I only have carpets in my basement bedroom and Media rooms, but with kids they are high traffic areas. They came within the days I had available. Confirmed the day/time the day before arrival. Very knowledgeable about keeping carpets clean. They were quick, 45 minutes and very reasonable.

Wanted to wait to see if the cleaning job that looked so fantastic when they were done would hold up - and it has. No naught spots reappearing - and some of the spots others hadnt been able to clean are now CLEAN. Terrific service.

Called this place up and the guys scheduled a date to pick up my rug. I spoke to someone over the phone and he explained in depth how many steps they took to clean a rug! Well, turns out they knew what they were doing, rugs came out looking nice. I would really recommend them!!!

The company picked up my rug for cleaning. It complemented me for having such a quality rug. I paid over $300 to toss it in the garbage. . it came back as dirty as it left and took over a month to “clean”it .
