HORRIBLE - 2 huge gouges in my walls from taking the equipment down the stairs. They denied responsibility. They would not refund the $218 cleaning, so that I could get it repaired, and I was hung up on.

The price ive been quoted was astronomical to clean a tiny bathroom and hallway. Far too expensive.
