I visited and wasnt disappointed at all. The service is great for threading and pedicure, havent done mani yet. The salon is clean and has a calming vibe to it. Staff is very gentle and polite. Im a regular now :)

They really care about your nails and want you to have an amazing experience there. They got me out in an hour and I had a soak off, full set, and design!

This place is definitely understaffed. My nail tech kept getting up while doing my nails to serve other clients. I felt like my time was not valued. Also, she nicked one of my fingers with the drill and the acrylic on that nail fell off the day after. I do not recommend it.

I asked if my toenails were dry and she told me i would be fine. Got in the car and bam it wasnt dry all the way.

There was only one person working (it was a Monday though), and one person waiting ahead of us. As we were waiting I noticed that the foot bins had no liners in them. This is a big red flag to me that the place isnt sanitary, so we ended up leaving. You dont want foot fungus, trust me.

Hours on their website and Google must be wrong. Google says 6:30 PM. Also not very nice or have any type of customer service. I called 2 times to verify today that I could come around 5:30-5:45. Paid for an Uber to get here at 5:36 PM. Just to have my acrylic removed. No manicure. No polish. They kept saying over an over they are closed when I walked in. Sign on front says 6 PM. They then locked the doors behind me when I walked out. There was 1 lady inside. I then proceeded to order my Uber to leave and by the time I did they were rushing her out, they turned the lights off and were out the door / in their cars before my new Uber could even here. Joke.

Not gonna lie I only came cause my god daughter wanted to get her nails done and i never done this pedicure stuff but oh my goodness. I was pampered and treated so well i almost forgot that i didnt come here for my self. There i was having my feet cleaned and massaged and i felt like a baby. I almost fell asleep 4 times and then Nina hit me with that massage and i was like bet im about to get pedicures weekly thats how great my experience was.

Verrrrrrrrry slow, had to wait TWO HOURS to get my nails done. They definitely need to up on their staff, especially since theyre so busy on the weekends; there was only TWO people working when I went. Because of the lack of staff and many customers, this causes them to try and do your nails quickly, resulting in a very mediocre job. Not only was my nail shape not in uniform, the polish job was very half-assed, rushed, and sloppily done.I wouldnt recommend going unless you have the patience of Job or no dead set plans for the day. Only upside is the costs and overall friendly staff.

I got my nails done yes i had to wait but theres always a wait time at nail places . So that is normal. Now I’ve gone to them multiple times and always loved the job they did so i would recomendable to try them out if you Don’t mind waiting and there very nice so i would say very good customer service .

Ive been here quit a bit just because it was very close to my house but NEVER AGAIN this the type of place you get what you pay for my nails were NEVER the same length or shape always mis shaped its horrible very heavy handed Ive been cut so much and they NEVER offer cuticle oil. My last set one of my nails lifted 2 days later smh...

Had to wait over an hour to even get started and then it was very rushed. Nice people and the price was low; but you get whatyou pay for -shrugs-
