NYC came highly recommended through a friend, so I arranged them to come clean 3 rooms of carpet for my aunt in the city cause it looked like she had not cleaned them for over 10 years. Every time we came for a visit we would literally suffer from the odor. Could not convince her to change the carpets so we settled on cleaning them. I was not disappointed by them cause the job performed was excellent and even though we had a minor dispute with Jeff, upon calling and talking to the owner, Mike, our issue was resolved quickly and I recommend them and would definitely use them again. I took my mattress out of storage and somehow there where NYC Local Carpet all over it, I called Carlos and Greg and they steamed cleaned my mattress and it looks like new. I feel comfortable sleeping on it now, they also came the same day I called. Very thankful for them.
