Very disappointed with one/ and or all of the proprietors of this building. As I stood underneath the porch to take shelter from the rain someone called the cops and said they could see me trying to break into the building ( I guess so I could give myself a haircut??) So about 12to 15 (no exaggeration) of new braunfels finest swarmed me accused me of breaking In, only to apologize and let me go. And Im not mad at the cops but I am sad that as a society everyone is so busy worrying about building a tower of wealth or fixing the world problems they forget they have neighbors. I grew up in a town smaller than new braunfels so being neighborly means allot to me, now Ive lived in ft worth dallas and san Antonio and I can say without a doubt people are starting to forget that they even have neighbors, I know people who have lived in their home for years and have talked to maybe one or two of their neighbors. Now thats getting away from my main point though and that is how we all have to share this earth that we live on, and you can buy your little section and say I have to stay away. And thats fine, but if theres someone in need of something from you and all it requires is you putting aside your fears for just a little while and letting them take shelter. then please for the good of humanity extend your hand not your boot

Love going here to get haircuts for my son, nephew, and myself. There is never a crazy long wait and this place is extremely clean. Devin is a great barber.

Went to Jennifer for a second time for my highlights as my first time had been a good experience and she was very reasonable.However after my second appointment with her my hair was not as blonde as I had wanted and there were visible sections where discoloring was very noticeable. I tried contacting her several times via text and when she finally reached out I was told she was to busy to get me back in and “moving forward I should find someone else to do my hair” needless to say I was shocked that someone who provides a service like that to a paying client would be so rude. I was not asking anything else of her but to please correct a few spots . I have worked in CS 25 years and would never respond like that to a good client . Guess I’m just old school .

I saw Jennifer at the recommendation of my sister. She did an amazing job! She is so reasonably priced! She’s more reasonably priced than the (not going to get in trouble) big name place I went and had my hair butchered and chemical burns from the eyebrow wax.The only bummer was that she talked me out of growing my hair out. Well, she didn’t encourage it anyway. I saw her twice and was very happy. I haven’t been back in months because I’m growing my hair out. It’s not that I think she will talk me out of it again, but I love the way she cut my hair short and I don’t trust myself.Think about this though: she cut my hair well enough for me to not see her again while it grows out. I have thin, fine hair and she had to get creative to give me lift so there are a lot of layers going on. It’s still going as one of the best styles I’ve ever had. Once I just can’t take it anymore I’ll go back and see what she can do with my longer hair. In the meantime I’ll just keep trimming the back myself as it grows everywhere else because the feeling of hair on my neck is 75% of why I have a hard time growing it out. It just gets so hot because naturally alllll of my thick, full hair is at the bottom of my head. *sigh* Genetics.
