This company cleaned several area rugs for me and did a great job. I had the rugs for about a year, and despite constant vacuuming, the amount of filth that came off of them from this professional cleaning was incredible. Prompt, professional, and easy to schedule. Not nearly the headache I thought having rugs professionally cleaned would be. Ill be calling them again!

Excellent service! They fixed up my oriental rug that my subletter spilled on and roughed up. In addition, they went above and beyond the call of duty, and fixed up a few extra things without charging. I was nervous to let this rug go to a cleaner because it is the last thing I have from my grandma, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

After Sears cleaning -2X- the rug was discolored in ivory areas, and many gold leaves were rough and shedding.David thoroughly explained all issues and options to me. These guys are the BEST! Ive used them for about 6 years now and Im extremely satisfied every time. The service is great, and always timely and very pleasant. The prices are fair and better than anyone around. Ive had them clean in my apt and take other carpets out for a pool soaking and they always come back looking and smelling great. Most recently, my dog got sick all over the rug while I was at work and it sat there all day and was dried in by the time I got home. I also got a new puppy who had bad aim when peeing on the wee-wee pad and peed on the rug a lot. It was definitely time to get it cleaned. David came to pick it up and it came back perfectly clean and smelled fresh. If they could handle the stains from two dogs, they can take on anything you can throw at them. I highly recommend them.

I have 3 - microfiber theater chair sectional which is a light beige color originally. It hadnt been cleaned in over 2 years. I have two overly messy teenagers who spill everything they eat and drink on it. I must admit that the sight of the sectional often made me think just to plasterer the fabric or buy a tarp to cover it. I was given a fair quote over the phone and the appraiser arrived the next day on time. He provided me with several cleaning options after looking over the job. NYC Cleaners sent their representative to my apartment to pick up my oriental rug that had been heavily soiled. The representative was very professional and moved a good many pieces of heavy furniture to get the oriental rug out. The rug is a 9x12 Oriental, and I did not expect that the man would be able to do this alone. However, to my amazement he had it up and on the way out within 10 minutes. The rug was returned in 2 weeks, professionally cleaned and the same very able man put the oriental rug back on the floor, moved everything back into place and the carpet looks beautiful. I fully recommend NYCleaners and I am very, very pleased with everything that was done for me.

We had two rugs cleaned by NYCleaners, are were very happy with the service, the professionalism, and the results. David came to give an estimate last week, was very thorough in explaining our options (and giving a lot of tips on how to keep rugs clean!), and laid everything out for us to make a decision.Because of the make of our rugs, we had to have them taken out and cleaned in the factory. David just brought them back, earlier than the estimate he gave us, and laid them back down, good as new. The traffic stains, not to mention the pet stains and a stain or two that I might have caused by eating Chinese food where I shouldnt have, are all gone. I have a very old Persian rug that my cat peed on, I got very stressed about it and called this company, Jenny in the office was very efficient and immediately sent the technician over. One hour later I had David the technician in my apartment, explaining me exactly how to take care of my rug and how will the treatment effect it. Very quick and friendly service! One of my rugs was screwed up in several ways including red wine stains. That was fixed to perfection and it now looks brand new. I learned from the guy who came to my place that my other rug is actually quite valuable (I had no idea as it was a second-hand gift many years ago, and Im no expert), and he took extra time to explain how I can care for it in the future. I called NYCleaners yesterday in regards to having my mattress deep cleaned. They were able to give me an appointment for the next morning. David was prompt, explained the process and told me everything that I need to know about keeping my mattress clean and fresh. These cleaners are the best! They have come three times to clean in our apartment. Twice they cleaned rugs and once they cleaned our couch. They get out stains and smells I didnt think could be removed. They are always incredibly courteous (and also give helpful advice about how to deal with spills and other issues that come up between their visits).

Warning: NYCleaners is a front. They do not have their own facility: David just drops the rugs off somewhere (he wont say where), and charges a markup on the service. The NYCleaners locations are not real offices, just mailing addresses. (The main NYCleaners address on 101st St, for example, is just a locked private apartment -- theres nobody there.) When you call, you reach a woman, Jenny, who is at a telephone somewhere (she wont say where). So I think David is basically running a very expensive delivery service for someone elses rug cleaning facility. He was punctual, he always returned calls, he did bring my rugs back, and they were clean. But it cost a fortune, and, of course, it was basically a scam. PS He sold me a handful of rug pads for I think about $700. He swore that these were such high quality rug pads that my rugs would never slip at all. Guess what? They slip. I have to readjust the rugs every day so the pad doesnt show.

Jenny was super helpful scheduling my cleaning today! Within an hour David was at my home. David was super kind and friendly. He also explained thoroughly how my couch cleaning process would be. I have three dogs and they chose the couch to be their wee wee pad. David and Jenny both reassured me that the order would go away. I have a huge sectional and he was able to clean it in a timely manner. I am SUPER pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about how positive our experience was with NYcleaners.I was looking to have a rug cleaned, it’s a nice rug but it was really gross and dirty and had become a home for moths because it had been stored in our basement improperly. I thought it was maybe best to throw it away but found NYcleaners on a whim to see if they could do anything about it.They called me minutes after I filled out the online request on their website and a technician showed up shortly after. He looked it over told me what it needed and that the rug could be saved. They use only green products! He took it away and it was delivered to me today (after 2 weeks) looking brand new. I called NY cleaners to come after purchasing a floor mattress from Sleepys. I wanted a steam clean to just make sure I was not sleeping on anything too nasty. The two men showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and what options I had to ensure my bed would be clean. They were fast, clean and super friendly.
