I recently inherited a one of a kind oriental rug from a dear friend. As it has sentimental value I needed someone that would take great care in cleaning it. I searched for the best NYC cleaning company and got in contact with Robert. He was very professional from start to finish and and am happy with how the rug came out.

Robert cleaned two sofas in two separate locations for me - he made coordinating easy and both of the sofas came out great! One had a lot of stains (Balsamic vinegar, red sauce, wine, all the worst) that I had made worse by trying to clean them myself. I was amazed at how much better it looks. All the water marks are gone and there’s only one tiny, barely noticeable spot that he couldn’t get out. I will be hiring Robert to clean my furnishings every year from now on.

What can I say about these guys? I got referred to Robert from my sister and had him and his assistant clean my carpet and upholstered arm chair. He and his assistant removed all the stains along with a wine stain I spilled over a year ago. You dont need to look any further. Roberts your guy.

Robert was good and helpful. Had 4 rugs. 1 was an Azeri wool rug,two of them were oriental rugs, and one was a Persian. Robert took his time to evaluate each one and give me the game plan for each fabric type. What I like to is that he educated ke along the way about what i should do in case of common stains. The oriental rug in particular had cat pee on it, which is always a joy to clean. Robert came over, 10 minutes early, and took 3 rugs. The oriental rug he brought his machine up and took care of it right there. Got it all back in a few days, delivered to my apartment. Good prices too. I had called 3 places and Robert was on the affordable side, especially considering that he does a lot on the service and delivery en . Be careful of guys who give u a cheap price and then start with start the mandatory add ins! Robert didnt play me, so honestly, I recommend him especially for oriental and wool rugs, it worked out perfect

I made a appointment with Robert from steam pro to clean my furniture before the holidays. I bought my couches 6 years ago. It was either get them cleaned or throw them out because they were so dirty, embarrassed to say. I couldn’t believe how clean they came out. They looked brand new. Just started my yearly after the holidays cleaning and decided to call Steam Pro Carpet Cleaners for my rugs and furniture. I had three rooms of carpeting, an oriental rug and sofa and loveseat cleaned. All I can say is WOW! I cannot believe what a FANTASTIC job Robert did! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Whe I saw all of the dirt that was removed from my carpets and furniture, I was amazed.
