Lorna is extremely rude. I updated my policy and they were unable to ensure my mortgage company received the correct paperwork thus causing my mortgage payment to increase. They initially refused to transfer me to management. I will be cancelling and leaving BBB complaint regarding this business.

I was with this company for ten years. I have recently left because of the notorious rate that was quoted to me after buying my new car. I asked if they could help out and do a little better for my auto insurance, they wouldnt even budge. I told them I was going to leave and they did not care, I was just another number after 10 years . Despite my driving record not always being the greatest, you would think they would try to find the most finical and reasonable rates for their customers and not for their own pockets. I would never return to this company, youre better off trying to find your own insurance.
