Awesome cut. Nice guy. Have been to many places in the City over 22 years and few have taken as much care as Arthur. Been twice now and definitely going back!

I had a very bad experience here with barber Arthur. As he was giving me a haircut cut his friend walked in. He rushed in the rest of my haircut. He left my hair wet (as he was giving his friend a beer) and asked me to get off the chair because he didn’t want his friend to wait any longer. I said my hair is wet! He said it’s sunny outside!! VERY RUDE

Unfortunately, Arthur did a very rushed job of poor quality. When I tried to point out that the cut was uneven, he totally dismissed my words.

Excellent haircut. Have been twice and got a great fade both times.

Arthurs the best. Hes a talent. Always leaves me looking sharp. Dont know how well he cuts womens hair but I can recommend him without any reservations to males.

I am a woman with very short hair. These guys are the nicest dudes ever and gave me a great cut, asking what I wanted for each step of the process and taking time to understand the cut I had in mind. Great price too.

Ive been to Arthurs 3 times. The first time after Arthur was done I had to explain to him that what my son got was not what we requested. I got a little attitude but it was corrected so I decided to give his shop another shot. Second time got a seat with the older gentleman. It went well. Third time my son walks in and asks for a undercut like we have the other times and what he got was anything BUT a undercut. When he explained he wanted more off the sides Arthur tells him it looked good the way it was. One thing I have experienced in all my life getting haircuts is that if I have ever requested something be adjusted after the cut was done...I never got any push back. The price is ok I suppose with the wash but look online...when you type in Undercut...this is not what he got. Look up Bowl cut...thats what he got. I see all the positive reviews...Ill be glad to be the first negative review.

Arthur is the man! Always on point with his cuts. Does a great skin taper with the fresh shave shave to even it all out. Plus for the city the price is great, definitely give him a visit

Absolutely terrible. Asked for a number 3 fade, got a shoddy skin undercut. Won’t return. Guy is obnoxious and rushes. Then tries to be your friend at the end to get a better tip. Don’t go here.

This guy cuts you up tight and has great prices. Best low key barber shop in the east village. I highly recommend it.
