Kim always does an excellent with my nails, she really puts in the effort to make them look perfect! A full set of acrylics with gel usually cost me around $40 plus tip but that’s because I tend to ask for unusual shapes/colors. Great price compared to other locations.

Love their products and nail end results. Either you get their pedis or full sets they are always great.

Im literally still waiting...its been over an hour. They have no problem making you wait and seeing others with appointments before you. If I havent already waited so long I would leave,but def not tipping or coming back!

Terrible Service. Twice I made an appointment both times had to wait over an hour! The gel starting peeling the same night and when I returned for them to fix it had to wait so long I left. Never will return!

I have been comming to this nail shop for 15 years I really do think its one of the best ones in SD. I think pricess are getting a bit high, but that may be all nail shops across the board.

I waited an hour and a half for a fill… The ladies let me sit there and never addressed that they were too busy to take me in. There were four people there working and two of them were working on the same woman, I assumed they would get done quickly because there were two for one person. By the time it was my turn I asked how long it would take her to do the fill because I now had to leave for work, the lady said it would take her 45 minutes to do a fill on basic acrylic nails with regular polish, my nails are short and simple (I did not need a design or a certain claw like shape, just your classic square tip short nail). I obviously cannot do nails but I know that a basic fill like the one I needed shouldn’t take 45 minutes. So, with the last half hour I had to get to work I rushed to C&L nails in Chula Vista, where I got a fill done in 15 minutes and they came out amazing! I would recommend going to C&L nails instead.

They are nice. I fell the day I did my pedicure at my house and I went the next day and they fixed my nails. Super nice no extra charge

Waiting times. Disorganized. Clients that had an appointment were having to wait due to walk ins. Nails were fast and turned out pretty but pedicure was longest Ive taken. Plus design was not what I had paid for.

I got my nails done 10/28. 2 days later my hand begin to swell, itch, and bumps start popping up in my fingers. I came in 10/30 for a refund, and they are denying it. I have an infection on my hands and they are denying it. They are extremely unsanitary. But wont admit it. I reported them to the Environmental Health Department. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT SANITATION AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Awful place!!!!!!! If I could give a 1/4 of a star Ill do it.. The wait is just ridiculous it doesnt matter if you have an appointment, you just have to wait and is not because is so many people. I got here at 10am .. is 12pm and even tough it was my turn, the lady choose someone else to do before me .. why????? I have no idea maybe because Im not a client.. and after this I wont be... not good for first time customers. With appointment I bet NOT good for walk-ins.. either .. and a suggestion before I leave with no nails is.. if youre not going to provide a fair service .. at least put on something better on tv to be distracted ... the air antenna is not the best choice...

Gave my mom fungus on her nail 🤢To the owner:: please get the adequate nachinery and inventory to sanitize and clean your equipment. Soaking tools in barbicide is not enough 😑

I told the guy not to cut my nails i only a gel polish, he chopped my nails down to the nubs,😣 the place was unsanitary, they due a pedicure and dont sterilize the utensils, the towels are so old and grimmy looking i couldnt tell if they were clean or not

I was a loyal customer for 10 yrs & was dissatisfied with the service they had made me wait for 1 hr just to let me know that they had no time for a full set and a pedi!!!! I would think that since I was client for many yrs & know every employee I would have received better treatment from tina! But from now on I will be taking my money to another nail shop and I will let friends & fam. Not to go their anymore!!!!!

Wait times are extremely long,even when you make an appt. Ive had 2 ingrown toe nails due to their incompetence of nail care. Unsanitary, loud,and rude.
