Great haircut for the money! I come in from Williamsburg, 100% worth it!!

Walked in off the street the other day and got one of the best haircuts of my life - Corey was so helpful and took all my ideas for a haircut and made them work even better than i could have expected. Will be back in a month!

This was my first haircut since moving to the city, and Corey did any excellent job. They have very good prices and they accept walk-ins.

Greg and David are 100% the best barbers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They are professional, welcoming, great with conversation as well as kid and pet friendly. Not to mention highly skilled. I went in looking like a mess and left looking and feeling like a celebrity. I would recommend this barbershop to any and everybody no questions asked. Greg is a Fantastic barber he understood my hair and the way to cut it, he texturized it extremely well mind that i have very fine hair, he somehow made it appear thicker and choppy look, CANT wait to travel from Westchester and go back soon, sooo worth it.

Saw some decent reviews on google & was sick of paying excess of $40 for a below average haircut so thought Id check this place out. There were 2 guys cutting hair when I went, 2 people in the chair in front so the wait wasnt long. The cuts on both the guys in front of me were pretty solid. One was an older guy (around 40), the other was a younger guy (mid 20s) and both looked good and reflective of their style. My previous barber didnt cut my hair evenly, but this cut was much better, Ive had some compliments since. It was relatively quick but he didnt seem rushed, just competent. Used a cut throat blade on the back. Also put some product in before I left. Cost was $25 plus tip. They take card which is a bonus. Overall Im pretty happy. Definitely worth checking out & ill be going back.

The staff is attentive and fast and you get the haircut you want. The prices are very reasonable too. They dont have shampooing or at least I didnt see it. Waiting can take a good 30 minutes because there are a few people waiting. To avoid waiting for long time, go when they open immediately. They usually charge $25 for a haircut plus tip. I think its men only barbershop.

If i need to look sharp I come here and let Greg do his thing. He is the best!

Best barber shop in the city! I spent months trying to find a good place to go get my haircut after I moved in to the east village from astoria. i tried all the hair salons around the area but at the end of the day I just wanted a good hair cut for not that much money. I found it by just walking down the street on my way home one day. These guys are great. They will help you style your hair any way you want and it comes out great every time.

If this was just a review for the barber closest to the entire (Greg, I think), the rating would be a 5. A month ago he gave me a great, quick I haircut exactly as I wanted it. Last night I was with another barber, and Im very disappointed. The cut just looks off, different lengths that dont seem to blend, Im just not sure what she was doing and its disappointing. Lesson: wait for Greg.

I moved to NYC 2 years ago and have struggled to find a quality cut ever since. Ive been going to Fellow Barber paying $50 before tip and have only been occasionally happy with how it turned out. I gave Original Barber Shop a shot and got one of the best cuts Ive ever gotten for HALF the price. Their website says they have a vision of being a neighborhood establishment. Thats exactly what it is. I got a badass haircut, we watched the World Cup, and bsd about whether Spectrum or Verizon is better. If youre looking for a good cut and good conversation, come here!
