Prestige Auto had great reviews, so we decided to have them detail our truck we are putting up for sale. I cant convey how great it looks! Water stains are gone, interior is spotless, and the exterior looks sleek and clean. I highly recommend Prestige for the ultimate in auto detailing. We will be using them in the future.

Brought in our car to get detailed before selling. The price was $150 before tax/tip. Our 2013 interior looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. The attention to detail was amazing. They were also extremely professional and the whole experience was easy. They stayed late to finish my car so I could get it back the same day. Excellent job on my 2012 Shelby. I had a lot of spider web scratches which with a single step polish followed by wax removed 97% of them. Car looks brand new again. Guys in the shop were very helpful and explained how the process works. I will be a return customer.

I took my Porsche 997.2 C2S to NB Prestige, paid $35 for a hand-wash / prestige wash, and was incredibly surprised with the high quality of the work performed. These folks are true professionals that take the proper care to address the cleaning of your precious vehicle. About 2 weeks ago my son threw up in the back seat of our Mini-Van...after trying the home remedies to clean it up & get the smell out, we still had a lingering smell 🤢 The team at New Braunfels Prestige hit this one out of the park! Our van is better than new with a deep condition of the carpets and leather. A part of that package includes cleaning the plastics in the vehicle which also came out great. If you’re looking for a GREAT detail because of an accident or not, I’d highly recommend them. Keep up the great work gents.

I used NB Prestige based on a tip from Big Es garage (whom Ive also given a separate 5-star review). I met the owner (Candido), showed him my vehicle (1992 Mustang GT w/original paint) and asked him to assess what could be done to restore some of the luster to the paint. He suggested a level one paint correction which included hand wash, clay bar and polish; I also added the 4-year Xpel ceramic coating. In short, Candido and his team did an outstanding job and were very meticulous in their work. My car has its showroom shine back, and I couldnt be happier! (And trust me, Im picky!) Candido provided me daily updates on progress, and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be returning for more auto detailing work when the time comes! Thank you!

Poor detailing quality and not worth the price.I dropped of a SUV for detailing and was very disappointed with the lack of detailing results.When I went to pick up the truck simple things like the interior was still dirty (example seats where not even wiped down with a cloth to remove dust) and the chrome grille and roof rack were not even touched even though they up charge for SUVs and I even paid extra specifically to detail the chrome on the vehicle.Poor attention to detailPoor cleaning results

They detailed our minivan, and it looks brand new!! For those of you who have vans, you know how much abuse they take from babies, toddlers and teenagers alike. All of that disappeared, and it came back looking brand new and shiny. They did an amazing job, and I can tell they pay attention to every last detail!

I came in from out of town, my dog vomited during the trip. I went to Prestige per their reviews. I choose the $55 treatment package, after the guy looked at the vomit spot he quoted me $60 so I upgraded to the $75 package. When I came to pick up my car the price was $145.00. I was told that the $60 was plus $75 and oh theres a $10 fee for pet hair. Also the inside windows had not been cleaned, I had to ask. When I was getting ready to leave Sunday I opened the car door and vomit smell was still there, they did NOT thoroughly clean the vomit areas. This is extremely unacceptable. Out of town people beware.

Ive been here several times and I love how the make my vehicle look so good after a wash and wax. They always finish when they say, these are true auto detailing specialists, 100%!

Best detailing in town! I took my Suburban because the hood was full oxidation from the sun and elements but I took it took it to Candido and polished my hood back to new like a mirror! Thanks guys!

Pais a lot for an interior detail, it took a couple of days, and the end product was mediocre at best in my opinion.

Paid $45 for them to wash and detail my truck. Looked a couple of hours after they had washed it and my truck still looks dirty and needs to be washed again.

Brought my extremely neglected office to them and now its like new. I will be bringing it to them more often.

Great job vacuuming all of the places I cant get to, great experience overall.
