The best Men’s Barbershop I have ever been to! They give great classic style/new in style hair cuts and pretty much do a great job with any style of a hair cut you can ask for! They also give great beard trims and the staff are some of the most down to earth nicest people you will meet! I highly recommend this place if you want a great haircut and the prices for the outstanding quality haircuts they are giving are amazing! I’ve been going here for two years now!

I cannot recommend them enough for haircuts. I have been seeing them for the past 4 years and they are incredible. I have paid for haircuts at salons for 60 plus dollars before and they are much better and faster. They remember my clipper number and my horrible cowlick each time they cut my hair as well. If you are in New York, you will not go wrong seeing them for your haircut.

Hit or miss haircut... like most barbershops. I wonder why... The place is tiny. If you have to wait, sometimes you have to wait outside (no room inside). The barbers are nice. There is always soccer playing on small screens. Quick haircut. Not always precise, but mostly fair. Usual NYC price ($22)

Was super apprehensive to give up my longtime barber when I moved to NYC, but Alex and his team turned me into a believer and Ive been coming here for years. They do an incredible job, especially for the money. Ive never been disappointed. My haircuts are straightforward, but not easy, and they always nail it. People complaining about the size, atmosphere, temperature, or whatever should find one of those barbershops that cost 3x the price of these guys and gives you beer while you wait. Be my guest.

Terrible terrible experience. Quick and unprofessional. Did not pay attention to anything I asked. All the guy did was asking me personal questions about where I’m from and my living...When I asked him if he had any plan to what he’s going to do next with the haircut as I was getting worried, he just kept asking more obnoxiously personal questions. 2 minutes later he said I was done. The duration of the haircut was maybe 6 minutes. Good thing the barbers across the streets fixed my up decently. Waste of time, money, and energy.

Very disappointed by this place. I made quite the trek to go there, first thing this morning, because of all the positive reviews. Ended up receiving one of the worst haircuts of my life with uneven patches that I had to fix when I got home. I repeatedly asked the barber to fix certain areas but the owner kept telling me it was perfect - clearly trying to shoo me along for the next customer. Never coming back.

This barbershop may hold the title for the smallest salon in all of New York. It literally has two barbers and chairs and just enough space for a single patron to sit and wait. All that aside, these guys are all business. Get in, sit down, tell them how you want it cut, they do their job, then you get out. However, its always with a smile and they have a knack for remembering how you like your hair cut. While you get your haircut, you can watch CNN on the flatscreen units they have embedded in the mirrors facing the seats.As a side note, Ive brought my son here to get his haircut too, and they are great with children.The only reason Im not giving them five stars is that sometimes I walk out of there with too much hair on my clothing, which is especially uncomfortable if Im not heading straight home.Other than that, the price is decent and I cant think of another place where you can get your hair cut in a New York minute.

I stumbled upon Boutique Barber Shop back in June, so glad I did. I had recently moved to the UWS and was walking down 72nd Street looking for a place to get my haircut. The shop is a small storefront so I almost missed it. The interior is well-appointed with luxuries like mini LCD-TVs build into the mirrors; so you can watch CNN while getting a cut.Ive had both Ari & Alex cut my hair, both did a great job. Today I walked past and saw Ari unboxing new cushioned-leather barber chairs for the shop. Its great to see a business owner who doesnt take his customers for granted, it seems like hes always looking for ways to improve the shop.
