I was referred to Westside Dental by a family member and I must say my experience was wonderful. The office staff were VERY courteous and helpful. I had been avoiding the dentist because I would get extremely nervous about dental visits but the care I received was outstanding. I arrived 20 minutes early for the visit and met with the dentist right on time. The cleaning was easy and painless and so were the fillings that I had. They were very helpful in assuring me that I would be okay. I will be returning for a follow up visit in a few months

Just left Westside Dental Group. I am a new patient looking for a dentist to maintain my dental health. Upon arrival, the building was visually appealing, I was greeted as I entered and the process was stress free. The dental tech was very attentive in taking my x-rays, making sure I was comfortable the whole time and slowing down if I needed a break. Dr Rouhanna also had great bedside manner, and was able to explain everything to me clearly. I even asked if there were things he could do, and he told me it wasn’t necessary, which is a good sign, since some dentists will love to add procedures to pad a bill. I already scheduled my return visit, and can see myself going here for years to come!

Shelby was awesome, with a gentle touch for my not so routine cleaning. I didnt feel anything during or after she was done.

This dentistry is the only dentistry I have ever been to that caused me to get a ROOT CANAL procedure! Long story short, I came in for a cavity filling recommended by one of the dentist at the location. After the cavity filling, the tooth I had work on was hurting every time I eat. I went back to the dentistry to see the same dentist two weeks later. She did a little work thinking that it is only the bite that is causing the pain. Two weeks later the pain got tremendously worst! Unfortunately, this week was July 4th and I was going to Philadelphia and New York. Before the trip the tooth was still hurting but no where near as much. It wasnt until the day I got on the plane for the trip did it hurt ridiculously. Every time I ate, and definitely when I ate hot food, the tooth with the filling done was in TREMENDOUS pain. I had to go to an emergency dentistry at Philadelphia. To sum it up, the dentist in Philly and the new dentist I am going to now both said that the filling for the cavity was too deep and that it caused inflammation in the tooth. Well, now the nerve in that tooth is dead, and I had to go get a root canal. Thank you so much for ruining my July 4th vacation and costing me an extra $800 for the root canal procedure and the crown. Thank you so much!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rouhana for years. The office is so nice and clean and the staff is so incredibly friendly and personable. I would, and do, recommend westside dental group to everyone. We’ve recently moved much further away but I will for sure continue going here. Wide variety of insurances are accepted, we’ve switched multiple times through our employers and have never had a problem.

Like many, I was the biggest wimp about going to the dentist. Once I switched to Dr. Rouhana at Westide Dental, that changed. I inherited awful teeth but Dr. Rouhana has made me proud to smile. He bleached out the yellow stains from my childhood and replaced my funky silver fillings with tooth colored fillings. This is all voluntary stuff-I never imagined Id VOLUNTEER to go to the dentist! But he and his staff are that good. Very professional but not stuffy. They make you feel very comfortable and are genuinely concerned for your well being.No more white knuckles and panic attacks when its time for a visit. :-)

Ive been going to Dr. Rouhana at the Westside Dental Group for the last 5 years and every experience has been great. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to see a hygienist and Dr. Rouhana is always quick to get me in if theres an issue that needs immediate attention. All of the hygienists are careful and friendly. I really appreciate Dr. Rouhanas attention to detail and his practical approach to keeping my mouth healthy.Their office is very clean and nicely decorated. They are often open late and open on certain Saturdays which is great for my busy work schedule. When Im in town during the week, my office is in the CBD so it only takes 10 minutes for me to get there and everyone I work with now goes to Westside.From minor cosmetic work to root canals, Westside Dental group has been able to do everything I need quickly and affordably. I would highly recommend Westside Dental Group to my friends and family.

Dr. Michael Rouhana, owner of Westside Dental Group, operates one of the best medical practices, of any type, in the New Orleans metro area. His office is impeccably clean, yet remains comfortable and inviting for patients of all age groups. I have been seeing Dr. Rouhana for approximately two years, and, invariably, my appointments run on time, without complication, and everyone I encounter exhibits a high level of professionalism and knowledge. It should be noted that patients from all over Louisiana, and particularly the North Shore, drive in to see Dr. Rouhana despite having access to dental care that is much closer to their home. I think this fact speaks volumes about Dr. Rouhana and his office staff. It is rare that I am able to take the time to share my experience about services I have received. However, the consistent, timely delivery of high quality dental care from Dr. Rouhana simply must be shared with others who are looking for a better option. The staff are not that professional, she forgot to marked us down on 3:20 appointment, we wait till 3:50 then she call us, i ask why so late cause back up, she said yes, but we found out cause she did not marked us down when we arrived. Also she said accident do happen and not one word say Sorry to us, very unprofessional .
