Been a customer here for 15 yrs, I keep coming back for good service and always feel welcomed and they always try to fulfill my desires with my hair

Joanie was amazing my haircut is beautiful and I feel younger.

I had an apt with Joanie for a dye, highlight, and cut.. I was going for something different so I found a picture of what I wanted... Joanie did a wonderful job, she was very friendly and professional, my hair came put exactly what I wanted & it was just like the picture I had taken her... I will definitely be going here again & have told others to go there as well... I also paid half of what I normally pay at another saloon and the quality was just as good! Thanks Joanie.. keep up the great work!

My stylist today cut and trimmed my hair exactly as I wanted it. Didnt take a receipt and forgot to ask her name but appreciate her!

Asked before getting a haircut if they did bald fades, they said yes, turns out they dont, awful service, not only did they lied, they messed up my hair and now i gotta pay to get it fixed

Had an appointment for 4:30 for 2 children. They started on someone else’s haircut without An explanation. they may have had an appointment before us. However, after we waited 15 min for that to be over they helped a regular customer for the next 15 minutes pick out a conditioner instead of starting on our appointment. We couldn’t afford to wait more than 30 minutes past our appointment time so we left.

Joanie, cut and colored my hair. She also does a great job. So glad they open back today.

Clean and did what I ask for

2nd time I have shown up at 730 to be told we are closed. Could understand if there is a line to be cut. Tonight, I walked in thinking great I can walk right in to sit down with no wait to be told we are closed. If you want to be closed right at 8 then put hours till 7pm not 8.

Very good salon. Price is fair and the staff are friendly and dont mind chatting it up. Ive never had more than about a five minute wait either.

Awful. Asked to have all split ends cut off. The girl pulled my hair back snipped off half an inch. Never once separated my hair to cut ends through out my whole body of hair. This took her 6 minutes. Waste of $17. Do not go here!

Three times now in the past three years that three different stylists have totally ruined my hair. All I’ve ever wanted is for my hair to be properly layered with a simple face frame. First one just trimmed my hair a good inch shorter than I asked for with layers that made my hair look like a Christmas tree when it dried. Second time, the lady did a very choppy, three-snip “face frame” and refused to cut anymore because she didn’t want to “cut too much off.” This last time I was a fool and asked for layers, a face frame, and bangs that were no shorter than the bottom of my eyebrows when dry. I instead got bangs a good half inch above my eyebrows and now I look like I’m an oversized 6-year-old. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but they need a mandatory refersher course in basic layering every six months. Granted, my fault for returning three times. I had figured I kept getting bad stylists, but apparently it’s the place.

My favorite hair stylist is OLGA 😍 She always makes us happy!!

I wasnt with my 13 year old daughter when short her hair cut here but she is very excited and spoke very highly of the lady who had done cut her hair. She absolutely loves it and plans on keeping this style for some time. I believe the stylists name is Cierra or Serena. Either way we will be returning to this salon!!😀😀

I had an 11 a.m. appt., I was on time, stylist never showed, was supposed to be in at ten, no-one called me, had my number! I called at 1230, they told meshe would be in at two and I made 2 oclock appt, I called 1:50, told me she want in yet, changed the apt to 4:00, I show up at four, stylist asked if Im her 4 oclock, them proceeds to tell me that there are 4 people ahead of me, that were walk-ins!DIE BUSINESS DIE! STUPID

Just got both of my sons haircuts there and my 6 year old hair cut isnt even straight the older lady with red hair ignored everything I was asking for we will never bring our kids back here for a haircut JUST PLAIN AWLFUL

People Friendly stylists

I described specifically how I wanted my haircut, and she ignored what I wanted. I told her I did not want it too short around my ears because I dont want hearing aids to show. She cut it to the top of my ear. The worst haircut I have ever had. Will never go back.

Aunt works here and shes been doing my hair for years .. couldnt have asked for better service as I became older and older she does my hair how I want my eye brows how I want . Shes great if you go to tgf ask for Olga .
