the jeans,The color match your jeans so you can never tell where the repair was.
I picked up my Eckhaus Latta jeans 12/16 that were taken in about an inch at the waist. I should have examined the job more closely when I picked them up but I was rushed to get home. Upon getting the jeans home, I was thoroughly appalled with the messy job that quite honestly ruined my $400 pair of jeans such that they can never retain their original value. For a place that specializes in denim this is unacceptable and I will never under any circumstances use or recommend this business. There was no care in the finishing, seams are completely uneven and crooked and threads left long and untrimmed (photos attached). If they didnt have the technical capability to work on these jeans, I would have gladly taken them elsewhere rather than paying $65 for this botched outcome.I have emailed the company to request a refund and so far not heard back. I am beyond disappointed after trusting all the positive reviews on here.
My favorite pair of boyfriend jeans were getting too worn so I sent them via mail to Denim Therapy. I was very happy with the result! Decent cost for an item that I wasnt ready to part with. Turn around time was about 4 weeks.
Ive had Denim Therapy repair my jeans a few times now. They do good work and have a reasonable turnaround time. The service can get expensive quickly if you have a few areas that need repairing. However, if you have a pair of jeans that youre not ready to part with, they can give them new life by repairing worn areas, so it may be worth it to you.
They did an amazing job fixing my husbands favorite jeans! He loves them! Thank you for making me look like a SUPER WIFE!
I was quite satisfied with the high quality repairs Denim Therapy made to three pairs of Levis 511 jeans. Basically, all three pairs suffered crotch blowout, which was exacerbated by continued wear, that necessitated repair. The stitching and patchwork the tailors used to reinforce and recreate the fibers and colors of each pair was nothing short of excellent. Though the price was admittedly higher than expected–especially for three pairs of jeans–I was nevertheless pleased with the work Denim Therapy has done, and I will certainly use their service again in the future.
Wonderful staff- very communicative and empathic but quality fell short of the high expectations I had for their craftsmanship considering their prices.Had a reasonably sized rip in my favorite pair of Helmut Lang wax denim and it took 2 different repairs for them to get it right, when finally returned- the repair still had multiple stitches and threads hanging and showing, of which might possibly reopen the initial rip.I also wanted the ankle opening a bit narrower and hemmed but when returned back to me after 2 alterations, the opening was still not to my request.Nice place but quality is not what I expected.
Based on my measurements, I expected MAYBE $30.00 plus shipping back, based on their description of charges. Nope, $65.00 plus shipping. Ended up giving them to charity, which I am sure means they will be fixed and sold to some lucky New Yorker.
Denim Therapy turned a pair of vintage jeans into maternity jeans for me by adding elastic to the sides. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
I had two pairs of jeans to be repaired: one missing a button but the place where the button is supposed to be is broken (thus needs to be patched first); and the other one had a sizable hole on the right knee and needs to be patched). They did a superb job in fixing both, esp. the one with a hole. It is almost indistinguishable (you cannot really tell that there is patch behind). I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs to have jeans fixed. Thank you!
I walked in to Denim Therapy, hoping to fix my Denim jackets loose stitches before it goes worse. I was welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The repair work was perfect and all the process was smoothly performed. I am very happy with the repair, and strongly recommend this place for having denim repairs.
Denim Therapy does an amazing job fixing holes in jeans - I have sent in two pairs and both came back looking perfect. The work is exceptional - no doubt. I sent in a pair of destructed NSF jeans and they fixed 3 sizable holes perfectly. I could not be happier with the work - the never disappoint! From a work perspective, I rate the service 5 stars. The only reason I am actually giving 4 stars instead of 5 relates to shipping. I live just a couple of miles away but I decided to use the free shipping label they provide. What I did not realize is how SLOW this service is - it took just short of TWO WEEKS for my jeans to arrive and again, I live just a couple of miles away! When tracking the package I was shocked to see that it traveled through another state (PA) on the way from NJ to NYC, which makes no sense but is a post office issue. Denim Therapy should let customers know that if they use this service, the shipping will be significantly delayed. And, after waiting it out for my jeans to arrive, I was SHOCKED to see that this slow shipping service is not even free after all - an additional $6 was added to my bill!!!!! So all in all, next time around I will either drop-off the jeans myself or pay the same $6 to ship them myself so they arrive in a day, which is how long it should have taken. They definitely should clarify all this on the site so customers are aware.
Functionally the repair was basically perfect. Up close you can definitely see its been repaired as the color matching is good but not great. From a distance you cant really tell. Be prepared to wait several weeks if youre doing it by mail. Overall Im very happy as my jeans went from basically destroyed to strong and revitalized. As long as you dont expect them to magically look like they were never damaged you should be happy with the results.EDIT 18 months and another repair later: same results except the color matching seems better this time. None of the previously repaired spots needed repair this time.
Awesome service. I ended up with two holes in my first (and favorite) pair of raw denim. I filled out the form on their site and sent my jeans to Denim Therapy. They were quick to respond with a quote, which was cheaper than I thought it would be. The repair took a few days and I got my jeans back good as new in about 2 weeks. I highly recommend using Denim Therapy!
Military discount was given when I asked for it, and was very generous given the quality of the repairs! Not only were my jeans repaired very well, but they were reinforced so it looks like it wont happen again, at least for a while. Will definitely be sending my denim to Denim Therapy in the future. No hassles, and I received my jeans back quickly!
My favorite jeans are back!! I am very grateful for the work that Denim Therapy did. It cost me, but it was worth it in the end. I got what I wanted and am not at all disappointed in the result. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Denim Therapy.
The fact that I was able to get 2 pairs of designer jeans repair without spending the same amount again. $100 to repair two pairs of jeans that runs you about $200 to $500 is well worth it. I was pleased with my Joes and True Religion repair. Definitely recommend Denim Therapy for repairs on your favorite designer jeans...
Overall experience was great. My repair took a little longer than I expected, but their response time to my email inquiries was prompt and my jeans look like new! Definitely worth the investment especially if you have a lot of high-end jeans that you want to extend the life-span on!
I am amazed at the quality of work done. Truly craftsmanship. I never thought the two holes could be repaired, or should i say, restored. I had nothing to lose since the jeans were unwearable. The color match was terrific and i find the fine reweave such an interesting feature on worn jeans. I heartily recommend it, though be aware, as with any reweaving, it will have a slightly different texture.
Denim Therapy is AWESOME if your jeans arent too ripped up. I sent in three pairs of jeans to get fixed between the thighs. The stitching/ patches on all three pairs looked great, but on the pair that was especially beat up, the stitching probably wont last long. I would definitely recommend it because it gives your favorite pair of jeans a few more wears! But, might not last too long...
Denim Therapy brought my old jeans back to life. I spent a pretty penny on 2 pairs of Joes Jeans so when they both ended up getting holes in the crotch and the inseams ripped, I sent them to Denim Therapy. Voila, they are near perfect! Thanks Denim Therapy!
I sent in two pair of jeans and while I was shocked at the $50 repair cost for each, the quality of work and durability of the repair was definitely worth it.Their communication is a bit lacking though. After not receiving my jeans within the specified two weeks time, I sent an email which they never responded to, and after waiting 3 days for a response I called and was told my jeans would ship out that day. There was no explanation of the hold up or apology for the additional unnecessary time, however I did receive my jeans the very next day.I definitely plan on sending in more jeans for repair, but will keep a better eye on the timeline.
Great service! First time I used Denim Therapy and I am very satisfied with the results. I had to send my jeans back after I realized that a patch is different from a weave. They promptly weaved over the spot and shipped the jeans back to me. The weave is hardly noticeable and my jeans look new!
Pretty sure they lost my jeans. Been a year; emailed them couple of times and theyve ignored me. Take your jeans elsewhere.
Awesome quality, a bit stiff where there patch is placed for holes but fine for reinforcements. Color difference is barely, barely noticeable. Price is on the higher side, but considering a $100+ pair of loved jeans, ~$40 for a very quality repair works. Dropping off works better if you are in the area, saving on shipping cost + time.
I can’t say enough good things about these people. I’ve shipped them three pairs of jeans from across the country to have 2 INCHES taken off the waist. No in-person appointment was possible. They tried to talk me out of it because they were worried they’d ruin the jeans, but they were all unwearable anyways. All 3 pairs came back fitting perfectly. They are also one of the few places that can chainstitch your hems. I don’t know what I’d do without this company.
Great company! They have saved my jeans a couple of times now. I have even sent a pair of pants for them to hem. Its way better than the places I used to get my jeans hemmed. Also, they are really great at communicating with the customer. I am definitely using denim therapy any time I can.
Have had multiple pairs of raw denim hemmed and repaired here. The staffs very kind and professional. They once sewed up a seam rip right there on the spot for me, which I really appreciated. Theyre my go-to spot for chainstitch hemming in NYC.
Haven’t gotten my jeans mailed back yet but they have fast customer service. Can’t wait to see there work
Indeed a great job! I sent the same pair of Jeans, twice, to have separate repair work done. The people were truly sincere in helping me to get the torn jeans repaired right. Its one of my favorite pair of Jeans and I really appreciate the professional work they did. Now, I can get more wears out of it!
Wanted to resize my diesel jeans and leave it in the hands of the best in the industry. Denim therapy did not disappoint! They did an amazing job bringing down the waist size on my jeans from 36 to 33. They look brand new with no signs of any alterations just like new of the shelf. Great job guys thank you! I will be sending more pairs.
Ive used them for two pairs of jeans--the first didnt work out so well (their repairs were okay, but the tension created by the contrast between the stretch in the denim and the solid structure provided by their repair tore the jeans), but the second is perfect. In both cases the work was done well and the thread color blended perfectly with the denim. Id recommend their services for your designer jeans.
Great job...3 pairs of jeans. Two tailored to be skinny and one darning/repair. I brought them in since I am local. They were really nice and shipped them back in the time frame they said they would. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Denim Therapy. They are very personable and work quickly (if you catch them during a lull). I got my jeans back within a week and was very pleased with the craftsmanship. My jeans look like new; you cannot tell that they were ever torn. I had a tear in a very hard to repair spot and they fixed them up like it was nothing. I will recommend Denim Therapy highly to everyone I know. The shipping is reasonable and you can always have the option of dropping off/picking up in person. Everyone should take their sad ripped and torn jeans to Denim Therapy to make them happy once again.
Well worth the money. You get what you pay for. They repaired my favorite pair of jeans. I could have easily taken the money I was going to pay for the repair and buy a new pair (the person that helped me even told me that I should just do that) but these were my favorite pair of jeans. I highly recommend this company, they are experts in jean repairs.
Wasnt sure what to expect with Denim Therapy. I sent them my favourite pair of jeans and trusted they would work some sort of magic.Well... the magic was worked and the result was very, very good. You can see where the repairs were made but certainly left the jeans in a wearable state and only perceptible with a keen eye . If you couldnt decipher the repaired parts from the original jean; Id give excellent. If you decide to use Denim Therapy; and you should... Id send the jeans to be repaired sooner than later. Mine were worn almost daily for 5 years :-) Thanks to the magic I can wear them again.Great work Denim Therapy.
I sent in two pairs of jeans--one of mine, with holes at both inner thighs, and one of my fiances, which had a large rip near the front zipper. I usually mend my own clothes but I had mended mine several times and the other pair was too close to the zipper for me to mend properly. The estimate for the repair was more than I wanted to spend at the moment, so I opted for the patch for all three holes ($25 per hole). The site warns that this is stiffer and more noticeable than their more time-intensive repair, but honestly its not that noticeable. We are both thrilled to have our favorite jeans back in rotation. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the work done on two pairs of PRPS. The repairs look great - I dropped them in personally whilst on a trip to NYC (Im from Ireland). The dude there isnt the most welcoming, interested in you or helpful (jerk and douche are common terms on Denim Therapys Foursquare) but hes definitely good at repairing jeans. Takes a little longer then I expected but good things take time...
Sent my jeans into denim therapy and the repairs are below sub standard. I can do a better job on my grandmothers 1990s Kenmore series 14 in my living room. Not only was the darning sub standard it was more expensive than other companies doing a better job. A quality darning machine, like a singer 47w70, doesn’t need to be backed. My selvedge jeans now have an unremovable cheesecloth like back to the repair that looks and feels horrible. I will never use this company again. If you want a quality repair at a good price use self edge denim. He’s a master at darning and does a 100% better job.
Amazing job! They saved my favorite pair of jeans. You cant even tell I had a crotch blow-out! I wear Levis jeans and, as long as you get them repaired before the rip gets too big, its worth fixing your jeans with Denim Therapy than getting a new pair that you have to break in.
Excellent company, excellent work, excellent customer service. I balked a little at the price at first, but I knew that darning was a costly repair that would last longer than patching, so it was worth it. Denim Therapy made my jeans look good as new despite a really blown-out crotch, two phone-related wear holes in the front thigh, and cuffs that were worn out. They hemmed the cuffs, darned everything else, and now my favorite jeans are back in the rotation. They were really responsive to questions. It was crazy easy to get someone on the phone and discuss the best way to get them fixed. These guys earned my repeat business.
Awesome idea for a business. Ive brought 4 pairs of jeans to get hemmed or fixed and all came out great. Now if I see a sale on a stellar pair of jeans that may not fit right, in the back of my head Im thinking can I bring these to Denim Therapy so they fit well.
Great, straight forward service. Just circle on the card where you want them to fix your jeans, then they do it. They even patched a part of my jeans that had not ripped yet, but I requested they do so because I knew it would rip eventually. My one recommendation is that they explicitly tell you where they will be returning your jeans. Mine were shipped to my billing address instead of my current residence.
Denim Therapy did a great job repairing my favorite pair of jeans. I had a huge tear...one that looked unrepairable. Amazing how they reconstructed the weave to match and now my jeans are put back together almost so that you dont notice any patching. Great service to salvage your favorite jeans that cant be replaced.
Denim Therapy is the only place Ill go for my denim repair. The website is great for setting up your order and the in-person service is excellent. I used to feel that the 3 week wait time was a tad longer than desired but recently my repairs have been handled in 2 weeks (without express service).
I have tried calling in the past on several different days with no response. Visited the website to confirm I could drop off in person and was greeted by a locked door. This 1 star review is for a place that I was never able to give my business, and got exhausted of trying to get a hold of to have a conversation about my needs. Heres the door!In response to latest update: I called over several days Fall 2018 and visited during open business hours. Have since taken my business elsewhere.
Amazing job. The crotch on my favorite jeans was completely blown out and I just couldnt wear them out of the house. No longer! A complete and nearly invisible repair. Was amazed at the color match on faded 8 year old jeans. Again, amazing job.
Very happy with my first experience using Denim Therapy. They saved a favorite pair of irreplaceable jeans, giving them a second life. I thought their rates were extremely fair. I definitely recommend their service.
Great experience. The people there are super helpful, great at keeping in touch, stay true to their time and cost estimates, and do really excellent work.I sent these guys two pairs of jeans. The first was a pair of APCs that I had already broken in for about a year. I had gotten them hemmed at a local tailor who just couldnt get the job done right. First the tailor kept the original hem, when I explicitly asked for a new one that looked like the original. So when they redid it, they gave me the ugliest and widest hem Id ever seen, something that might have been appropriate on a pair of slacks or work pants. Its a good thing I kept them kind of long, because Denim Therapy had to lose about an inch of length, but they sent me back a beautiful chain stitch with a nice thin hem.The second pair were a pair of 3sixteens and I was not about to repeat my mistake of taking them to a local tailor. Instead I took my favorite pair of pants, measured the inseam, asked for a half inch on top of that (to account for shrinkage since these jeans were unwashed), and again got back an expertly done chain stitched hem about a 1/2 wide.Ill definitely use their services again should I need any repairs or future hemming.
The first pair of jeans I sent I myself requested to have the patch put on all the big holes. They came back ok. But the second pair of jeans (For All Man Kind ($180) I just had repaired came back better then new. Going to send my third pair soon. So glad their is Denim Therapy :)
They fixed up two pairs of my jeans, one light and one dark, that had holes in the inner leg. Now theyre as good as new! Highly recommended and definitely less expensive than buying brand new jeans.
Denim Therapy did a terrific job repairing my 6 month old TRUE RELIGION jeans. Small hole where thread came undone. A bit pricey and takes about 3 weeks - but a local seamstress wont do a good job. These are expensive jeans that I love. Great option for me.
Repaired a crotch blow out that was substantial. Typical iron on patch didnt hold up. Got the jeans back and the repair matches perfect. The jeans are a little tougher to the touch in that area due to the patching but it looks great and saved my favorite pair of jeans. Or at least saved me a trip to jail from accidentally exposing myself.
If there were half stars they would only get 4.5 as their website sets what I think is an unreasonably low price expectation, although the prices are reasonable and in my opinion worth it. I just got my pants back a week or so ago and will be sending off another pair for them to repair. They are great and unless someone is inspecting my crotch area, the repair work is indistinguishable from the rest of the jeans.
Overall expedient service. I was informed of the whereabouts of my clothing when it arrived and when it shipped. The patchwork is quite good; the color matches almost perfectly. I will definitely use the service again in the future.
My items arrived back within the stated lead time! The prepairs where nicely done and seem very sturdy!! The color match of one pair of jeans what not perfect, but the jeans where so old the fabric has faded to a shade that I think is unmatchable with brand new thread.
Loved the results - I got my favorite jeans back!! The patching was great considering my jeans were quite torn up in many places. The only downside is that it is pretty expensive to have them repaired... granted I had to repair a rip in the seat, on 1 of the thighs and both of the knees. I would only do this for my absolute favorite jeans :) .
I was disappointed at how long it took to get my jeans back. They say that it could take up to 3 weeks, however at the 6 week mark I emailed customer service to which I did not receive a response. Two days later I received a shipping notification that my jeans were being sent back. 6 weeks turnaround time is not acceptable for the prices that they charge. The repair looked great, however I will not be using again. I can get the same thing done by a tailoring service for a fraction of the price and a turnaround time within days.
They say they re-weave to create new fabric where the hole is... that is NOT true! They reinforce the holes with patches. The thread they used doesn’t match my jeans.
They did an okay job fixing my raw denim. They did darn the jeans nicely, and the thread kind of matches the color of the denim, but they missed a portion of the denim I had circled where a small hole was starting to appear. They say they charge $4 per half inch, which is true, but even if your hole is tiny (like maybe 1/4 inch) they darn about 2 inches in each direction around the hole making the price go up a lot more than youd initially think. Although they did a good job, I would recommend trying to find a local place (if you dont live in NYC). Local places can usually fix holes much more quickly, and you might find a reasonable price. You could also potentially tell your tailor exactly what color thread to use. If needed though, Denim Therapy does a good job, but for a high price.
Denim Therapy did an excellent job repairing my (FAVORITE and Paige Premium) jeans, and they had instant customer service when I emailed with a price concern. My only complaint is that they missed a small section that needed reinforcement, but that was probably a miscommunication part on my end! Overall excellent experience. Definitely will use again.
5 stars for the job done. My jeans crotch is fixed and my wifes are too!2 stars for price of this service. I feel it is hugely over priced, that along with shipping from Ca to NY is the only reason i am giving them 3 stars. If you plan on repairing 2-3 pairs of jeans with a couple of inches worth of tears, you can get an decent quality sewing machine, the materials needed and do it yourself for the same price or cheaper. They wanted $77 for one pair of jeans that needed a crotch repair, that was more than the jeans cost int he first place!
I requested they taper and hem a new pair of jeans. They tapered one of the legs too heavily. One of the legs ended up with a leg opening that I could barely fit through while I could comfortably fit through the other one. I had gone to them and their tailor measured me in person so im not sure how this could have happened. They also have an ungodly turn around time of 2-3 weeks. But if you pay an extra $25, they can expedite it to 2-3 days.I paid nearly $100 for their services only to end up with ruined jeans, which cost ~$180. So Im out nearly $300 cause their tailor couldnt see they made one leg narrower than the other. Id steer clear of them; find another repair shop.
They SAVED my favorite jeans!!I am so mad at myself for throwing away so many pairs in the past. The repairs are flawless. I even had them turn my favorite 6 year old jeans into skinny jeans-- I may never need to buy a new pair of jeans!THANK YOU!!
Quick turnaround. They patched a tear in the knee and crotch on beloved jeans that cant be replaced. (Ive tried.) I dont think anyone would notice the repair weave. My only complaint is that its stiff and rough on the inside. I really only notice it at the knee when I bend my leg.
Sort if in shock at all of the amazing reviews. I brought in two pairs of jeans where the crotch was blown out in both. I would wear one of them nearly every day. I get it. It happens. I heard of this place and got so excited. I dropped them off and the same day I received an email quote. One of the quotes was for MORE than the retail value of the jean. I told them not to bother repairing that pair and let them get to work on the second pair (24 dollars less than the retail value on a new pair of this jean). Three weeks later I receive notice that the jeans are ready for pick up. I go in and had a very awkward interaction with the person grabbing the jeans (the person I had dropped off with had been friendly). He wouldnt make eye contact and it seemed like I was bothering him with my request. The jeans look pretty good. You can DEFINITELY tell where the jeans were repaired, which based on reviews is not always the case. After trying them on, I have such buyers remorse. The area of the new fabric is a completely different feel. Its hard and uncomfortable and when worn the fabric does not hang in a way that looks natural at all. These jeans werent easy for me to buy. I was in love with them. I was so sad when they finally ripped and rejoiced when I read these reviews about how I could get them repaired. Im now so anxious and stressed about these jeans I just spent money on for the second time and probably wont ever wear again.
Had two pairs of jeans with very ripped crotch. Thought that they would be beyond repair but Denim Therapy suggested a patch for the repair. They are perfect! Cannot believe they were able to save my favorite two pairs of jeans (Dsquared2 & Frame Denim)! Highly recommend.
Im sadly disappointed in the job they did on my jeans. I sent in my favorite pair that Id ripped forever ago and couldnt throw out despite the huge hole in the crotch that prevented me from wearing them. I paid about $40 for the crotch repair and $12 for another tiny hole in the knee that I wasnt too concerned about, but circled anyway.I got them back a week or two later, excited to be able to wear them again. At first glance I was already disappointed because the material theyd used to repair the crotch was a noticeably different color than the jean fabric, and was also stiff and rough, although admittedly it was a rather large tear. The knee is what really got me though - theyd simply filled in the hole from behind with the fabric and you could still see the torn fabric above, and within a few days the hole was poking through skin again. I paid $12 for literally nothing to change.Whats more is that they apparently missed a part of the crotch area tear, or it has torn apart again since Ive worn these jeans, but its already coming apart again.Basically I paid over $50 for a repair job that doesnt look seamless as advertised and is already falling apart. Id heard so many good things about Denim Therapy, I cant believe they did such a bad job.
I wish that I could give a higher review -- the cost was reasonable and the turnaround time was within the original estimate. However, I had a pair of black designer jeans fixed (a knee tear) and the color is so off and the wrong finish (shiny when my jeans are matte), that I wont be able to wear them except casually. I was really hoping for more. But its not terrible and at least I dont need to throw them away.
Fantastic work. My two favourite pairs of jeans were saved and restored to the former glory. Well worth the trip to NY. Keep up the great work guys.
The entire process, with exception of a slightly wonky website, was enjoyable. Good system they have with prompt turnaround.
Fantastic Service!I finally pulled the trigger on getting two pairs of jeans repaired. The color match is spot on and my old jeans are back in service for years to come. I decided to expidite the work (extra fee) and it was worth it. The round-trip for my jeans was just under two weeks.
Second time using them. Work is great. Quick turnaround. Only issue is the pricing. It cost me almost as much to fix as the new A/X jeans cost. Saves the headache of picking out a new pair at the store.
Clean work of hemming (Im short) and great online customer service! My two pairs were ready before the given timeframe. Since I was out of the country, I sent them an email and they were super pleasant & quick to reply that they would hold them until I was ready to pick up. Thank you!
The process to repair your jeans is very easy! Although somewhat pricey, the repair was completed in a short amount of time and it looks fantastic! You can barely see where the repair was needed, the fabric matched beautifully and was super soft. I wouldnt suggest doing this unless it is a really nice pair of jeans or a pair that you initially spent a lot of money on. My jeans were Joes Jeans and had two small holes in the bum (I paid more than $30 for this repair). I declined the knee hole repair which would have cost $90 because I would have rather invested in a new pair of jeans for that cost. Overall, if you have a small repair, its a cost effective means to repair your jeans! Thanks Denim Therapy!
Love this service. Denim Therapy repaired my husbands favorite of James Jeans that, had we not learned about their service, probably would have thrown away. They look amazing. Not only the holes patched, but theyre done in such a way that theyre reinforced so theres no fear that theyll tear again in the same places. Thank you, Denim Therapy!!
I had 6 pairs of Seven jeans brought back to life. All suffered what I now know to be a crotch blowout which is basically thinning and subsequent ripping of the material between the thighs under the crotch area. All repaired and returned to me in a timely fashion for the cost of one new pair of jeans.
Considering the condition my favorite pair of jeans was in before, I couldnt be happier with the results. These jeans were completely trashed and no longer made by the manufacturer. For $50 (very fair if you ask me) I now have my favorite pair of jeans back! Thank you Denim Therapy!
Ive used DenimTherapys services twice, on the same pair of jeans. They restored two buttons to the fly of a pair of All Saints, and also patched up three areas that were in need of mending. So far, the buttons have held up fine and with the patches being so new, Ill have to check in later.Ive spent about half the price of the jeans themselves on the repairs, which not only makes buying All Saints jeans a questionable proposition, it also means Denim Therapy is not cheap. But what else are you going to do until a similar operation is opened up in one of the outer boroughs? Also, my jeans are dark gray/black so I think patching them up may be more difficult than blue jeans. The patching reinforced the strength of the denim but they still look a bit off-white and worn in the region that was repaired.
My favorite pair of jeans came back BEAUTIFUL!!! Ripped out the knee on a beloved pair of boots and they look practically perfect now! LOVED the work done and the service was excellent.
They repaired two pairs of jeans for me. The repairs are excellent and barely noticeable. Was a bit higher priced than expected, but worth every penny!
First pair they did a good job on although it was a simple crotch fix. Second pair coast more than the jeans and the colour matching of the thread is awful! Just a really shoddy job in a very obvious place right on the front of the jeans. Pretty disappointed for the price. Could have got the same quality at my local dry cleaners
Good work, price was fine, timing was good enough, convenient location
I was blown away by how well Denim Therapy did on my Lucky Jeans. I thought it was a little pricey when I received the quite email, but once I received the finished product, I was stunned. Jeans fit like the worked in pair they are, not a new pair I would have to spend weeks working in.These bad boys should give me another years worth of use (if not more), which is actually what I was looking for!
Denim Therapy has a very easy system for submitting your jeans for repair. The repair they did on my J Crew jeans was great. You can barely tell where they repaired them.
Did an awesome job patching up my Levis 501s. Even reinforced blow-out ready areas. Great stuff!
Bought some jeans in New York and dropped them off with a sample pair to be hemmed and tapered. They shipped them to the UK and I couldnt be happier. Great service and communication - will use again!
Nothing but praise so far. They did an excellent job, even fixed an area that was likely to tear in the near future. The material matched well, and you can really tell that the repair will last. Almost want to send pants in before I start wearing them so I can avoid having them tear at all. Cant recommend more. The turn around time is not immediate, so dont expect them back right away but its not unreasonable considering the process they have to go through. The pricing seems fair too, Ill use them again for sure!
Excellent repair work, warranty and customer service. The entire process is communicated with when they arrive, when they begin repair to shipping back so you know exactly what is happening. Eric is a gold star! Thank you for fixing my favorite jeans, twice :)
They did a great job patching a blowout, you could never tell from the outside that they had been repaired. The easy shipping options and online communication was great.
Sent them 2 pairs of Citizens of Humanity jeans with tears at the knee. Super easy process - came back to me looking nearly perfect with a patch on the inside of the leg that will hold for as long as I have them. Very nice job - couldnt find anyone else who could do this and make the repair barely noticeable.
They did an amazing and fast job repairing my jeans with a major hole. I would highly recommend them. Weve now used them twice with fantastic results each time.
Denim Therapy SAVED my favorite jeans - which Id previously had tailored to fit me exactly. I cried when they tore, but then a friend told me about Denim Therapy.Excellent workmanship and excellent customer service.
Love them. They have saved my favorite jeans not once, but twice. Also when the second repair didnt last more than one wear they fixed my jeans for free!
Had a pair of jeans with a major crotch blow out as well as my favorite jean jacket that had both elbows completely worn through. I let them go too long without repair, so I was surprised they were able to be fixed. Of course I wish the repairs were a little neater, but work is not noticeable from the exterior. Spent around 200$ for both. Jacket was more obviously.
Once again Denim Therapy did an excellent job of repairing a pair of my favorite jeans. This is the second time that I have sent DT a pair of my jeans that I just didnt have the heart to throw away. The jeans look great and I am very happy with the quality of the repair.
Using cat like agility I snagged a pair of jeans on an errant nail ripping a sizable hole. Denim Therapy was able to patch it almost like new. I couldnt be happier to have my jeans back in the rotation and looking great.
SOOOO happy with the work they did. Sent them a pair of Mother jeans that were basically missing the entire back pocket and you cannot even tell they were ripped. Will definitely be using them again!
Im a big fan of this service. They are exactly as they describe themselves. The work is quality and the shipping process is easy.
