Great barbershop! I got a haircut there from Alex. He was polite, professional, and I was very happy with the haircut I received from him. Im looking forward to going back when I need another trim.

Ive tried bringing my kids here twice. Both times the haircuts werent well done (I had hoped the first time was a fluke.) Alas, will not be returning.

They can cut your hair the way you want it. If you arent sure what you want, like i was, they seem pretty good at recommending something. The nice barber there showed me a picture and told me that hairstyle would look good on me. Im very happy with it. They are quick, pleasant, and good at what they do. theyre very friendly and the shop is a nice place. Definitely going back when i need another haircut. Great haircut for 16$. friendly barbers too. really relaxed, no need for appointments or anything like that. its great. id recommend it to everyone.

I havent been here in a while, but had decent experiences in the past. My regular barber was out of town, so I figured it was safe to return. BIG MISTAKE! I really should have headed the advice of a recent review warning of The Butcher. I guess her name is Diana, and I wish I realized this when she sat me down. She proceeded to give me the WORST haircut Ive ever had. She clearly has no certification or actual experience. She has the skills of a drunk child with safety scissors. After I stopped her because my head looked like it had been through a wood chipper, she kept saying no, its good. its good. It was so bad, I made her stop midway and walked out to another barber who was able to fix the mangled disaster that was my hair. Im not saying these guys are bad, but if you walk in and this lady tries to cut your hair, run. Run for your life.

This is a bagel store with limited seating. Nice staff and fresh bagels along with many different things to put on them. Was rated by zaggots as one of the 7 best bagels in NYC.

Its an okay barber shop, they did a good job for the job they wanted to do. Tried a haircut from them twice and both times they didnt really listen to what I wanted. Like I said, did a good job, just the job they wanted to do.

I saw the five star reviews so figured this place was safe. Diana (we now refer to her as the butcher) gave me the worst hair cut Ive ever seen. She ignored my requests and instead gave me whatever haircut she felt like, repeating dont worry, its good after every time she ignored my instructions and chopped off a chunk of hair. I was shocked when I saw that she didnt sterilize items between customers.Im not saying these 5 star reviews are bought. The other reviewers could just be clueless.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE. I went here once before, they didnt do a good job, not the worst haircut of my life, definitely not good. Tried showing up when they open. Waited 15 minutes. Lazy and unprofessional, they dont open on time.

They look like they are talented and I’m sure they are, but for me it was a complete disaster. My barber shaved my head way too short and I am almost bald.

Recently moved to NYC, went here for my first haircut. Alex, the owner, was very friendly and did a good job cutting my hair just how I wanted it. Completely satisfied.

The staff here are very friendly and do a very good job and do not rush your haircut. Also for $17 you can get a good mens haircut which is pretty cheap for the city.
