I’m fairly new to New Braunfels, and don’t let just anyone cut my hair. I was nervous going to get my hair cut here, but once I stepped inside and saw how these amazing barbers do their work made me feel like I was back home. LOVE this place for my boys!! They always take their time to give quality hair cuts. So glad we found this place after we moved to NB.

The wait time ended up being ridiculous. Was told an hour and a half. I ended up waiting over 2 hours. The barber did not execute the cut I wanted despite me showing him a picture of what I was relatively looking for. When I asked him to fix what I didn’t like, I was given a look. (I thought the customer was always right? Especially when it comes to their hair) Moreover he text on his phone the entire time my son and I were getting haircuts. Very unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed. I’m from NB. And I miss the old barbers that seem to be a dying breed. I was hoping this would be the place. Don’t let the pictures on their website fool you, because trust me that is not what you get when you walk out of the door. It’s 0 for 2 for us and I will not be going back.

Best in new braunfels be there early there can be a wait of 3 hours or more but it’s worth it

My son had to come here....there is no appointments yet you have to wait 2 to 2.5 hours. If youre going to have a long wait, then you need to utilize an appointment making schedule. That being said...the haircut takes time. I am sure my son appreciated it...but time is money, and this was a costly cut for me. Just be ready to wait. Staff is friendly and courteous.

My Barber Stylist, Joel has been my stylist for over ten years. He does an amazing job. I love the friendly atmosphere and they treat you like family.

I have been going to this barber shop for over a year now. First and foremost... everyone there cuts hair well. This last time I went I put my name/number down on the clipboard as I have been doing each time. I waited from 4:20 to 5:45, as I know the place can get busy and nobody called me. Im not sure what the mixup was, as by the time I left the parking lot was almost empty.

Worst haircut ever. Then I had one on the so called barbers want to fight me. They are the worst in New Braunfels. They are also anti-military and anti-law enforcement.

Just found this place last month. Upfront- awesome place, cool vibe, good cuts, friendly staff and owner is a solid human being. The only down side is the recent change to $30 price tag for men’s haircut. Which depending on your hairstyle may be worth it. Mine’s simple so I can’t justify it at this price. I could justify it at $20 plus a solid tip but starting at $30 when I need cuts every 3-4 weeks, I’ll have to find somewhere else which sucks because everything I wrote at the beginning. (This is me sadly looking for another barber...again).

Im always coming to this shop for my haircut, I love Roberts work and I love the friendly crew that also work there. The calm and happy atmosphere that goes around is so appealing and it makes you feel welcomed. It is a bit of wait if there is a line but it is worth a wait cause the time they take to put into your haircut, making sure its to its fullest potential is very refreshing! I recommend anyone who is interested in getting a haircut here.P.S. best time I go is early in the morning cause usually no one is there that early and you can get seated for a haircut quick

After being turned away from another shop today that advertised the type of cut my sister was wanting...we assume for her appearance and orientation...you guys took her right in and did a great job. ThankYou so much for being welcoming and professional!

Really good cuts at a good price, but be prepared to wait awhile if you dont come early. The cuts can last up to an hour, at times because theyre not actually cutting your hair and are messing about. But its usually cause theyre trying to perfect it and the cuts have always been A quality for me so its not really a problem.

Im not a picky person. Usually leave a lot to the pro doing the cutting and this is one of the few places Ive never had a bad haircut. Great business here. No fuffy frills just a great team of folks doing good work. Just got one today and the beard trim was spot on. Look forward to going back. Updated just went on today and feel like a million bucks!

Just found this place recently. Been looking for a Barber for kids hair for quite some years. Always had trouble getting the right cut. No more looking, these people get it! Thanks again to all here. Been coming here since the 6th grade when I was 12-13 years old. Always get a high quality cut and an even better experience. I am now 20 years old. Wouldn’t get my hair cut anywhere else.

So today I (a skeptic) was made into a believer. I sent my teenage son in to get his hair cut for the first time and gave him specific instructions on who to get his hair cut by. Him being the teen he is completely ignored me and went in a total different direction. When I saw the barber he had chose I instantly judged a book by its cover and boy am I eating the heck out of my words. Shame on me. I hardly EVER leave reviews, but after leaving this spot I had to. I was a bit nervous going in being that it was my first time and that I am black. Everyone greeted me and was very friendly. I was sat down immediately and was cut by Devin. She was great; asked plenty of questions and cut it exactly the way I wanted it. Very clean and urban shop as well. Not to mention the total cost was affordable. All in all, two thumbs up!

My two year old son and I went for haircuts with Robert. The boy has never been great at getting cuts but Robert put on my sons favorite cartoon and got to work. He was interactive with him and talked to him the whole way through. Never seen my son be so calm during a cut. Robert was quick, yet detailed, and was amazing with my son. His attention to detail with my cut and thoroughness was better then any Ive ever received. I like to keep my business local and hes earned it for life. We got traditional cuts, nothing fancy, but none the less they were great. Thanks again Robert!

The only place in New Braunfels that I will take my son to get his hair cut! Fair prices, cool staff. I would make an appointment if its during school break or holiday because if not you could be waiting awhile!

Best barbershop in town in my opinion! Its kid friendly which is a plus too! Main thing you need to know is that they are cash only so just be prepared but definitely worth it!

Took my son, age 6, here and he loved it. He said I want to come back here every time my hair grows back out. Nice staff, clean, chill, great music. The real deal.

Great oldschool barbershop. Somedays it is like the old school movie Coming to America where they are giving the other barbers a hard time. Usually have R and B or old school rap on.

The younger men look like they do awesome work. However the older gentleman cut my sons hair and either it was a miscommunication, or he just didnt listen to me or the other barbers directions. He was supposed to cut a Fade along the sides, but leave the top of my sons hair natural and tall, but he cut (thinned?) it instead. He said I told him to thin it, but I dont remember saying it. I was just trusting that he knew what he was doing. The hair cut still ended up being cute, but my son wants tall hair (like some of the Spurs players). They did realize the mess up, and didnt charge me, so that was very respectable. After my sons hair grows back, we will most definitely go back, but we will request one of the younger gentlemen. I am giving the young men stars for their work and customer service, but not the older gentleman.

Bring cash. Dont be that guy like me who goes half way through a hair cut before reading the sign that says cash only. Thankfully they were cool about it when they couldve been pissed and let me go and pull some real quick. Pleased with my fade and will return for sure.

They did an exceptional job cutting my husbands and sons hair. The wait can be long but thats because they really take their time and do a good job on each person.

Joel at Razor Tite listens and puts his own spin on my cut every time. I am always impressed with the amount of time all the barbers there take to make sure every single hair is cut.

An old fashioned barber shop, definitely a guys kinda of place. You can get a straight razor shave and converse with all walks of life. Not the place for you if you are afraid of tattoos and the working class, you may want to stick to sport clips or the beauty shop.

Just started going here,awesome bunch of workers.Been here twice and was satified with my cut both times.Went to the guy at the end on left side and the guy on end on the right side.I drive from San Marcos but with those cuts and nice people I will continue to come here.

I would give 5 stars but you have to be careful with whos chair you sit in. The 4th on the right did an mediocre job on my hair, but jacked up my beard so bad I might have to shave and let it grow back so I dont look like a clown. I went in with a decent full beard, and asked him to clean up the shape. He shaved half my mustache off, clippered half my beard, shaved my cheeks halfway down my cheeks and cut me while doing it. If I go back I will make it clear I dont want his chair.

Just moved from Colorado and tried to find a barber shop and close to work and found this barber shop on instagram and I’m happy I did. Definitely coming back!

I went to see Kat on a recommendation. He knows what hes talking about and had plenty of tips and tricks for the average customer to his barbers. Its a good spot for a guys fade. If you dont know what you want he govrs good advice on what works with your hair. Make an appointment on the weekends and walk in on weekdays. You can walk in weekends but might not get your barber then.

Every time I go they do great you have to set an appointment or you can try to get a walk in thats what I did.

Make an appointment before u go here. I waited for an hour before I even got called up. It was a hour B4 closing and one of the barbers took a look at me and the other two guys waiting and just left. Which made the wait that much more longer. Good fade though. CALL IN FIRST!!! Or wait for an hour.

I love going to razor tite to get my hair cut they are a great group of people who cut and style hair and always get it right and on point.. they have a lot of busy times and walk in and appointments are welcomed but either way you go in they make it a point to get you in the chair as fast as possible to take care of your hair needs
