Veronica Torrez is the best at what she does. There is no question about that. I have been seeing her for the last couple years and have never had a bad haircut from her. She is very detail oriented, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Veronica will work with you and if you have any questions she will gladly answer and be thorough. If I could grow a decent beard Id go to her too! Shes very talented in that department as well!! High praises for Veronica!!

Stylists are experienced and make sure to know how you want your hair cut and then make that happen. This was my first time in and I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone, efficiency of getting the cut done without feeling rushed at all, and the upscale vibe. The stylists enjoy working here and as a client I can tell that they are happy with the owner/management team. I’ve been looking for a place that has more experienced stylists and trying to get away from the chains that just aren’t focused on a quality visit from start to finish. This place fits all of those requirements and more. Definitely my new favorite place

Fine hair cut by a real Barber. My original review was 3 stars for a few reason, but I have changed it to 5 stars after receiving a phone call from the owner to discuss my visit. She went over my concerns and outlined how she is going to make her business better. This is the first time a business owner has reached out to me personally about addressing my concerns. Her actions proved to me that she cares about the customer. Please give them a try to see for yourself.

Such a great place to get spoiled for a bit. The hair experts here will make you look good and feel good about yourself at the same time. The prices reflect the quality of work they do and trust me, its worth it. I wont let anyone but Veronica touch my hair from now on, shes a hair genius and I genuinely enjoy getting my hair cut by her. Take care of yourself, and go get your maintenance done here. I went there for the first time yesterday. I was welcomed by Carly who had a big smile and offered me a free beverage (I got a beer). Carly listened carefully on how I wanted my haircut and did a great job cutting my hair. All the staff was very nice. The place was very clean. Definitely this is my new favorite Barbershop. Also they dont charge you and arm and a leg just because they give you a free beverage.

Great atmosphere, very New Braunfels chic. Great job nailing the look and and feel! very easy to book online, had to wait a week, but due to covid 19, completely understandable. I was offered a variety of beverages upon entry and leaving and felt very welcomed! My hairdresser was very polite and easy to talk to and did a damn good job! Diesel will no longer be getting my business after my first of what I assume will be many future trips to the refinery!

Went today for the first time and got the NBTX. My stylist was Vicki. She was kind and attentive. Her personality is disarming and made me comfortable. The salon was clean. I saw all the stylists using sanitizer and wearing masks. I felt very comfortable being there. Vicki also did a good job listening to what I wanted and giving suggestions when I wasnt sure about exactly what I wanted. I will be back.
