Not one to think that I would like workout classes, but my girlfriend had me try it and I’m hooked! I have been going 3 days a week for three months and have already lost 20 lbs, gained muscle mass, lost a couple inches in the waist, and lost my back and knee pain. Best thing I ever did! The coaches are super knowledgeable and nice and the workouts are challenging and interesting. With low prices and flexibility to your schedule shouldn’t you give it a shot?
I’m a fitness beginner and was nervous to try a HIIT class. So glad I attended that first class! I’m now hooked. Trainers are so encouraging. They know when to push you and when to modify the workout you are doing to your fitness level. Luke, Hiep, and the instructors at Main St. fitness do an excellent job of motivating their class. The workouts are focused on high intensity and with the many different combinations of their exercises, you will never get bored. This gym is a great way to get into the shape that you desire to be in. Trust in the program and the instructors and you won’t be disappointed. Functional Fitness!!!
I have been on class pass and bounced around between gyms for the past year. I’m happy to say that I found my place! Every class is different so I never get bored and after a month of going consistently I’m already seeing changes in my body. All of the teachers are awesome and help you with all of the movements. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

Hiep and Luke know what they are doing for sure. Any workout can be modified and the price is very reasonable as well. I have never felt more welcomed in a gym. You have UFC fighters to NFL players teaching the classes. This is a judge free zone with the most motovational instructors. I would highly recommend.
Main Street Fitness allows you to be trained by professionals and move at your pace. Luke, Hiep and the other gifted trainers are very accommodating to any needs towards old injuries and cater to those needs with modified workout to help build and strengthen that area without hurt yourself. I have two bad knees and after 3 weeks of work outs my mobility and flexabilty in them has greatly increased! This place is great for people just starting on day one of working out, as well as, seasoned work-out veterans. I’ve havent felt this in shape in 10 years!
This gym is great and I’m so glad I found it on a classpass! I love HIIT classes but feel like sometimes it’s all cardio and leg work. Hiep’s class was such a good combo for full body. It’s not an intimidating gym and even the other people in your class are kind and encouraging during your first try because that’s the kind of place MSF attracts. It’s definitely a challenge but any level can do it and Hiep will help you do modifications and correct your form the entire time if you need it! I’m so happy there’s a new gym in East Nashville.
