As dry cleaners go, they’re actually pretty solid. We’ve been using them for a few years at this point and we’ve rarely had problems with them - and any problems we had have been resolved for the most part. We’ve recently moved further away from them, but we still use them despite having to go further out of our way.

Shoutout to 72 French Cleaners! They were open during the stay at home order in earlier spring when many others were closed. They literally risked their lives for us to have clean clothes.. They have the best staff and their services are always impeccable. Theyre also pretty much the best in the city when it comes to tailoring for I always go to them in the spring for my summer dress alterations! Highly recommend!

First of all, I would really like to say a big thank you to all the staff of the Rug Wash company. They did an unbelievable thing, and for me it is very hard to explain how grateful I am. But, in couple of words, I will try to explain what kind of issue I had. My mother and grandmother really like nice things, like antique furniture and rugs. They have a nice Persian rug in the living room, and one day, my kids and I were visiting them, and my 15 months old boy was trying to reach juice from the table, and of course, because he is too small to catch things by himself, the glass with juice fell off the table, and the rug was wet. It is an expensive rug, and I was really afraid to clean it. That same afternoon, although it was Saturday, two technicians came, gave a free estimate, picked up a rug, and said that in 5 days I will have my rug back. Next Thursday, the rug was delivered. The rug came perfectly clean, No traces of stains.

A quick word of advice. If you have an on older rug, especially a valuable hand-made one, do not try washing it yourself. This guys have different cleaning agents that they spot-check to ensure the dyes dont run, and and spin-dry equipment to thoroughly clean, rinse, and dry your rug so it comes our bright, odor-free, at no risk of growing mold. If you want to save a few bucks by washing cheap synthetic rugs yourself, by all means go ahead. I washed my polypropylene IKEA rugs myself in the back yard with some plant-based laundry detergent then hung them to dry in the hot summer sun. Rugs have faded a bit, so next time Ill call even for those rugs.

Very friendly staff! Only went there twice so far (will be going back) but they already memorized my face and name :) I also took a stained dress that multiple try cleaners couldnt clean properly but they were able to get the stains out. Their prices are really reasonable as well. I highly recommend it!

We made the mistake of buying all new furniture and then adopting puppy! Oh well, sh*t happens (literally). Our new little baby decided to pee and poop on our silk rug, two of our overdye turkish rugs, and our persian wool rug. The silk cord rug I was really worried about since our puppy peed on 3 different areas and the carpet cleaner I used seemed to only make things worse. I searched the web and was lucky to find this outstanding Company. The overdyed rugs came out looking good but one area where I had used resolve (which Joe told me never to use on rugs since it makes things worse!) left a discoloration stain. did their magic, and the color was there again! I am very very happy with the job that they did on our rugs and want you to know about it. 5 stars for this amazing company!!!

Special instructions are ignored. 3 times i gave simple instructions to not crease my khakis and they came back w creases every time. The itemized receipt that they returned w my dry cleaning even said 1 khaki pant - no crease, 1 blue pant- no crease..... Will not be fooled again.
