Had my hair cut by Olga who was wonderful. Very professional and engaging. She was super knowledgeable about cutting hair and even gave me great advice on what type of haircut style would look best with my head/face shape. Haircut came out great. Will go back again.

Extremely happy I found Master Barbers after moving to UES. The time and attention that is put into the haircut is impressive for the price they charge. I have had two haircuts with Masha now and with the amount of compliments Im getting on her work I will of course be scheduling every month. I strongly recommend Masha and this barber shop. Ive been to a lot of places and the quality for the cost at this shop is exceptional.

I have been going to Yana for my haircuts the last 2 years (at her previous shop) and its always a guaranteed great cut. On top of that, she always remembers who you are, everything about you, and is a fun person to talk to.She convinced me to get the purifying scalp treatment...and it was legit (basically a 10-15 min scalp massage and my hair felt softer than it ever had). I now get it every other haircut because it was so awesome. Highly recommend Master Barbers.UPDATE (11/13/2020): The Barber shop is very clean and is following COVID restrictions thoroughly. There is plenty of space in the shop to keep your distance from others getting their haircut

Olga gives the *best* haircut in NYC. I come all the way from Chelsea to the Upper East side for Olga. She is meticulous and consistent and has an excellent sense of style. I have difficult hair because it is coarser and can stick straight out if cut too short and very hard for me to find barbers who can cut it properly.

Great Masha is the best

Over the last few years, finding the right place for a haircut had been very difficult. That all changed when I met Yana. She was able to cut my hair to my exact expectations. She really knew what she was doing and it was an incredible experience. Highly recommend

Yana is hands down the best barber in New York. She listened to my directions carefully and did an absolutely great job. I was on my way to my regular barbershop and passed by Master barbers. Their clean store and peaceful environment caught my eyes and I took a risk and went right in. No regrets whatsoever. Price is little high, but complementary with the quality of hair cut and service. 100% recommended!

I love this place! Ive been getting my hair cut by Anastasia and Masha for about six years now and they seamlessly make me look and feel like a million bucks! Super friendly staff and the ambience is comfortable and cool. They may offer a tasty beverage and also let my baby bulldog sit next to me while Im getting my haircut. I live in Westchester, but I only trust Master Barbers!!!

Best barbers by far. I have been going here for over two years. They provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to go along with their superb skills. Yana is a master of her craft, she has also given me useful advice on how style and groom my hair. I would go no where else to get my haircut.

This was my first visiting Masters Barbers for the haircut and beard trim. Yana did an amazing job with trimming the beard and giving me a few tips on a haircut that would match. Post cut Hair Wash using Aveda products and styling just gave a completely new look. I would recommend

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I have been going to Anastasia for a few years now and have a beard that needs about as much maintenance as a garden hedge. It can be hard to manage if i dont get it trimmed regularly. She is amazing! She will listen to what you want and do exactly what you ask for while checking in before making any major cuts. She spends a solid 20 min on my beard alone! I never walk away not satisfied. She is also great at giving a fresh hair cut as well. She is very attentive to your needs and will work with you giving you the best possible look that youre looking to achieve. Bottom line: great price, great service and wonderful results.

Among many barbers I tried in different places, Masha is the one where I stopped. Besides she is a pleasant person to be around, she does exactly what I want for my hair. I like the friendly atmosphere of the shop and good people who work there. I highly recommend this place

I have difficult hair with odd patterns and wanted to grow it long. Other barbers couldnt seem to make a plan for that or didnt want to deal with my hair in the transition phase. Masha was really clear and confident with the plan and now we have a schedule for the process. And most importantly it is looking great during these awkward hair length moments.Thank you Masha!!!
