Got a great hair cut, I was in and out with a appointment. Might just be my new spot

All other haircut places were busy and all wanted appointments due to COVID-19 but the manager Jeanette got me in asap and my haircut came out great. I will return due to customer service and fast response on getting me in.

Really enjoyed this place the two times I have visited. They take great care of you, listen to exactly what you want and then execute on it. The neck massage is great and the cold beer, when they can, is a nice touch.

Christina did a knockout job on my straight razor shave on my head. 100% professional and the steadiest hands. She took her time and did the job right. Simply amazing 5 out of 5 would recommend.She is also very friendly!

I got my sons hair cut they were nice and explained everything to him.

Made an appointment for 1pm. Arrived shorty before appointment. Was told that they were finishing up an appointment, and to wait in my car. After thirty minutes of waiting, I left. If you don’t intend to keep appointments, don’t make them in the first place.

I’m very happy knockouts opened up in new Braunfels Texas. Came in this afternoon for a haircut, enjoy an ice cold beer and got the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Shenette really knows her stuff!
