Was tired of getting my haircut at spots that didn’t pay attention to my hair. These guys are great, especially Dan who takes his time with each cut and makes sure it A looks good and B is what you want. I’ve come out of here more than satisfied each time and I will return. Super friendly guys who are very good at what they do!

Have been here several times, have always been super pleased with the experience. The barbers there really know hair (and Asian hair if you have concerns). Very clean and professional. The only place Ill get my hair cut in New York.

This is my second time visiting Imperial Barbershop and it was the same as the first... amazing! There is no where in NYC where you will get this type of service for the price point that they charge. This barber shop is on point. Its decorated and designed very well, not like most of the shops in New York. Great addition to the neighborhood. But the most important fact is that all barbers are very professional and know what they do. All of them pay a lot of attention to details, take their time, make sure that haircut looks good from different angles and really care about customer satisfaction.Im very happy with the service. Will definitely become a regular at Imperial Barber Shop!

Dan is truly a consummate professional. You can tell by the way he handles his clippers, scissors and comb that hes been cutting and styling hair for a very long time. He attentively listened to all of my requests and then delivered flawlessly. His attention to detail is second to none. Truly one of the best haircuts Ive gotten in a long time. Could not recommend him more!

I get my haircut and beard done here on a regular basis. I am always in and out and receive an amazing cut every time. Been in NYC for 4 years and after 4 haircuts with these guys - I can definitely say its the best barber Ive ever had.I moved down to Chelsea about 3 months ago and have visited Dan at Imperial 4 times - each time he cuts exactly as I ask. He remembers the cut each visit, but hes so good Ive started to ask for slight tweaks in my usual style cuz I trust him to translate what Im saying perfectly into my haircut. I mean I dont have crazy long or difficult to style hair, but I seriously never feel better than I walk out of the shop.The price is outrageously cheap and Ive never waited. Im reluctant to increase my wait time...but Dan deserves a line out the door.

My hair is notoriously hard to cut well, and I dont think Ive completely loved a haircut, nor understood why or why not, until I went here. I saw Dan! He not only did amazing and was careful and professional, but explained why certain things would work for my head shape. I learned something new and left with a lot of confidence and feeling great. Theres like a billion barbershops in NYC, but you cannot go wrong here.

Came here because a friend of mine referred, went to go see Dan and I am very glad I did. I wasn’t even too sure what I wanted, but I explained the best I could and Dan gave me a better haircut then I had even envisioned prior. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Always a great experience getting a haircut here. I live in Manhattan but Ive been going to the location in Brooklyn for three years because the haircuts are so consistently good. Got around to checking out the Manhattan spot yesterday and its more of the same - perfect haircuts with great price points. Highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a great cut.

Not many decent barber shops in the area for a great haircut. Im hesitant about going to a new barber so it was great to see Kyle open a 2nd location in Manhattan. I have been going to the Park Slope location for years so it makes it much easier during the week to get a cut. The haircuts are always precise and done in a timely manner so you dont have to sit and wait forever. The place is clean and modern.

Just started coming here for about 2 weeks now, at first I wasn’t sure about the place, but I can’t stop coming here. Dan cuts my here and he is a really good barber that knows what he is doing and he listens to what you want and perfects it! I’m happy I walked in. They are also very nice and very professional. Very comfortable place to go to get a haircut.
