Every time we have called the Tom Bell office with a question, change of policy or to file a claim, the staff were extremely attentive and took care of us quickly and professionally. It is great dealing with a company that has excellent customer service.

Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when I was adjusting coverages and adding a new vehicle. This agent, Tom Bell, even impressed the car dealership when we needed to provide proof of coverage for a rental car. Im happy with both the agent and Farmers Insurance.

Unfortunately I have found myself needing vehicles repaired due to some mishaps and accidents recently. In each instance, contacting a Farmers Insurance representative and filing a claim has been very easy and painless. The claims get processed very quickly so arrangements for the repairs can be made. In 45 years of driving, I have never had such a positive experience come from such disappointing events. To all at Thomas Bell Insurance and at Farmers, keep up the great work!

They really did a good job of taking care of me when I had a fire at my house. Also I was in my first car accident in a long time and they did not raise my rates. They said they have accident forgiveness with your first accident and I did not even know I had it. I could save a little money by going with someone else but as long as Farmers isnt too expensive Im staying with them.
