This is coming from the manager just laugh and smirk My son looked at me and said I think she did it on purpose mommy… horrible as she is rudely telling customers they are not excepting anymore people at 5:45!Looks to me like a lot of the review are similar... Lost my business..

Took my son for a haircut and they really messed up his hair. I couldnt believe how bad this person was at cutting hair. I appreciated the blond girl stepping up to help but damage was done already. I wont be going back.

Went in for a haircut and young lady with glasses that spoke spanish was very rude and tried to make people seem dumb. While I was getting my haircut she was very unprofessional and started gossiping with her coworkers while I just sat there waiting for her to finish, disregarded my time and lacked decency while talking trash about one of her coworkers to another one. I Tried to get her name but she didn’t have a name badge on her. I’ve been going to this location for years but sad to say they’ve lost my business.

The lady I was helped with was rude and unprofessional. She was rude when greeting me and was rough when cutting my hair. She had the worst trimmers that nicked and essentially plucked the hairs from your head, and after I told her about it, she did nothing. She acted very naive and above everyone else, and therefore made it impossible to talk to her. Very bad experience at this location, will not be going back ever.

Took 30 mins longer than the hour we knew we had to wait. And we started out at #4! Took 30 mins after we were #1 on the list. It was like everyone went on break at the same time. Then the stylist wouldn’t allow me to stay with my son as he got his hair cut. We have been going there for years and never been treated so poorly!

Brought my toddler here to get his haircut and the stylist was wonderful with him! Will return!

First time here and everything was amazing the staff, atmosphere and even the hair cut. Lynne was my barber and she let me know everything she was doing and asked a lot of questions to ensure I was satisfied with my haircut. She even went as far as telling me what products she was using when shampooing my hair, Which I highly recommend the seats vibrate. This place was busy it’s in a prime location would recommend checking in online but don’t get set on the time the app/website tells you. Every hair cut is different so some may run a little longer, worth the wait!

Ive used this location multiple times and today the manager said they dont do the haircut I have always gotten and then when I told her Ive been getting the same haircut for years she said she would do it for an upcharge of $10 when there used to be no upcharge and 2 years ago they started upcharging $5. I always get skin on the sides with a high fade and a 2 on top. Not a difficult ask.

NEVER AGAIN. I used the online check-in. Their app states that your appt will be held 30 mins after your scheduled time. I had an issue and was running behind but I still got there 22 mins late. I walk up to the counter and Im no longer on the wait list. I drove 20 mins to this location and they just dismissed me like they didnt care. I will NEVER use this store again.

My son asked for a trim and they basically gave him a fade, he was pretty much in tears on the way home

I never know how I want my haircut, went in after a long day of work. Got greeted and helped immediately. I completely forgot the name of the guy that cut my hair which sucks. He was super accommodating, and did exactly what I wanted, I think this is one of the best haircuts I’ve had! Thank you so much I will be back.

My 1 Star is geared toward the sign in process. Quality of service is great. When signing in to start the process of waiting you have “x” amount of names on the board, here is my problem... when a name has been called 7 and 8 times and yet they stay in their spot after the allotted wait time has surpassed several times. So in essence, you login in in the morning and come in when you like and you are at the top of the list... supposable there is a time that kicks you off the list, but I have yet to know what that is.

Isabel did something every good stylist does... she LISTENED to what I wanted in a haircut. She offered suggestions no one had ever offered and the outcome was great. I purchased an additional $50 worth of hair products based on her recommendations and they have also worked out well for me. She cut my hair using a razor and clippers and blended the sides and the top of my head.

Haircut by Stylist Lucy was exactly what we described. Reward card. Easy to sign in, wait time quoted in real time in a screen. Easy to pay. Plenty of entertainment. Great product available and prices more than fair :)

Way to go Sports Clips! You offer free haircuts for veterans and vouchers for free cuts on Veterans Day but apparently not at this location. To top it off, the receptionist was wearing a camo hat saying support our troops. Better take that off.

I had an excellent experience during my recent visit for a haircut to Sports Clips in New Braunfels. Isabella, my barber/stylist was careful, conscientious, and easy to talk to. I was very pleased with the haircut and appreciative of the haircare recommendations that Isabella offered. I will definitely return.

Despite a 30-40% tip, they never leave notes from previous haircut even though they say they will. The last haircut I got was uneven as well. One in San Marcos is a lot better, the drive is worth it for me personally

Ehh if you want a quality haircut Id go to a barber, the place gives great service but the 2 times I got a cut here, they did a not so great job.

I’ve never reviewed anything so take it how you will. If you want a terrible haircut come here! And don’t trust these “local guide” reviews saying how great it is! Just to make it clear I’ve had to get 4 cuts the last 2 times I’ve been here.

It was good and the customer service was great. On Sundays be sure to get there when it opens, it can get pretty busy. By getting there as the door opened I was in and out in 20 min

I normally get my haircut at Diesel Barbershop in New Braunfels. They had a huge line today so I thought Id change it up a bit and get my haircut at Sports clips.The lady who cut my hair was alright. She was friendly and had a great personality. However, the haircut was exactly what you pay for.

Revised to 1 star. I dont understand how this place has 4 stars. You can go in litterally anytime of the day/ week and there is a massive wait. So i decided to try something different and check in online. The wait online said 25 minutes so i came back in 25 minutes only to find myself 5th in line and and a 20 minute wait. So if you have the better part of an hour and a half to wait (plus the time it takes to cut your hair) then this is the place to go. Worst location ive ever seen, and always a misleading wait time.

I went online and signed my 3yr old son for a haircut at 3:40pm it said to be in at 4:45pm we got there at 4:30pm and waited. My son was next in line just be passed and have another 40 minutes to wait and even told anything until I got up and said something about it.

So very disappointed in how the gentleman who claimed to be the manager cut my sons hair. My son is 2 and it’s not going to be enjoyable for anyone involved if you don’t have patience to deal with toddlers.. if you don’t want to cut a little kids hair then market the business in such a way. If you want to have parents bring their little tikes in to get their hair cut then have people who work well with kids give them the cut.

Haircuts are affordable but the barbers are hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good haircut and sometimes you dont.

I have been getting my haircut at various SportClips locations for several years now and this one is, by far, the worst. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was the first in line to get a haircut, two ladies had finished with their clients a minute or two after I signed in, and I waited half an hour. Still, either lady had not swept their area yet, so I could tell I was still a while from being called. I left. I wish more Americans had standards.

Place is a joke for over a year and a half I have to keep telling them how I want my hair cut. They tell me they will update my file and the one time I dont say anything they shave my head. Its just hair not a big deal people not doing their job as a group is my problem. This is a great place 4 men to get a haircut, the staff r friendly and u get 2 watch sports is all kinds while they cut your hair, u can get a hot towel treatment if u like, but it can get a little expensive the more things u add on.
