I understand theyre super busy and the place is for some quick cuts. But their service was terrible. First, I was skipped by other guy although I had a reservation. They didnt even check if I had a reservation. Second, as photos show, they didnt remove my hairs at all after the cut! I had to remove by myself while going to meet my friends. I never expected service like a beauty salon or something but it is way too bad. Ill never visit here again.

Hesitant to write a review because I love this place. Used to go to the John St location before COVID. Don’t want it to be busy but they give a great haircut. Fast friendly service, Amy is a amazing stylist and very easy going and always knows what to cut and not to cut ! She is the best!

QB House is the best. The price is reasonable ($25 for a cut) and the staff is very professional. Only place I will go to get a cut in the city. Make sure to check the schedule to see who is available. Everyone is great but I highly recommend Takao! He is wonderful! Thank you!

It’s a fake Japanese place and some of them definitely don’t know how to cut hairs…. All they know is to shave your head. Absolutely zero skills. Very upset especially when I went there right before my birthday. Why they even brand themselves as Japanese? Fake advertisement

Ive been to this QB House location a number of times and have gotten fabulous haircuts each time. The place is clean, the stylists are fantastic and you cant beat the price. I highly recommend! Special shout outs to Sue and Shige at this location. They are top notch!

Showed up during store hours (as posted on the website, google maps and physical store sign) and they were closed. Double check hours before you go! Would have to be via email as I could not find store phone number. Ended up going to the Midtown East location which was open and offered friendly service!

Been working 14 hour days on a project in Flatiron for over a month. Hair was a mess. Had to drop off a work related package, and passed the shop. Walked in, got a friendly guy who cut my hair in 10 minutes and I was back at the office before anyone noticed I was gone. Amazing price and turn-around for the quality of the cut. Not often you find all three - quality, cheap, and quick - in nyc barbershops. Will come back for sure.
