Excellent community of fitness professionals. They bring the good stuff every time in the gym. If you are looking for the extra motivation to get into shape with a positive outlook, this is the place.
As a long time loner-type gym rat, I came to Physiofit looking for a community of like-minded individuals who place value on their health and fitness and Ive not been disappointed. Brandi, both the owner and a trainer is one of the most knowledgeable and encouraging trainers Ive worked with. She knows how to make a class fun (yes, fun!) and has the ability to tailor every minute of the class to your level of fitness. This allows those who are more advanced to get a good workout while ensuring that nobody feels like they cant keep up. The gym itself is well-equipped for class-based training (you cant come work out on your own unless you have a personal training session), offers a variety of classes and no two workouts are the same. Highly recommend giving this gym a shot.
Samantha is an awesome trainer. She is well educated in her field, and she has helped me overcome injuries. I am much stronger since I began working with Samantha.
