I found Chelsea Cuts when I lived in NYC, and it’s honestly the best barbershop I’ve been to in the city. I’ve gotten my hair cut by each of the barbers, and they’re all great – professional, friendly, and pay close attention to detail. This shop is the perfect combination of A+ service and low prices, which is a rare thing to find. Plus, the overall atmosphere is modern, clean, and I love the background music!

Marina (from Poland!) cut my hair today. Great job. Seems to be a new clean place with cool chairs. I appreciated that she spent some extra time, but still finished up in 15 mins. I wasnt expecting the hot towel, but cool addition for the same $21.Ill be back when Im in the area of Chelsea.

This was my first time here, and after the pandemic forced closure it was great to find a barber open with no lines. It was very professional, and offered me everything requested to be safe. Quick check of my temperature, disposable mask, hand sanitizer. The haircut was really good, and including the tip was cheaper than other places around there. Highly recommended

A compact, but new, modern and well-appointed barber shop whose owner takes pride in his work and staff. If you have to wait, it wont be long, and its worth it - you can relax to hip background music. Jacob gives every customer his patience, attention and skill. He took his time with me over my initial visits to advise me on a new style I was thinking about. If you like, included is a hot lather razor trim of your Burns and neck, and a hot towel. Such a reasonable price for excellent, full service!

When I moved to Chelsea I wanted a nice babrbershop that wasnt insanely overpriced. Then I found Chelsea Cuts. $21 for the nicest haircut experience Ive ever had! Just choose wisely who you see. I highly recommend this barbershop to cut your hair and if you want to be super fancy and get your beard shaved, from what I see they treat you like a king.

Very pleasurable experience; the staff here really knows hair and takes their time cutting and shaping your hair. $24 haircut with a razor shave of the neck and behind the ears. The lady at the end of the chairs is particularly awesome! Not too busy, you could probably get in an appointment during lunch

THE BEST BARBER AND BARBER SHOP IN NYC.Ive been going to see Jacob since I moved to NYC 3 years ago, and wont have anyone else cut my hair. Jacob is a true professional, and always makes sure I leave happy. Every time he tells me to come back if something doesnt look right the next day, and he will fix it. Hes always a lot of fun to be around, and makes the time fly by.Chelsea Cuts has a great vibe, great music, and is always clean. Theres always refreshments, and its conveniently located steps from the subway stop.

Best haircut in the city. Jacobs attention to detail is like nothing Ive ever seen before. Hes never in a rush and always makes sure the cut is exactly what I wanted. Haircut ends with heated shaving cream and a straight edge to clean up those loose hairs around your neck and sideburns...followed by a heated towel. Did I mention all of this for ONLY $19?!?!

All four staff members of Chelsea cuts are amazing and this is literally the best barber shop ever. The songs they play are so good honestly everytime I go there I hear an amazing new song, and of course leave with an amazing haircut. They have coffee and snacks while you wait, and every single time the haircut gets better I dont know how! Love them

Jacob has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and i could not be more satisfied. It should always be that your barber really listens to what you are asking for, cares and thinks about what makes most sense and will take the time to deliver. I have only half a head of hair, so in many ways that makes me more difficult than you lucky guys with full heads of hair. On top of all that he is a super nice guy.

The prices here are the best in the area but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I got a bad haircut, the top of my head had some spots with uneven buzzes that created a sort of jagged methhead look. I had to fix it myself with some clippers when I got home. I also felt like my barber wasnt communicating that well and kind of rushed through it.
