So my daughter had made an appointment for 5 for both of us it wasnt until 5:45 they called her back to the spa mind you shes was only getting a polish change they sat me up by the owners husband not realizing he was gonna do my nails so while Im sitting there I asked whos doing my nails and he mumbled something to his wife and then said I be right with you. Mean while my daughter is texting me whats talking them so long she said Im just gonna walk out so she comes to me where the husband is now doing my nails didnt even acknowledge her or say they were sorry they took so long and she walked out the husbands body language told it all.....Sorry Tow I will NEVER step foot in your salon again!

Had to pay $55 for a acrylic balance (while my mom paid $45 for the same service) because they didnt like the fact they had to drill off a lot from my nails. Complained that my nails looked fake. The workers talked in their native language the whole time about other customers.

My daughter and I went in on Thursday around 3pm. Got basic manicure and pedicures. Paid $107 for them to do a 30 second foot massage, have luke warm water and our polish is already chipping.Not to mention my skin color can be seen through the nail polish because the lady refused to do more than one coat. $107 wasted!!!

They were crowded so recommend reservation. Still got me in quickly but took their time and my pedicure looks great.

Only cause i had to leave a star to leave a review. Rude and unprofessional ladies they work like they upset when you tell them what u like when you are paying for a service. They make your nails closest to break so you have to go fix them often or get them change weekly. Do not recommend its a steal and you won’t be truly be taken care off.

I have been with the owner of the salon since she was a nail tech herself. I moved away from New Braunfels And came back to her salon every chance I got. Kenny has done my nails the past several times and he is the best nail tech I have ever had. He is very particular and meticulous.

I got a standard full set and it looks very blocky and chunky and after my shower the gel polish started to come off and i’ve never had this problem with getting my nails done, and i’m not the type of person to even leave a bad review at a place but this nail job was just the worst i’ve had.

I got my nails done there on Christmas Eve and 3 days later 3 of my nails had already popped off I had never had this problem they usually last 2 to 3 weeks and this time they only lasted 3 days and not to keep in mind that 45 dollars gone to the trash never going there again

I signed up to get my bridal party (3 girls), my mom and the flower girl. No one except the flower girl was going to get a pedicure but some how there was a miscommunication and they expected all of us to use it. Now instead of telling me (the person who made the appointment, the person who told them no toes and paid for all of it) they told one of my bridesmaids (who was sitting far away from me since none of us got to sit together) and she was uncomfortable the whole time and wanted it to be done.Yes, they made our nails nice, but their bedside manner sucked. Im never going back.

This is my first time here today and I had a bad taste in my mouth from the lady at the desk she did not greet me but I watched her greet everyone else she didn’t smile she was very rude she was too busy trying to be cute rather than take care of the customer it’s horrible I’m not sure if it is because I’m African American or if she just had an issue with today I don’t care but she needs to focus more on the customer. I hope the lady doing my nails does good.

My daughter and I love it here! The staff is amazing and we feel like royalty every time we go. I have issues with my circulation and recently started having Lin do my pedicures. Shes very gentle and has been patient with me working on the tenderness on my shins with massage. Everyone here is friendly and it is sad to see comments about the staff being rude. Ive never seen it happen and there have been times Ive been here for a few hours.....always been a positive experience.

They always do a wonderful job on my toes and my eyebrows! They’re a little pricey and they don’t talk much with you. They also didn’t offer any beverages my last trip in, but they still did a good job!

Went today for my daughters first time getting a manicure and it was a great experience. I had Kevin and he was absolutely outstanding! Would recommend him to literally anyone. My daughter had Kim and she made sure there was no pain, no discomfort, and she was very very patient.

This was my first visit to Signature Nails but it definitely won’t be my last. Holly did my pedicure and she was amazing. Probably the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had. The salon was clean and smelled so good and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Quick service, great fill on my nails and for the basic $25 pedicure... Its barely the basics! The pedicurist was very kind and accommodating. It was the back massaging Pedi chairs that made me give it the 5 star rating.

Being a diabetic, the owner Tammy, will let the person that will be working on me to be extra careful and I really appreciate that

The lady left my old nail polish on with a full set with white tips that you can still see, cut me and some tips were bigger than my nail others were smaller.

I went in on Saturday afternoon with my daughter. She got a full set and I got a shellac manicure with a standard pedicure. We hadnt planned on stopping in so I had been wearing sneakers that day. Well when we left, I checked to see if my toes were dry. I should have checked both feet, but I didnt. When I got home, I noticed the big toe had gotten smudged. I went in today (Monday) and told them. I thought they would charge me to fix it, but they took me right in and fixed it. The lady even added some additional coats of color since the pink I chose was kind of sheer. She told me to be careful but did not ask for any payment. Thats amazing in my book!!!! We will definitely come again. 😁

Well, its hard to give a good review. I sat for over 30 minutes without so much as water in the pedicure tub. I eventually gave up and left without anyone ever talking to me after they sat me down.

Kenny is great! He is awesome with dipped nails and did a perfect job on my pedi. He caters to your needs.

Over the past few years, I have been to many of the salons around New Braunfels. The last one I went to was Signature Nails and I was very surprised at the attention that was given to my pedicure. At the other salons, the techs are constantly talking to each other and looking around the salon to see whats going on. That did not happen here - no talking and looking around. They just paid attention to what they were doing. I dont know about the other procedures they do, but I will be going back for a pedicure!!

Im really surprised at all the bad reviews, I think this place is great. Its big and clean and Ive always gotten a good pedicure. In fact out of convenience Ive tried a few in San Marcos and one over by Landa and this is by far the biggest bang for your buck. Cute kids chairs too! Oh and good margaritas!

Anthony is fantastic! He did my pedi and full set. I have to say, wow he did a wonderful job on my full set! I hate having thick nails and he made them look great. Definitely will be requesting him again!

Ive been here a couple of times and the first time I was highly impressed. The second time, I felt judged from the get go.

Went in there for a pedicure and one of the ladies dug so deep in the side of my toe nail that I almost cried after I left my toe was swollen and red it became very infected and Im still trying to get rid of the Infection it was so bad the woman also carried all her stuff in a tool box when everyone else looked more professional also asked for a $25 dollar pedicure and after it was done thats what I assumed I was paying gave her my card and then after I paid she said it was $40 and said they gave me something different if I could give zero stars I would

Ive been coming to this salon since they opened and I love it. The staff are always very attentive and the salon is beautiful and very clean. All the nail techs and the owner, Tammy, are so friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for lovely experience.

This is the only nail salon Ive been to that actually is 100% (from what the customer can see) sanitary. I got the least expensive pedicure and it got the job done as far as callus removal and a longer than normal massage. The technician was very attentive and careful. She took extra time around a wound I had on my toe to keep acetone out of it. There were quite a few extra staff available so I was taken care of immediately. The salon itself is beautiful also. I am only giving four stars because I wish they had more shellac colors to choose from.

I went there, never have been there before. A man, VERY inexperienced, did my hands and feet. My hands were total garbage. He did them uneven and put random coats on so some were thick and some were thin. He got the polish all over the outside of my nails and under my nails. They were also cut uneven. When he got to my toes, he pulled out the nail clippers and stuff (not sure what they’re called..) and they looked very dirty. Not sure if they were cleaned or not, but I don’t think they were. He puts little to no effort into preparing my nails for the polish. Puts some globs of polish onto my nails, says I’m done, and sloppily puts on my shoes.

The nail tech was rough with my nails and rude!

I got in really quick & the girl who did my nails was very nice but she did not do a very good job it seems like they more or less just want to get you in and out the door. I asked for the coffin style acrylic which she gave me but they are filed horribly on the side on they’re kind of lumpy looking and my nail polish is Uneven I’ve had them done for about a week and They look awful already I probably will not be returning

I’ve used this place a few times. The ladies are very nice. But the last time I paid better attention and realized they do not use sterlized equipment. The tools in the bucket looked very used and dirty. So, I will not be back.

A friend asked me to review this place for her. She asked for rounded oval acrylics and they were rounded acrylics but they slapped them on crooked and didn’t bother to paint them all the way to the edges. It seemed like they just wanted to get her out the door. 10/10 do not recommend. (If they ask you to pay first, don’t. That’s how they screwed her over.)

I cant speak for the other reviewers but I had an excellent experience there today. I was greeted when I walked in, and asked if I would like something to drink. I explained what I wanted and had no wait whatsoever. The gentleman who did my nails made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in 30 minutes and they were very busy.When I paid and got ready to leave the lady behind the counter thanked me and wished me a very good day. This was my first time here and I will be going back
