I was from out of town (8hrs away) visiting a friend that I havent seen in 12 years and had to have repairs done unexpectedly to make the drive home. He understood my situation and took me in and had my vehicle my vehicle ready to go in a hours time. By the way he definitely did not take advantage of me and I was 100 percent satisfied. Man This is Dre and I can say I’ve been dealing with Billy Richie for some years now and he never let me down!!!!!! Took my car to Grams tire on Highland Ave and he told me my motor was junk cuz he didn’t know where to start to fix the problem!!!!!! I went on YouTube found the problem he told me was unfixable and got a 40$ part from auto zone and Richie had me back on the road in no time!!!!! I Recommend taking your car to his garage he has the best mechanics in town!!!!!!!!!!!! And fair on his prices!!!!! Grams need to stick to tires and not motor work!!!!!!!!

Very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable - He can typically diagnose the problem in a few minutes (just with a quick look under the hood) and has always been right on the money with his estimates. I have found him to be honest, fair, hard working, polite and understanding. He has always gone out of his way to make things easier on me (the customer). I have come to consider him a trusted friend, which is a rare commodity these days! I would recommend him to my best friend or even my own father, which by the way, I did; Now he too uses Ritchies when he needs a real mechanic.
