Just got done with my second carpet cleaning from these guys. They do a really good job. They also did our couch and rocking chair and both look great. Ive used other companies in the past and they were either too expensive or they did a really surface job and didnt actually clean the carpets. Im a loyal customer!

After all nice reviews, I was sure, that I gave my wool rug into professional service. In 2 weeks, 7/7/2020, I received; not cleaned, not vacuumed, stained with oil or fat rug, smelled like was sprayed by “ Febreze”. The guy told me,that rug was cleaned with care, and he has no idea how rug was stained. I was SO UPSET, SHOCKED !!!! And, this is a professional service? This is how you guys clean rugs? All this pictures and techniques on your website? And results? I’ve made a HUGE mistake to call you!!!!

I met Eli last year when his company cleaned our carpet at work. When I saw the amazing job they did, I asked if he did residential carpet cleaning. His answer was absolutely yes. As the winter months are over I decided to give Eli a call and ask him for prices for my area rug in the living room. His prices are very reasonable for the work he puts in to clean your carpet. I am beyond excited to see my white champagne color carpet have the same color as when I purchased it. Fantastic job!!! Highly recommend this company!!!!!!! These guys are great I am so thankful that I let them handle my rug.I inherited a piece of antique Persian rug from my aunt. She has had it for 15 years. It has only been cleaned twice. These guys were very friendly. They came and picked up my rug. The process was very professional and hassle free. About a week later they called me and reminded me that my rug was ready. I was very worried if it was going to shrink to lose the shape or come apart because its an antique piece. It was perfect. The rug was very clean and the colors are brighter. I am very pleased with the result and the teams professionalism. Would recommend!

Eli was fantastic. He was very punctual, did a quick job, and the results speak for itself. The service was probably 30-45 minutes and he was able to work around my couch. He even trimmed the frayed sides of my rug. Would absolutely recommend people use this service.

I was doing party with my friends in my house and we were drinking wine, suddenly one of my friend spilled wine on the rug.So, I called 212 Rug Cleaners company in New York.They came immediately to pick up the rug. They were on time and they did really good job. When they bring the rug back to my house, It was like brand new We are really grateful to this company for helping us.

Absolutely amazing job!I want to walk barefoot all the time now. I feel especially good that they dont use harsh chemicals, so those arent in my home. The rugs were picked up and delivered back right on the promised day, too, with the guys being very patient to place them exactly where I wanted them. Excellent work, they came same day to clean sofa and chair. He stayed late to make sure that it was done. They also took two rugs to their shop to clean and fix the fringe, and they came back looking like new.

A great, convenient and fast experience! Eli came the next morning, as I had called Sunday evening, right on time to give me a free estimate regarding how much it would be to clean and remove a large stain on my area rug. I accepted the price, and he came back right away with all supplies needed. It took him less than 45 minutes to turn my old, worn out, stained rug back into a rug, which looked brand new, as if I had just purchased yesterday! Very friendly service and easy to book last minute! Will definitely be using them again in the future and I would certainly recommend them for others to use, as well!

This was my first time using 212 Rug Cleaners and I couldnt be any more satisfied. I called them and that same day they picked it up. Eli of 212 rug cleaners steamed my sectional couch and wool rug! It had been a while since I had the two pieces professionally cleaned, and was it worth it! He was was not just professional, but incredibly quick! I was completely shocked when I was able to walk on my carpet and sit on my couch they both felt like new! My roommate is a smoker and it was incredible, I could not smell any remnants of the smoke! I would use and recommend this company again soon!In short, the work Eli did was great, and my sofa and rug feel like new!
