Planet fitness is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to gym choices but they have a price that matches the offered equipment. This particular location has a decent array of exercise equipment and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend for anyone getting into exercise or looking for the most affordable gym. Still a huge step up from working out at home.

I wish that zero stars was an option. I am so outdone with this club. They have really screwed me over with no attempts at trying to make it right. The owner responds to all these Oh you are Great reviews. Where is my response? I have accumulated 977 points that I was informed while still an active member that I cant use because I discontinued my membership BECAUSE...not that they would not replace my key ring ID but they wont because of corona? Its my responsibility to scan the thing. No touch. THEN their app would not send me a confirmation email after several attempts to set up an account. This phone in the club irks me because that is my ME time away from the phone. Management says OH SORRY with no attempt to help me fix anything. They just dont care. And I am a nice customer and follow rules even tho I dont sound like that here.

Good sized location. They also have the lay down hydro massage. Ive been at all hours and it is usually crowded, but not unbearably so.

I’ve been a member here for 4 years and I don’t think I’ve ever been without something being broken. All the equipment is in rough shape. I don’t deal with any staff so I can’t comment on them but I would assume the main issue is the owner refusing to spend money to improve the place and it’s getting out of hand. I travel a lot and have been to 7-8 different planet fitness’ in different cities and this is certainly the worst solely based off the poorly maintained equipment. I hope this review is seen as a need to improve and something changes soon.

The equipment was old and smelled as if it was not maintained by staff the parking was crowned they front desk kid Cody was very rude he told me to hold while he talked on the phone with someone then came back rolling his eyes and had attitude the showers had mildew on walls and I am a truck driver so I see alot of planet fitness around the USA but never this bad even in Baltimore Maryland I did how ever meet some very cool people here but as far as this facility I give my rating based on my experience

Planet Fitness is large, clean, and I always find the equipment I need available.

Decent equipment. Nice tanning beds. Pretty large but not over whelming. Some towels were empty and people were being allowed to grunt so loud and basically yell on their phones. Which I hear their supposed to pay attention for and stop. PF employees always seem to be so lazy.

I use the personal trainer sessions in addition to my early morning workout routine for the past 2 years. Originally I was excited about having the gym so close to my house, but lately I have been feeling a little underwhelmed and hope things get addressed.1. I really enjoy the group sessions with the personal trainer (Kyle). He comes up with a lot of fun variations week to week and encourages us throughout. We use a variety of exercises with weights and machines, but the lack of resistance bands has become an issue. There used to be enough to go around, however at my last session there was only one band and we each had to wait our turn for it. Something as simple and cheap as replacing bands when they break would help keep me satisfied.2. Equipment upgrades are slow. Ive been to other PF with a lot of cool equipment but here seems to be pretty standard stuff. I would like some kettle bells or a PF 360 to increase the options.If those things were addressed, I would be happy to give this place a 5 star review. The staff and overall atmosphere are great and I would encourage people to come here.

COVID-19 procedures are not enforced by staff in the slightest. Staff look like theyre barely holding it together most days (high, hungover?). The gym is one of the shabbier ones Ive been to.

Facility does not have sufficient equipment to support the classes that they offer. Case in point - there is one band to share among 5 participants. We each need a band. Furthermore the 1 band available may be too strong for some and not strong enough for others. As much money as we pay looks like they could invest in a few bands and other equipment needed by members.

Kyle Rand, the trainer is the my favorite thing about this place. He really knows his stuff and is a great guy. The gym is super inexpensive and yet clean and well maintained.

Very laid-back atmosphere and chill vibe. Staff is friendly. People will sit on machines for a long time and not be very courteous or knowledgeable. But that’s expected at planet fitness.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Or any planet fitness for that matter. After I cancelled my membership, they charged me for the next three months. I confronted them about it a month ago, and since then I have called SEVEN times about the issue. They will tell you lies and that the manager is working on it, when she is clearly not. I am having to go in in a few days to fix the issue in person. We will se if they actually give me my money back... if not my lawyer will be talking to them. Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of and scammed out of your money. The gym isnt even that great - save your time and money and go to a better gym. Extremely unhappy with the whole situation. Would give this PF a 0 rating if I could.

This is an extremely nice gym for 10 bucks a month. The flexibility that is offered for 20 bucks a month is pretty phenomenal. Not the traditional gym with all of the free-weights, but there are plenty of Nautilus Type cable machines, and is more of a core fit type gym. Great place to work out if you are trying to stay in shape for a minimal investment.

Plenty of equipment to use and get your workout done. The crowd seemed to be busy with their own routine and stayed to themselves.The facilities seem to be fairly clean with very few staff during the time I was there.

Well equipped and expansive place with everything you need in a gym. It can get pretty busy later at night but Ive never had to wait for a bench or machine to open up for more than a couple minutes. You really cant beat this place for the price.

Worst Planet fitness I have ever been too!I travel for work and so Ive been to many different PF locations. This one by far was the worst.First off, Im not that strong or big of a guy. But I maxed out about 3 machines. So trying to work out those muscles were pointless. I believe the leg curls maxed out at about 100 pounds. Thats a joke.Second, Every machine increased at incraments of 10 or 20 pounds. A general rule when trying to get stronger, is that you want to try and increase weight at about 5 pounds a week. I cant do that with the next set weight at 20 pounds heavier! I understand that you do that by adding those free weights to the machine, but this gym had NONE! I looked around the entire gym. Not one.Third, the ONLY place to do a pull up in the entire gym is on the weighted pull-up machine. Yes, you can freely hang from that, but the machine is always in use. They should have location where I can free hang to do a pull-up, leg extensions, or hanging leg curls. It was a joke.Fourth, there isnt a single sit-up bench in the whole facility to just do a sit-up or weighted sit-up. Even though there are weighted crunch machines, but if you want to do a free weight sit-up not a chance. They do have one that hangs out at the Smith machines for declined bench presses. Since the Smith machines are always busy, I grabbed the SINGLE sit-up bench and moved it away from the smith-machines so others can use them. As soon as I did that an employee came over and told me it has to stay with the smith-machines. So that meant I cant use it.Besides these things I complain about, this is a normal PL with everything it offers. So everything else is just fine.Even though where I was staying, I ended up walking to this one for a week. The following weeks I decided to just drive to a different Nashville PF, which didnt have any of those problems I mentioned.

Ive been to planet fitness across the United States as a black card member, and even worked at one. This location by far has the nastiest female showers I have ever seen. They are stained with dirt. It doesnt make you feel clean at all. They need to get it professionally cleaned or re-do them.

They have done a great jkb of keeoing the gym safe.

Love coming here! The trainer, Kyle, really knows what he’s talking about and does his research. I’m getting the best results I’ve ever had and I’ve even tried some of the more expensive gyms. Would definitely recommend signing up for classes with him!

The best gym at very good location!

This is a good gym but if a guy sit on the machine you cant say hey I want use that machine get up. The guy can sit and do nothing. This is worse rules in planet fitness.

The attitude of the staff that works during the evening hours needs to be addressed and should be corrected. We have tried using the tanning beds several times and when we ask they say the beds are full and we wait. After waiting for the bed to open up they still say its being used well after waiting the required time. In addition to this the siren is used way too often for no apparent reason. No one in the entire gym is doing anything to effect anyone else in any way. During one visit one employee used it 6-10 times I then proceeded to leave. In particular there are two young men that are at the front counter that tend to do this. Ive been to many Planet Fitness locations and Ive never had to deal with staff like this.

Very nice gym area. Loved it. But the showers were dirty and icky. Please clean them use some elbow grease. Very gross. The customer service was good. And machines worked good.

This location has decent staff is easily accessible. This gym gets super crowded which isnt great for parking and machine availability. Overall good gym.

I’ve been a member at several locations for years and this is by the far the worst. Cockroaches have fallen on my head here, a bench snapped mid lift almost causing me to almost drop weights on myself and the staff turned on the lunk alarm and laughed, water fountain filter shows red for weeks at a time, bathrooms are poorly maintained, massage beds screens have never worked correctly. These have all have been observed after attending for over a year. I understand that this experience isn’t normal and I never leave negative reviews. + No HGTV!

This location is open 24/7 and has very helpful staff. It can be hard to find a parking space, but it is a nice Planet Fitness location. They offer different membership choices and they are affordable compared to other gyms in the area like Orange Theory. It is a popular location, so I would avoid peak hours.

This has to be the worst FRANCHISED PLANET FITNESS EVER they literally have the worst customer service the manger Brittany is young and not knowledgeable about the business at all and she literally say she don’t have a boss or corporate that’s over her ..... I have no clue what type of hierarchy they have .... everyone has a boss but okay .... they over charges people for no reason can’t explain anything they check you in their selves even when you don’t visit .... they unable to explain charges that occurs so it’s all a scam .... the gym is also unsanitary and restrooms always closed which is also unacceptable.... stay away from this gym at all cost ....

Love this place. I usually get 45 minutes to an hour of me time a day & a workout. Its clean, comfortable, and the staff are always very friendly and constantly cleaning.

Nice gym but some of the equipment could use an upgrade. The ab crunch machine in the back tucked in the left corner makes a god awful squeaking noise. Also not sure about the tanning beds/ total body machine. The tanning bed only seemed to work on one side. Bulbs might need to be replaced. Other than that though every thing is still pretty nice. Staff is really cool.

Best deal in town! Service is great here. They keep the gym and locker room clean and orderly. 24 hours open and personal training available if you want it.

Easy access no rush it is a gym with tv. Actually the cost is fine on a budget, you get help with a routine and the machines. Extra help anytine. I like the people there.

Have been a member of this gym for almost three years. Staff is knowledgeable of equipment. The membership is super afforable and there is aways someone on staff day or night. Parking can get a little hairy in January and February with all the people making resolutions. Be careful to not park in any of the other businesses. They will tow your car.
