Seats are comfortable for long periods of time. I prefer the second floor only to get away from everyone. Covid ready. Tickets get send to your phone and temp gets checked before you come in. And mask are required. And music and band was awesome. The announcement were unclear at times but can hear for the most part.

I visited for MLK day. It was an amazing event. The staff & security were extremely helpful and welcoming.

I enjoyed viewing the Gentry center, but I was trying to contact the ticket office and I never got a person when I called and there was no one when I came up to the window. I have questions about my season ticket football package.

I was at the Gentry Complex to work a make-up Womens basketball 🏀 game. Due to COVID-19 not many fans or students present.

Tennessee State University men basketball team is worth seeing. Do you like high flying DUNKS, thunder DUNKS and DEFENSE then you need to be there. GO BIG BLUE!!!!

Nice place. But a huge negative is the walk from basic parking up to the facility. The other negative is finding the place, it shares an address with other facilities on the front of the campus. But to get to Gentry Complex you must drive around to the back of the campus. If you dont know where you are going you wont find it easily.

First time experience here was great. Would love to catch a ball game here.

A convention easy to get into, plenty of parking, easy handy cap drop off, the climate control was suffice to for the needs.

This is a historic place. Tennessee State University is the ONLY TRUE BLUE.

We were on a field trip to watch the lady tigers play. It was exciting for the kids and sad also, because the girls as hard as they played, lost to Austin Peay. TSU TSU TSU lol!!!

If the elevator have been working I would have gave it four stars. 😁

Dated, old, lack of bathrooms and bathrooms in disrepair, lots of broken chairs. Low budget rental facility. Needs to be renovated or raised.

Love the 🐅 Tigers ❣️ Celebrated Metro Schools today and it was lively. The Aristocrat of Bands, cheerleaders and DJ made it an extra special day!

It sucked came in town for Ishley Brothers and I will never attend this venue again.No Atm machine cash only bar at 10 dollars a pop.

While attending my sons graduation (which we had to pay $10 a person to watch), because TSU charged the high school $10k to use the venue, it was literally over 80 degrees inside. You could actually see sweat soaked through the back of nearly everyones shirt. We all look like we ran marathons in all these once in a lifetime photographs :( It was actually cooler outside than in the place. There was no real accommodation for the handicap or elderly entering or exiting the parking areas. Oh, and the metro officers, a dozen of them, who where gathered in more of a social circle (because thank God, there was no one acting a fool), could have taken a good Samaritan roll, and helped to actually assist pedestrian traffic, especially those more physically impaired (not the schools fault, even though a directive could have been provided, just noted as a failed presence).

Terrible for handing cap parking.. people parking and directing traffic very rude!. Not but 3 stalls for womens bathroom. Concessions stand disaster, beyond words to get to one tiny concession stand..absolutely would not recommend ever having a cheer competition there ever again. There was not one good thing I can say about going to cheer competition there. We had an elderly woman with us on a cane they would not let us drop her off at the front doors

We parked here prior to going to Indianapolis to witness the Dallas Cowboys and the Indianapolis Colts play football are cars with safe when we returned

A decent alternative for graduation ceremony due to rain. Parking was a nightmare! However, it was great to cheer for our graduate!

It was to hot in this building with thousands of people for them to not have on any air. An elderly woman had an asthma attack because of the heat in the building
